Great service and price! The work done on repairing our back door - which had a small run in with a parking garage wall - was excellent. An extra bonus was the wonderful job they did of cleaning our car inside and out! Much appreciated.

Super impressed with this body shop! Found them when my usual body shop had a wait time until November and it was a great find. I recently scraped the passenger door on a concrete pylon and had noticed paint chipping on my hood (likely from scraping winter snow and ice). I found their quote to be fair and in the end, they came in right on budget. They also finished 1 day early, also very much appreciated. Right away they were able to give me an estimate and gave me a breakdown of each thing to replace. They would constantly update me about my car and were very transparent. Danny, a true genuine honest person!It s so rare to be able to meet and work with the owner. Danny answered the phone, took care of my quote and pickup. Truly kind human being! My car was side swiped causing damage across the side, so I wanted to take it to a place that would fix it properly.Although more expensive than some of the other quotes I received, in seeing the positive reviews, I thought it would be worth it to give them a try.I was told if I dropped off the car on the weekend, they would have it complete by the upcoming Friday. Perfect, I thought. I planned everything around this.It turned out this was not the case at all. Days after dropping off my car, I was then informed I would have to wait until the following Tuesday. Then on the following Tuesday, I was told I had to wait until the following Wednesday.When I show up after work on Wednesday to pick up my car, I thought it strange the push to make me pay before seeing the work, but I paid right away anyway.Then when they brought my car around for me to pick it up, the rim for the drivers side rear wheel (near the area where they were doing work) was severely bent.The manager refused to have his guys fix the area they damaged, denying his guys damaged it, and then saying it was closing time, as if to rush me off so he could go home- I couldn t believe it.I said I am happy to leave the car and pick it up the next day, but they need to fix what they damaged. Still he refused and was very resistant for both of us to talk to the owner by phone together to get this resolved.Eventually, I did get the owner on the phone and the owner said unless I took pictures before I dropped it off to prove it wasn t bent before, he wouldn t fix it. I told him I don t expect to have my car damaged by the very shop that I m paying to have my car fixed at so I didn t have photos but that I would be happy to FaceTime at that moment so he could see the damage I was referring to that they caused.He still refused insisting his guys would never do that despite the very obvious damage they caused.Issue #1: Damaged my vehicle (the rim)and refused to fix it.Issue #2: broken promise of completion-1st completion date not kept.Issue #3:broken promise of completion-2nd completion date not kept.Issue #4: collecting money before showingme the vehicle with the damagethey made , and then rushingme out to close and stillbeing unwilling to fix what theydamaged, since they alreadycollected the payment.I highly recommend you skip this company and use another.

I had them repair the rust on my 2006 Hyundai Sonata. They repaired my rust, and the car looks fantastic. They even were able to fix a couple of the dents! They are reasonably priced and very honest people. Definitely taking all my cars here.

I had a bad experience with this service and the owner with regard to customer communications. The service price was unexpectedly doubled midway through the process, which was far from the standards of professional business practices.

These guys are real professionals. They replaced my entire front bumper and grill and matched the paint perfectly. Not only was the price very reasonable, but Danny was super helpful and transparent throughout the process, and my car looks like it is brand new. Not only did they complete the job at hand, but they returned my car in beautiful condition and as if they fully detailed and washed my entire car. It came in looking like a mess and they went above and beyond to make it look as nice as possible. I couldn t possibly recommend these guys enough and I ll definitely be back to them for any future body shop needs j have.Service: Body & Trim

Couldn't have asked for an easier to work with, nice, transparent place. Danny was communicative from the very beginning about quotes and kept me aware of changes in my service.When I got COVID and needed someone else to pick up the car for me, Danny offered to hold on to the car until a friend could get it free of charge. Plus, the car looks great.Next time I need some help with my car, I know exactly where I will go. Wish I could give them 6 stars.Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

These guys gave me the cheapest price out of 4 body shops on fixing my dented door from a hit-and-run and on a separate occasion offered to buff out a large scratch I had free of charge.They are honest, hardworking, and friendly people who do a great job and deserve more business! :)

I must have visited over 15 different body shops across the city, some independently owned and some that were larger. From my experience, I can honestly say that Western body shop is the only body shop worth going to for an estimate. I m not sure what is the matter with other body shops, but I feel like none of them come close to the quality customer service and professionalism I experienced here. Danny, who I believe is the owner, was honest, fair and constantly gave me updates about the status of my repairs. I couldn t be more satisfied with the end result. My parent s SUV looks incredible, and they even gave it a nice cleaning inside and out. I will definitely come here again if I ever need any work done on a vehicle and you should too. Don t waste your time going to other body shops for quotes. You will be disappointed, trust me.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I love this body shop! They have always done all my car work and I never have a complaint. I appreciate how kind everyone is, including the owner. Right now I will be taking another car for work as my mom was just in a car accident. Danny & his team did a great job fixing some surface rust on my rocker panels and did it at a very reasonable cost & at a much higher standard than other "cheap" body shops I've had prior experience with. Paint matches perfectly and looks OEM. Highly recommended. Was understanding and helpful with unplanned for mechanical trouble as well.Services: Body & Trim, Paint repair

Excellent service. Both Gus and Danny were very nice and respectful. The secretary is even nice and professional. I had rust repair done on my truck on the left and right side They got it done in 4 days. And They even have a bake booth so that the paint won't have to cure for 30days after the repair. Everything looks amazing. Professional and not extremely expensive like the other shoes I was quoted on. I certainly appreciate their business. Will refer others to them. Thanks so much! Great service from Western Body Shop! I had multiple scratches on a passenger door I had let go for over a year. They were able to provide me an estimate over e-mail within an hour and the prices were much more reasonable than the other places I had looked. They completed the work a day faster than originally stated and there were no surprise charges at pick up. Thanks Gus and team!

The sides of my front fender were falling off, and they just needed to be clipped back on. Original clips were broken. Came in 10, min later is was done super easy and a very reasonable price. These guys are literally the best - half the cost and the quality is outstanding. Danny, the owner, is fantastic guy and very trust worthy. I had piled up damage all over my car and they were able to take care of it for a little more than what several others had quoted me for just one of the 4 jobs. Highly recommended and won't go anywhere else for my car.Don't judge this book by its cover, he works on plenty of high-end cars.

Remarkable. I took my dinged, dented, and scratched 2016 Kia Soul to Western Body Shop after receiving an estimate from a national collision repair shop that took my breath away. Owner Danny Avalos gave me a very competitive quote, then completed the repairs in half the time the "big guy" had estimated.I don't have any before and after photos, but believe me when I say the car looks terrific! Pressure's on--I'm going to be more careful even though I now have a "go-to" body shop.Western also replaced the weatherstripping around a door and a missing radio mast, charging only for the parts and nothing for the labor.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Great place for body work. Gustavo was extremely attentive, calling me with updates almost every day that our car was in the shop. And Danny was great, hand cleaned our car when we picked it up. The car looks great, better than before it was hit. Highly recommend Western Body Shop!

I took my jeep in for some body repair. These guys are amazing! Fantastic work for a very good price. They even fixed some paint damage that wasn't included just because they wanted my car to look perfect. They also held on to my car for an extra ten days when I unexpectedly had to travel for work. I wish I could give these guys six stars. Excellent work!

Wow! This is the best body shop in town. The staff is very friendly and informative. They we're able to complete my service in a timely manner and they even cleaned my car super nicely before returning. I am over joyed with my service. 10/10 would recommend!
