Who doesn t love a clean car? They do an awesome job- while it s not a full details I always feel like I ve become a different class of a person when I drive away gleaming inside and out. The guys who work here are friendly and even make it a fun experience for the kids.

Took it for the first time they quickly took my car and let another car go in front of me, not a big deal. Cleaned the inside not very well, ripped the wires of my rear view camera out and left it, outside was still dirty, not a very good experience for $22.

Great carwash for an amazing price!! Customer service is impeccable, and their staff is very nice! I needed a few extra spots cleaned in the interior of my vehicle and white glove staff was happy to take care of it!! Thank you Luis and team!

Had come here for years, today when I received my car it had duct tape on bumper and it was fine before, when I asked why, the manager was very defensive and rude. He said it came in loose and they opted for putting duck tape. He was very rude and ordered me to get the car out, I asked to see video footage, he did in the worst attitude.It doesn t look like they got the car in the videos, and he did removed the tape per my request.I tried explaining to him my thoughts and he said none of this was his problem and they had a sign and was not his fault if I did not read the sign before I entered.Jose Luis was definitely not helpful but rude, and I will not be coming back here.

Stopped by to give it a try and it was early on the morning so not a lot of cars were waiting. It didn't take long for a man to take my order and the keys to the car and while they are cleaning it inside and out you can see it getting done. The cleaned the inside nicely including vacuuming and cleaning the windows. As the car gets washed by a machine you can see the lights light up announcing what is being done to your vehicle.On the hallway you are walking while looking at your car is warm and at the end there is complimentary coffee.They also have many items to buy and a waiting area were you can seat and wait.The overall experience was nice, the lady at the checkout was quicka well. There are two places were you can tip, by the register and when you are exiting.The car like I said was very clean inside but on the outside there were drips of water and the very bottom of my car was still dirty.On their defense my car was a bit dirty to start and it's low so unless it's hand wash most machines do not clean the bottom of my car well.Overall it was a good experience and inexpensive.

Quick, easy, and affordable! I brought my Subaru in, and it was a MESS. I purchased the ultimate wash, and it felt like I had a new car 10 minutes later. Definitely making coming here again routinely!

They do a good job here and pay attention to details. I usually get the Ultimate Wash with also the floor mat shampooing, which come sout to about $35 at the time of writing this review, which isn't bad but not cheap either. My only complaint is that often they don't do a therough e ought job at drying so there are still streaks and water marks that sometime run down the windows. Besides that, it's a good wash and I don't think you'll be disappointed!

Okay, but could be better! It was $13 for inside & outside of our minivan. I would have been happy if they had vacuumed the trunk, and removed the 1 reusable bag I had sitting on the passenger side in order to vacuum the front seat. The outside looked nice and they did take out and wipe down our floor mats, which were a winter mess.The inside viewing hall is a plus for young kids though - not loud & entertaining.All in all - you get what you pay for! Better than a gas station wash, but not at all complete. I will still likely return, because my kids loved it.

Maybe the worst car wash iv gotten in the Chicagoland area. $26 and it looks like the inside wasn t touched. My fingers left streaks in the dust on my dash

I called and made an appointment to get the interior of my Honda CR-V vacuumed, shampooed, and detailed for Sunday at 8 AM. He advised that I come in earlier so that my car had time to dry before I picked it up in the afternoon. Made sense. So I pull up on Sunday morning at 8:06 and the garage door says that it's closed. No big, I wait in front. It had stormed overnight and into the morning, but was clearing up. I called the number on their website 6 times. I emailed them twice. I stayed there until 9:30 AM before giving up. They never opened. They never called or emailed me back.During the week, I had my husband look into alternate places to get the interior shampooed and detailed. He ended up calling White Glove again and asked why they never called me back. They explained that THEY CLOSE WHEN IT RAINS. No warning. No reaching out to customers. They just close. So they hadn't opened until 11 AM on the morning I had come in. And no, he didn't have an explanation as to why they didn't reach out to me about my appointment, but he remembered my name.My husband and I decided to give them another chance so he brought the car in for detailing. The advertised price online is $140 and up for the interior, depending on the car size. We were charged $250 for our Honda CR-V.Did they do a good job? Sure. But this was over 50% higher than the base price for a medium-sized vehicle. And they tried to close AGAIN before my husband could pick up the car.Overall, this business is unprofessional and unreliable.Services: Auto detailing, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

Got the Full Service wash for my SUV (which was so dirty between my kids and transporting bales of hay for Halloween decorations. The team was fast and thorough, and the price is incredibly reasonable. I will definitely be coming back here every time for my interior / exterior cleans.

TERRIBLE. This my car after paying $23. Didn't even take photos of the leaves and spots on the outside. They weren't even busy but clearly in a rush.

My go-to car wash. The mixture of machine and human doesn't quite catch all the small things, like some corners of the interior dash/doors or the drip marks after the first external wipe down, but it's way cheaper than a full detail. The staff are always nice and efficient, too.

This car wash is automated primarily so most of the outer cleaning, waxing, tire shine and water repellent they upcharge you for is done via machine. As you can imagine the machine only does so much and thus parts of your vehicle don't look as good as you'd like. I paid for the full package including an inside vacuum and wiping down of interior windows and dash, total cost after 2 dollar extra charge for suv was $26. The price is ok, maybe even fair, if it were hand washed, but for a machine I was very disappointed. The interior cleaning wasn't done very well, as I had to point out multiple spots gnat weren't clean. They work amazingly fast here, which is great, but it also shows its more about quantity then quality. Employees were nice and professional so there's no issues there. I just feel like I paid $26 for a $10 wash at ducky's car wash.

This was my favorite car wash in Chicago. Had the Ultimate car wash which is what I always get, but today the wash did not get my car clean. There was still dirt on all of the rocker panels and dirt still on the roof of the car. When I am pointed it out, they simply tried rubbing the dirt off with a rag. When I showed the manager there was still dirt on the car and wiped it off with my fingers, he said, " that is the paint." It was dirt! And I could wipe it off!! Total lack of respect for the customer and their work. Very disappointed. I requested they run my car through again and the manager refused. He also refused a refund. Take your money and you get what you get is how they operate. Left with a dirty car. Again, VERY disappointed! Take your car and money elsewhere.Services: Full body wash, Auto interior vacuuming

I went on 6/20/22, and it was a terrible experience. I got the Ultimate Wash, they didn t proper vacuum anything. Rugs still full of large particles, a lot of smudges in the exterior. They also broke my air conditioning. I do not recommend this place, save yourself the terrible experience and go somewhere else. Or better yet give the 25 bucks to some random stranger on the street because they would probably do a better job. Well originally wanted see if Berts Car wash was going to wash my motorcycle but they are not answering their phone. I googled this place up since it was closer to my house however did not like how their staff conducted their service washing my motorcycle. For a full detail car wash that services cleaning a motorcycle the staff sure bothered me a lot and couldn't decide where to my my motorcycle several times when I was in the waiting room area. I was annoyed by that. Despite that they were more expensive than Berts Car wash on Grand Ave and did not answer they made me pay early thinking that the service was done? Really poor operation. I gave them 3 stars for at least the availability and convenience but for $50 more than Berts Car wash to clean motorcycle I think they could be more organized for specialty cleaning when doing specialty cleaning for motorcycle. I can't say for cars but that was my experience for upkeep cleaning of motorcycle and why I refuse to give tip.

I went here for a car wash. The exterior of my car looks nice, but the outside is worse than I started. It s clear dirty towels were used. My car smells like vomit (there was no vomit in here prior to the wash). My rubber car mats have a bunch of pooled (dirty) water in them and the car clearly wasn t vacuumed at all. For $20, this is unacceptable. I asked if they could at least vacuum the car as I paid for this service and the staff was rude - I asked if they could instead refund what I paid for the interior wash (while still paying for the exterior, which looked fine) and I was told they can t because the owner wasn t there. An employee came back with dirty towels to fix the car but just ended up berating me and then spitting on the side of my car when I told him to forget it because I wanted to leave. Will not return and don t recommend (for obvious reasons).

So I came in yesterday for a basic exterior wash and when I got home I noticed that the passenger side fender was still very dirty. I came back yesterday but it was already closed. I came back today to get some sort of refund and/or new wash to actually have the car clean. There seemed to be a miscommunication and they didn t even refund me and they had the audacity to charge for a new car wash with a slight discount. So I essentially paid for two washes to have the exterior clean with the basic service. This is terrible service and I will most definitely not be coming back hereService: Full body wash

This was my first time at this establishment. The workers were friendly and helpful. Only 3 stars because as I approached my suv, I noticed many spots were still dirty - mirrors, back gate, inside the driver's side door, etc. Granted, my car was past due for a wash but for $23 I really expected more. I asked for the back to be vacuumed (later I saw they do it for free IF you ask so I was glad I did). When I went to put stuff back there, it wasn't clean. Needless to say, I'm glad my car is cleaner than when I took it in. I just don't think that job was worth $23 (plus tip).

The staff is fast and thorough. My car looks great. The facility is clean and spacious, a welcome change from most car washes in Chicago which are little more than cleared out warehouse space. My favorite thing about this place is that there's a long hallway with a viewing area where you can watch the car go through the automatic wash. My kids love it! And entertained kids means a short, quiet, pleasant respite for me!
