$54 for a soggy crust pizza and boneless wings that were obviously sitting for A LONG TIME before they were delivered to the 4 blocks that we live from the store. Only delivery option that is offered is door dash. I was notified 30 minutes or so before delivery that they were "searching for a Dasher". So clearly my $54 order was just sitting under a heat light dying. And it was definitely dead when i received it.

Larger Casey s off main RT29 in Chili. Very clean store and nice/friendly staff. Iced coffee dispenser is almost always empty. If you do plan to stop here weekdays early in the morning be prepared to wait in line. They torture their poor cashier by making her the only one available to ring up customers. My average wait time in line is close to 5 minutes if it s before 9. I usually stop at the Lacon location instead if I am in a hurry, they have 2 cashiers working.

Need to get rid of the new ordering system. Ordered pizza was given a time to pick up and no order when we went to pick it up.

I ordered regular crust half supreme half sausage mushrooms and onion.. cooked longer. 2 stars for getting ingredients correct. However, thin limp crust was terrible.

It's 12:15pm Lunch Time.... they still have breakfast pizza on warmer, other warmer empty. Though Casey's had a higher standard.

The pizza is great have no complaints about your pizza the problem is you can't get 172 minutes to wait for an order online, I called to see if this was an error they said no they had a huge line of people waiting for pizza. if I ordered right now I'd be the 25th person waiting, unbelievable. You are always short on help?

Looked online to see what the hours were at Casey s in Chillicothe, Illinois. Said it was open 24hrs on Saturday s. Drove there at 12:30 am after checking online, but got there and they were closed!!!!!!! Makes me wonder if the menu for their food is correct if they can t even get their times their open right?????

I tried to place an order, in Chillicothe, IL, for dinner for three people. Called three times over 20 minutes and no one answered the phone. Finally quit trying and called Lucky Dogs and they answered and took my order to be picked up in 15 minutes. Skip this place for ordering food. They don t bother to answer the phone. I ll go to Lucky Dogs from now on.

Placed a online order tonight. Kids pizza wasn't cut. Husband and mine was barely cut. Wings were cold and forgot to add the ranch. And then it showed up 15 mins passed when it was supposed to be here..... I'm done ill go some where els from now on.

Super clean and everyone is friendly. Ordered a pork tenderloin online with some sides to put on it and they hooked it up. The Tenderloin was literally perfect. I will drive from Peoria to chillicothe just for this Casey's.

Very good service but I would suggest bringing prices a little lower I for one have left and gone to another place in search for a cheaper price. The food though pricey is delicious and is worth the money.

I was in this store using rewards from my app,which I'm new at. Lydia, Bre,and Julie were all wonderful, helpful and patient with me. This is a very clean store.
