This people will do there best to get u approved and if u find anything wrong with the vehicle u purchase within the 15 days they will fix it. I'm assuming they fixed it.i only bought here because I know a salesman here but the engine light came on the same day n the lifters had to get replaced. I'm assuming they kept there word and fix it right. Although I feel like they charge me a couple thousand more over the vehicle was worth after doing some research hoping nothing else goes bad in the vehicle

Set up appointment Tuesday, to see a vehicle Wednesday , salesman s name was Ricardo, wife and I drove 4.5 hours to this dealership, with our trade. We got to the dealer, was told Ricardo wasn t there, given no reason, a salesman by the name of James was going to help us. Found out car hadn t been started for some time. Battery was dead, there was obvious damage to car that wasn t seen in carefully taken pics. Inside was dirty. My wife was willing to get the car if they would deal with us. James briefly looked at our car, and 06, but low miles and very clean. After going through the financing part again ( my wife had applied on-line the day before), they made a lowball offer, that we couldn t except. All we wanted was $500 more, they wouldn t budge at first, saying that was the book value for our car, while trying to justify the price of their POS, that we found had been sitting on their lot since September of last year. Only when they realized we were walking out on an approved loan, did they come up $250 on our trade. The damage on their car would a whole lot more than $250. We just left, very disgusted, for driving so far and being treated so Rude.. You can make your own judgement, but in my 66 years I have never seen such a CLIP joint.

Went to see a car a RED Infiniti G37 coupe. What a mess the car was complete garbage! The door wouldn t open or close properly. This place has to be a front for drugs or some illicit activity! Ain t no one buying anything from here. It s been on the lot of a year. And no one speaks English here.

My experience over all wasn t bad and the salesman Ricardo Ayala was a great worker and got me in some that I wanted and the hospitality was great as well I ll definitely recommend

First time buying a car out of the dealership and this is the one I chose. Glad I did, they were patient with me and made it as smooth as possible. Liz was a super help.UPDATE.. 3 months later and I m really regretting leaving the good review I did in April. I chose to turn the other cheek as people told me how my outcome will be doing business with windy city motors, I Also chose to ignore the horrible reviews they ve gotten. And because I gave them the benefit of the doubt I was played BIGTIME! I left with what I thought was my dream car. A day after purchasing my Buick enclave I had to take it back because my engine light came on. They returned the car to me and 3 days later I was back there again with the same problems. I got my car back and nothing was fixed whatsoever. This experience has became a total NIGHTMARE for me. I have yet to receive a call back from them and I m stuck paying for a vehicle that is stuck in my garage because I was sold a lemon. Word of advice, when they have you test drive the car before purchase make sure u take it home and back because going around the block is not gonna show you the lemon they re about to sell you. I take back every good word I said about this place and if I can give no stars I would. Thank you for making my first dealership experience a total nightmare.UPDATE OCTOBER 2023 6months after the purchase of my Buick enclave I had to pay 1800 to replace the transmission. Sold a complete lemon!!

Bought a Suburban here a few years ago. Just found out that they covered up the check engine light on the instrument cluster. Scammers, I would not recommend buying anything from these people.

DONT EVER EVER BUY A CAR HERE, THE WORST DEALERSHIP IN CHICAGO HANDS DOWN. THEY SELL BAD CARS AND SAY THEIR MECHANICS WILL FIX THINGS THEY DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT THEYRE DOING.THEY SAID THEY WILL FIX SOMETHING ON A CAR I BOUGHT THEY DIDNT DO A THING TO IT. THEY WILL TRY TO MAKE DEALS WITH YOU, JUST RUN. THEY WILL TRY TO LINK YOU WITH A SHADY FINANCE COMPANY AND ITS NOT WORTH IT. THERES OTHER COMPANIES OUT THERE. RUN FROM THIS PLACE ESPECIALLY FROM ZOBAIDA. THAT LADY IS ALL NICE UPFRONT BUT SHE WILL CALL AND CURSE YOU OUT.

Don't go here for a car. They will get you into a lemon and won't fix the issues no matter how long you wait. Bought my truck from them needing a driver side mirror (a safety issue) and radio (has to be taped in to stay). It had been two and a half months with multiple weekly calls to be told to be patient. I am going to report them and sue them for losses. Buyer beware!

Today is June 15 and I just came from Windy City. The first thing I didn't like was a pitbull puppy running up to me , loose sniffing on me. The second was the salesperson needing an interpreter , then to be told the car I came to see wasn't there. Then for the salesperson to show me other cars on the website , I knew I couldn't afford. Utter waste of time. I received several messages from the salesperson showing the car, as if it was there. On top of all that, the dealership it self needs some serious maintenance. I would agree with many negative comments I read. And based on my experience I would recommend going some places

I bought my 2014 Jeep Sahara here from here ask for Amir I'm not going to go into detail with how excellent the customer service is because you need to experience it for yourself so if you need a vehicle get one from here!!!

This business needs to be avoided!!! This dealership bought a vehicle from me on Ebay and never paid for it. Lied to me in both phone conversations and emails. Strung me along for well over a week. Any business that could lie so easily and mislead people will stop at nothing to make a sale. No response to any of my demands to be paid. I asked, on two occasions, if I should just move on and cancel the sale. Again, just lies saying that I would be paid. Michael Kinsch is not ethical and I would have to assume that it carries throughout the dealership.

Highly NEVER would recommend. Purchased a car on 6/14 (my birthday) had to come right back 2 weeks later to get the battery replaced. And the following week for more problems. The service rep that I worked with was not helpful at all. He completely stopped answering my phone calls after he told me to call for the problems.

The manager and service reps are a joke, the vehicle I got from them has given me problems from the transmission and suspension, after 2 months they had the vehicle it s the same if not worse. Went to the JEEP dealer marino and they informed me the repairs done at Windy City they bent my subframe and removed DTCM Module (4x4) along with the transmission I would NEVER come back to these crooks!

I recently drove 4 hours for a vehicle they had listed, contacted them about the car earlier in the week to get more information if there was any damage at all and they said it didn t. So I made the drive down and found out that it had 3-4k in hail damage, bald tires all the way around, and a lot of other miscellaneous items that were broke. Wasted a day for a vehicle that wasn t as it said in the listing.

Too bad I cannot give a review of 0 to this place. Everything started ok as I right away saw the truck I was looking for. The sales guy was nice and informative, well of course since they want your business and money. I have had my truck for only 2 months and I have already brought it in to the shop 3 times and we are talking about a truck that did not cost only 5,000 its triple the cost and already with issues. I already paid 325 dollars from my pocket that the warranty did not cover which I am so mad about. The sales guy Pedro who helped me which mind you I have had to stalk him for 2 months now regarding an extra set of keys I would like for my truck hasnt had the decency to call me to let me know the status on the keys and which I have seen him like twice already and still gives me the run around about this.I do not recommend this dealership whatsoever. I am definitely a disappointed customer.

Well, they had a truck I needed for work. I asked about it and all they wanted to do was run my credit before talking about the price or anything. The truck was supposedly just traded in so they had to "legally" wait. Asked me not to go anywhere else, and then a week later tells me sorry, no deal on the truck. Knowing I'm on a deadline! A week wasted and 5 points knocked off my credit for no reason. They ran my trade in, test drove it and never even told me what they'd give me for the trade in. I just got the truck and paid 15k for it, solid running truck too. Never told me what the other truck costed either. Aaron seemed cool, he said he's new there. But if they ask you to stop looking for a vehicle that they got you covered, don't believe them.....its a lie!!! Especially if you have $5k to put down along with a good trade in......they stringed me along. 3 stars is fair, definitely not a 5 star experience as I now need to find another lot to sell me the truck I need for work.

I will definitely be visiting this dealership again! I was helped by the sales rep Sal he was communicative about the vehicles history and service record and honest about the damage the car had. I was presented with very affordable financing options as well as 2 awesome warranties to go along with the car. After having many negative experiences with dealers in the past specifically used car lots I can say with confidence I trust this dealer and its staff. I see myself doing business with them in the future, and would highly recommend this dealership for people looking for performance cars and all around cool cars in great condition!

UnbelievableI worked for a used car dealership for years so i knew better been waiting for a simple part to be repaired i am looking for a second vehicle for myself i will not be going back that's for sure.I will also avoid referring anyone to this dealership stay away is my referral.Karla was nice but i don't believe they ever ordered my part no stars if i could...

Great service from the beginning. I sent the dealership a message to inquire about a vehicle and Jose replied right away. He s great at what he does. Friendly and persistent. He doesn t give up until your happy. All other staff were also very friendly. Not pushy at all. Will recommend to family and friends.

I saw the good reviews about Windy City and decided to give it a shot, and I'm super glad I did. My credit was not the best, but they made it happen. I walked in and talked to Ivan. He was very professional and gave me advice on cars. You can tell he cares about his customers, and works with you to be happy with your purchase. Im now building my credit and have a nice ride. Will recommend.

I m extremely confused how this place has four stars out of 600+ reviews?? All car dealerships could be labeled as scammers but this car sold me a jeep and I took it to the mechanics a week after and the mechanic said the whole body was bent underneath the car I took it back and told the white manager there I forgot his name and he fought me on it saying I was a liar blah blah I ended up being able to exchange it for a different car that cost more but they were extremely rude and just pathological liars if you re desperate for a vehicle yeah this place accepts bad credit with a little down payment but if you re looking for a reliable car don t count on this place unless desperate.

Very nice dealership. Didn't try to scam us into over paying & worked with our budget. 3 hours later and we walked out with a nice car, payment plan that worked for us and were satisfied. They have made repairs to the car quickly and made the entire process easy. Also talked to another customer there who loved their service and recommended we call them with any problem we have.

Honestly I had the worst experience with this dealer I highly don t recommended.LEO the salesman was such a rude person made me waste my time showing me random number on how much my down payment and payments would be on a sheet of paper trying to rush things.Telling me I had to get a better credit score when I knew I had Good score, to find out at the end that he didn t even run my credit. Never Again.

AVOID THIS PLACE! Definitely 0 stars!I got a second vehicle from them because the first one i got was a jeep wrangler 2013 on june of 2020 no more than 10months the truck started shutting off in traffic or any light or stop sign. Took it to their service department for almost a month & couldn't figure out what the issue was, it was a different thing every other day of "what it could've be" but never fixed & they wanted to charge $1800 for something that they weren't sure if that was the actual problem.They wanted to blame me for all the accessories i was adding & at the end wanted to say it was the battery or the remote start i had put in to the truck which the remote start had been added few days after i purchase the truck.So i trade it in for a jeep grand Cherokee 2016 recently on June of 2021 thinking i won't have issues with it. Same day went to pump some gas it all started leaking saying "it was the extra gas" but the fuel pump wasn't working the cluster wasn't reading & check engine light kept popping up. The mechanics at their service department just keep guessing the issue but won't fix it. Hasn't been 30 days since i purchased it , been in & out their service department at-least 5 times already & they refused to give me my money back or get a loaner or another reliable working car. Now my car shuts off on traffic i let them know & they keep ignoring the situation....They are thirsty for their good reviews they want you to give them a 5 star before you leave & thirsty for their commissions but their service sucks when it comes to a serious note. Specifically their "manager" Zobeida! No help at all. Such a ripoff.

Beware they ask everyone to give them a 5 star rating when they first purchase the car! Most of these reviews are from happy car purchasers who haven t taken the car out of the lot yet. If I could give them a rating of 0 I definitely would. I bought a car 3 months ago with less than 20,000 miles from this dealership& now I have to pay over $5,000 in repairs for everything under the hood! They sold me a car with bad tires and worn out old parts. This dealership is unbelievable please learn something from my experience and buy a car from someone else.
