I have been taking my 20 year old Toyota with 200k+ miles there for years for both routine oil changes and bigger repairs. They are thorough while also being realistic to what actually needs repairing for an older car. Quotes and estimates are always fair and they will take the time to explain the work that needs to be done and the rationale. Professional, honest mechanics are worth their weight in gold. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Went in for basic oil change, they did 360 inspection and gave a thorough handout of findings (also called to go over the report). Moved forward with what I wanted, and car was done at their estimated time! Very friendly and informative staff. They explained why maintenance points needed to done. Answered all my questions and also explained general car maintenance tips! Will definitely be back for other car services.Cost is comparable to other Chicago places, but can t beat their friendliness and organized system! Thank you Jose and rest of team!

Great folks here! I had a part break that was under warranty with a different mechanic that is in the same network as Zepeda (but significantly farther from my home), and Zepeda not only squeezed me in the next morning, but got the job done in 2 days, and got the warranty to cover everything. I would definitely consider coming back in the future.

I had a wonderful experience with Zepeda Auto Service. My best friend referred me, and I'm so grateful. I took my car in on a Wednesday morning - I didn't realize they were by appointment only, but they kindly got my car in the same day and called me that afternoon explaining to me what was going on, and gave me an estimate. During that call, they told me I would likely not get my vehicle back until early the next week, but very surprisingly, they got it back to me that Friday evening. I'm so grateful. My car runs like the land-yacht-pillow that it is. Would highly recommend this repair service to anyone. They are kind, sincere, and do great work.

Zepeda is my go to for car repairs now. I trust them and all of my repairs have been fairly priced and reasonable. They explain what needs to be done and why - I never feel like I m being taken advantage of or that I could get a better deal elsewhere. Highly recommend!

Zepeda has such kind and welcoming customer service! They are very attentive and communicative! I really appreciated the pictures and descriptions of the work needed on my car in the estimate they sent along! They did quite a bit of work on my car and they did it very fast and at a very reasonable price. They also let me drop my car off before my appointment to suit my schedule, which was very convenient!

Incredible service, incredible team!!!I was getting ready to go to the gym at 4am and I had a flat tire. I called the tow truck and dropped it off at Zepeda's to get the tire looked at. Luckily, they open at 7am. Although I did not have an appointment they still serviced me rather quickly. I highly recommend.

I took my car to two other place before finally getting answers at Zepeda. I can t say enough good things about this business. Jose, Carlos, and the rest of the team were thoughtful, knowledgeable, and so helpful. The prices were $3K less than what others had charged me for just diagnostics. I will definitely be recommending them for others and will be back in the future.

I m glad I found Zepeda Auto. i ve been there a few times for different things. I highly recommend Zepeda Auto Service. It is a great establishment very professional and great customer service. I like how when you make an appointment your vehicle is taken care of quick and correctly. David and Jose are great, will receive call after vehicle is inspected, with the explanation on what needs to be done and to let you know pricing before work is started. They really do have a great team. I don t see myself going anywhere else.Services: Brakes, Brake service & repair, Oil change

Called and scheduled an appointment for an oil change and to get my snow tires put on. Morning of said appointment, I had a plumbing emergency and was distressed as I had to leave for a snowy road trip in the next couple days. Everyone was super helpful and understanding, had me come in as soon as I possibly could near my appointment time. Got me in and out so fast! Thanks, will definitively be back.

I called on a Tuesday and they got me in by Thursday. They diagnosed and repaired same day. Great service.Edit: I had an issue following the repair that was deemed to be a warranty part replacement. They got me in right away and once again took excellent care of my vehicle. Quick turnaround, great communication, and another A Plus experience.

The whole team at Zepeda is absolutely AMAZING! We look forward to getting our car repaired now they always treat my 2-year-old son like a prince and have little vintage toy cars in the shop that he loves. They are so friendly, positive and polite, and the efficiency and cost are both unbeatable. They never try to pressure you to do extra work like other shops. Everyone was wonderful and very thoughtful and informative about what was wrong with my car. I liked how they sent a report with pictures, were always willing to answer my questions, easy to get I. Touch with, and very quick too! Great customer service, friendly and personable. Loved the app/link that they send after doing a full diagnostic - the link includes photos of problem areas, along with the service price, so you can see for yourself and to approve what services you'd like them to follow through with. Great experience will definitely be going back.

When I asked a friend about a local auto shop recommendation, Zepeda was his answer! We had been running into some issues with our TPMS coming on within the past few months here and there. I woke up the day before we were headed on a trip, and one of our rear tires was close to flat. I called Zepeda and got to talk to David. He was able to fit us in the day of! Drop off was super quick, and David was able to diagnose the problem, and then give us estimates for the cost of what a new full set of tires would cost. David and the team were able to do all of this the same day! Ironically enough our TPMS came on the following day as we were headed out, so we gave David a call. He recommended we come back to the shop to have them look at the tires quick, and everything checked out fine! (The actual issue is more common with CRV's and Honda's than we thought). Regardless, we highly recommend David and his team at Zepeda!

Update: I'm very happy with my experience. Everyone I interacted with was professional/knowledgeable, they have very competitive prices and they're conveniently located. Additionally, they were quick to see my car and fix a rattling noise that occurred after the initial services.I took my car in to change the oil and to run an inspection on it. They took pictures of everything and diagnosed what items where a priority to fix. The only item (outside of the oil change) that stood out were the rear shock absorbers which were leaking. I agreed to the estimate and they stored my car (free of charge) until the next morning. A couple days after, a rattling noise started occurring and i was able to setup an appointment so they could identify the problem. They identified the problem and stored the car.

Yes but I'm not driving the car yet unless is to move to another parking spot to avoid tickets because I want to make sure my car is fully fixed because I still hear strange noises but the main one I was worried about is fix because it was coming from the the wheel bearing. Next month I will go back
