I am joining the rest of the customers who had glowing reviews and for the very same reasons. Professionalism, excellent service and courtesy. My E350 Mercedes had a manifold crack and was running rough. Diagnostic indicated what leaks were present in the system and further inspection lead to the cause. Thanks Brian and Team Wllow.

I am a little delayed on my review due to the fact that the vehicle was bought remotely and only had images and the owners word to rely on.I have purchased quite a few Porsches but all I have had the ability to sit in and drive. 5 STARS to Willow Automotive Services. Brian the owner was great and no matter how many times I asked the same questions he always was patient with my anxiety of buying a car sight unseen. I strongly recommend Willow Automotive.

I visited Willow in 2021 for a battery replacement. The workers were very knowledgeable and friendly during the whole experience. This year, in 2023, I needed to have my alternator replaced, and because my battery was under warranty, the owner of Willow helped me contact Mercedes-Benz to get a new battery through the warranty. Excellent work on high-end and exotic cars. Treat each car as if it is their own. World class with Porsche, Mercedes', BMW and Maserati. I am sure equally good with other exotics, but have not had them work on this cars. They are truly special on their work.

Preferred over Mercedes Service Centers. Their customer service is exemplary. They don't try to up-sell more expensive products that are unnecessary. While they work on exotics and high-end luxury cars, every car and every person is treated respectfully. These days, it's not often that the owner will thank you for your business - Brian does. I recommend Willow to anyone with any kind of car who wants things done correctly.

Reliable repairs and trust worthy service. Willow has fixed and maintained several vehicles for me and my family. Brian is always honest about what does or does not need to be done. I appreciate that they work on my schedule. Recommend!

The good:1) Professional, courteous, willing to listen/help2) Clean place with vibes from a Cobra to a Ferrari3) Fast response (well I have read about the car issue so much that I explained it in the most minor details)4) Reasonable hourly rate for location and car makes serviced.The Bad:I explained EVERYTHING about The car, that it had a badly installed water pump and a leak right around it, its history, my observations about the fan, the supercharger etc. I think I told them more about my car than what they knew after my final pickup ... and so - My parts, their labor - $550 cash. Fair. I negotiated a $150 off my quote (BTW Everyone deducts the inspection fee if the labor is done there), big deal So, as it is a cooling issue and they have completed the problem, after the repair and the 'Complete/Ready' word I wasn't given a copy for the work and I left thinking everything is fine. I knew my fan wasn't 100% but it was working and it was MENTIONED so thinking they have inspected it for the fee applied, I went on with my business. Oh, and yeah, unknowingly how right after i started the car my antifreeze tank sensor is now shot (thanks guys). 'Oh yeah, not expensive', their reply ($40+).The car was like - amazing. I took a drive south lake shore to make sure it is dependable and complete. About 30 miles..Before parking it I put paper towels underneath my car to see whether it's leaking just to find in the morning that it is. I called and explained I was asked to put more fluid as sometimes air pockets are there (it shouldn't, if they did everything right and bleeded the system (duh)) so I go to buy more from home depot, not far. The car starts smoking again. I call, I go back. I park and I get the question - 'why is your fan not working?'Wait, why should I be aware. Yes, a bit hypocrite on my part as i mentioned that i have read a lot about the car BUT they let me drive off as being 'Completed' right? So they knew about the fan and still let me drive off? But wait, the fan was working when I dropped it off!!!I like them but I can not trust them!Read the negative reviews - they are true and one is similar to me. Old school practices of sucking people in the well know down spiral. Who thought.. I trusted - big mistake. Go to the dealer! If people are doing this around the times we live in (look at the date written), imagine what you'd be dealing with if you decide to give them your business!!!

Brian runs a great shop. Took my 1968 fairlane to the shop to have an exhaust issue looked at. Adviced to upgrade to an electronic ignition. Now the car runs like a dream. Reasonbly priced and quick turn around time. This is the second time to the shop, the first was for my ml320 mercedes benz that other shops had no idea what was wrong. Brian replaced the center transmission bearing and the truck has been running great. Highly recommend Willoo Automotive.

I own a collection of mostly European Vintage Sports Cars and rely on Willow Automotive for nearly all of the work. Brian Murphy is EXTREMELY detail oriented and picky about getting everything correct.They have worked on everything from my Vintage Porsches, Jaguars and Ferraris to modern day Porsches and even my Jeep. If you want your work done right .trust Willow Automotive to work on your cars.Highly Recommended.

Best auto repair place in Chicago, excellent customer service from Gretchen, Brian and the whole staff. My Porsche had several issues with it and they solved all of them. Highly recommend them!!!Mike M
