Don't forget the app is well worth it as well. I just fixed my heat with a blend door actuator from advance auto parts. Saved myself hundred!!

This facility was definitely not my go to store but one of my elite employee got transferred there sooo it's got my vote.....

Called to see if they had my battery in stock, they did. I drove there, walked in, payed for the battery and had it installed all under 20min. The gentleman working their was very polite and refused me tipping him which is honorable, still, I want to thank him and the store for the good service.

Advance auto parts need to step it up. They sent me to 3 of their store and neither was organized enough to find the color code book for cars. Just wasted my gas and in these times not cool advanced. Was recommended by someone who used their book when they knew where it was. Another day searching but nolonger at this store.

Went in today and their was one cashier working. It was another lady and I standing in the line. It took him 5 minutes to acknowledge us, he was reading a piece of paper. It was finally the lady turn. She needed brakes, rotors and he started asking her other questions. Questions she didn't know. He quoted her prices for several things. Then the slow cashier who looked high asked what was her plate # because she wasn't sure what model she had and the car wasn't outside. Mind you it's been almost 10 minutes I'm standing in this line. There was an older man who talked on the phone the entire time who could have took me. I don't know if the cashier was flirting with the lady or not but they annoyed me to the point I put my bottle of Lucas down and walked out. Go to AutoZone down the street. Much better customer service and their people aren't under the influence!

The manager gave the most terrible customer services in my opinion! Order parts online & she told me that she didn't have the part or it might be in the stock that they had just received. In so many words, she did not want to look for. So she recommended that another store have it. Send me to another store that also did not have the part. Due to the fact that my car was in the shop & I needed the part a.s.a.p. I had to wait another day to get the part. Also I try to return a online order it was a really big inconvenience because it was a online order. I don't understand the problem, if online is under the store name. the store would not exchange the part for the correct one! Just terrible services.....

Got A new battery from this store. The Clerk was amazing...didn't get his name. Ut he was friendly, knowledgeable and offered great suggestions.I'm always coming to this Auto parts store for my needs

Went there asking for break lights. Im guessing they didnt have it for my car so they opened the package and hand me the bulbs,sent me on my way. The bulbs didnt fit and I didnt take them back because they only charged me a dollar and gave them to me by hand. Worst service every that day!!! My break lights still doesnt work! And Im a female in need!!!

Worst place to come ! Manager is always on her own bubble, always on the phone and never handling customers. If I could rate on the negatives I would cause it doesn't even deserve a star.

Needed a battery because mine took a dump on one of the coldest days of the year. Jonathon did a wonderful job on installing it in 5� weather.

I just called to ask for a part to see if they have it in stock I got a attitude from them and they hung up the phone y all need to get new employees that actually want to work and not hang up on customers or be on the phone talking to they momma while they at work y all need to do something

Manager provide terrible Customer service. You don't know if she is taking on the phone, talking to you or with the workers. If you don't like the job find another one.
