You will regret for ever doing any business with them.Also beware, do NOT trust Saleem (Sam) and them with your daughters or any females. You never know what he s capable of

This is a good place to get tires and have your car serviced. Ive been here in the past when my baby momma lived over here but i have not been here recently. But if i still lived around here i would still go. Oil changes, tire rotations, flats ect. The do it, they even do small stuff. On the weekend they are somewhat packed. But that only shows you how good they are. The prices are fair too.

Amazing service and best prices in the area. I have been coming here for since moving to the area 5 years ago and would never consider another shop even if I moved away from the neighborhood.

I needed help repairing my vehicle. I wasn t really sure what was wrong with it and I was nervous about getting over charged due to my lack of knowledge. Xcellent Tire not only gave me the best price and made me feel like a valued customer. Sam, the owner, also explained everything they did so I was comfortable knowing what work was done! I recommend this repair shop over every other shop out there in Chicago!

Place is a complete rip off. Go to a reputable service. Showed up in the morning when they opened to replace tires on my Honda. I had called the day before to get some estimates and to get my car towed there. The place was open, but the staff couldn't sell me anything because the owner wasn't there. After waiting over an hour I had to leave and the car wasn't worked on for another two hours. I don't think the tires were installed correctly, because they make a weird noise at higher speeds.

I called many auto repair shops around the north side of Chicago to get estimates and quotes for an emergency repair I needed. This was the first place that gave me a clear answer and didn't give me the run-around. The repair was for my Forde Edge that had a broken left ball joint and tie rod after driving into a nasty high curb. As I came in, they greeted and promptly attended me. I'm pretty car savvy and I liked the fact that they were very thorough/transparent about the whole repair process and costs involved. I will definitely be coming back for future repairs.

Great customer service saleem always takes good care of what you need i rent cars from this man he always makes shure am taken care of i would recommend going here for your car service needs they will take good care of you here very respectful kind people to deal with. Any issues he will always take care of it try to make it right.

Deposit did not return me...I made an accident...I signed a paper that if I had an accident, I would pay 1000..but it wasn't my fault and he saw the police report that I wasn't at fault and he took the money from the insurance and when I asked him, Dipsiet told me to give me 1000 dollars but it wasn't my fault the accident

Do not go here. Asked to have a tire looked at for a slow leak. Couldn t tell me how long, and wanted me to wait in the alley, which was very narrow. Staff just look at you when you ask them a question. Poor customer service. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

I had an issue with getting lug nuts off and they fixed it. Thank you so much to the management and employee for helping me and providing excellent customer service. I highly recommend this place. They went above and beyond to help me.

As I went to the shop they were on lunch, they were very generous and offered me to eat with them as well. After that they started to work on my Lexus. Very humble people.
