Recently I had to have a control arm replaced on my Honda. I can rest assure that my car will be dependable under Sam s watchful eyes. Western Brynmawr Auto repair is wonderful and always get a good and fair deal. I also like that Sam shows me what s wrong and doesn t treat me like a dummy. His brother George is really good too but since I get my car fixed early mornings I don t see him but the times I have. He s been polite, kind and respectful. You couldn t want for two better guys working on your car. I m so grateful to these two brothers who keep me safe on the road.

2/27/2018Visited Sammy and George again for my 2003, Toyota 4Runner, now at 250K miles. All I have to say is they are awesome. Honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable mechanic shop. They have left my 4Runner in perfect working condition. I am grateful to them for looking after my loyal truck. Thanks, I highly recommend them.7/23/2016I'd like to start by saying I have never used any mechanic other than my dealer to service my 200,000+ mile, 2003 Toyota 4 Runner, which by the way I love. However, recently my differential started making a dreaded hum, so off to my dealership and mechanic I went. I was saddened to understand that the replacement for my differential was well over $2,000.00 and to add insult to injury my mechanic, whom I loyally visited for thirteen years for regular services, added a replacement of my brake lines for $1,000.00 as he said they were corroded.After the shock of the costs to repair my faithful truck, I sadly began to consider selling and buying the same truck, newer. In telling my story to a good friend he recommended Western Bryn Mawr Auto. Hesitantly, as I am the loyal type, I visited Western Bryn Mawr Auto and met Sammy, George and their team, whom were extremely friendly but more importantly thorough, honest, knowledgeable and efficient. To my surprise, immediately they informed and demonstrated to me that the differential had very little oil in it and obviously had never been topped up (did not know it had to be checked periodically). In addition, they showed me my complete brake lines which were in perfect working order.After the enlightenment of my truck's condition, I immediately booked it into a complete tune-up and overhaul. Sammy and his team have restored my truck to perfect working order and my family and I couldn't be more grateful and satisfied. In all, I paid less than half of the dealership quote for a complete tune-up, front struts and front brakes (full visual demonstration and explanation too), no differential replacement needed. More importantly, I have made new friends, where I can take my truck and trust that it will be cared for thoroughly and honestly. Thank you to Sammy, George and the team at Western Bryn Mawr Auto, they have exceeded my expectations and consequently, my loyalty. Totally recommend this auto repair shop!

Three generations of my family have been bringing our cars here. My father and myself have always brought our cars here and now my son is doing the same. If you are looking for honest and reasonably priced work, you need to come see Sami and George.

It s hard to find honest mechanics that know what they are doing, and these guys are the real deal. Been with them over 15 years and they have always done great work on my vehicles that I brought in over the years. Highly recommend them, Sam and George are stand up guys.

Sami does a great job of taking care of his customers. He goes out of his way to help you get your car running again and the repair prices are reasonable.

Western Bryn Mawr auto repair shop is the best. I thought I would get new tires for my car and get a good discount at one of those Club Stores. Well they could not get my tires off and wanted me to go to my mechanic and have them loosen the lug nuts and bring it back. I was.annoyed tires is what this place does and they couldn't get the job done. I called my friendly Mechanic Sam and told him my woes. and he said he could have gotten me a better deal than the club store on the tires. So I got a refund on the tires and went to Western Bryn Mawr. My tires feel wonderful and my pocketbook is fatter. Also Sam and the mechanic worked very hard on my old car. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my car. Also I think it is better to deal in the neighborhood especially since all the mom and pop stores will soon be extinct if we don't

Sammi and George have been taking care of my minivan for years and do a great job. They always look out for my best interest and usually do whatever has to be done on same day. Highly recommend.

I've been taking my auto to Western Bryn Mawr Auto Repair for several years. Sami and George have always provided me with excellent service and repairs, their prices are very fair and reasonable. I will never trust anybody else to handle the repairs on my car. I feel extremely fortunate to have found such honorable people to repair my auto when there is a problem. They have kept my auto in excellent condition for many years. Once again, I' like to attest to the fact that their integrity is beyond reproach. It is a pity that most other repair services don't match the high standards of Sami and George.CL

Great experience. Stopped in on a Saturday afternoon and got service immediately. They fixed the problem for $100 less than another estimate and even stuck to the quote when the costs and taxes went over. Highly recommended, George is as honest and efficient as any auto mechanic can be.

My family has been coming to Western-Bryan Mawr for 20 years Sammi always treats us right and takes time to really go over the vehicle to make certain that the car isn t in need of any fluids or lights or wiper blades which means a lot to us. I ve since moved to AZ, but my mum and sister and some friends and cousins still bring their cars to Sammi at Wester-Bryn Mawr. Thanks Sammi for being a stand up gent!!

I had my air conditioning fixed with them. They immediately knew what to do and provided the best-priced service along with great attention to detail and great customer service. Highly recommended. Will go back to them again.

They helped me get back on the road fast and with affordable pricing. The owner was even kind enough to take me to a hotel and I had an amazing conversation with him. Definitely stopping by if I go back to Chicago!

I had my Mercedes C55 serviced there for a malfunctioning alternator and Sammy took great care of me and my car. He kept me in the knowing each step of the way, and I am very satisfied with my service so far.

Absolutely blown away by the customer service and attention to detail. Main concern is not wasting your time or money and educating you on what your car needs! Only place you should visit in the long line of auto shops on Western Ave.

For the past 10 years Western Bryn Mawr Auto has handled all my auto repair and maintenance concerns. I have no complaints - they've always done a satisfactory job - I would recommend them.
