I had the opportunity to experience the horrible customer service from The Manager FREDDY at this location. My client Brought her car in to be serviced for shocks on the back End of HER car it was making noise FREDDY was very very rude and I can t express the nastiness he displayed with me an my client. He claim to have NO IDEA AS TO WHY SHE BROUGHT HER CAR IN, IN THE 1st Place..He kept repeating that! Made himself clear that No one in the Shop knew why the car was brought in, And that he was only trying to get paid an get his Guys GET paid..From the time he walked up to her car to the time he got out ( he test drove it) His attitude was very nasty, didn t speak.. Day before again Rude. My client is a senior ..They took her money lied about services being rendered. Was NOT CLEAR with explaining about services that were supposed to be done. She left that place with exactly the same issue that she drove in with. Over $1400 worth of work. During the test drive Freddy continued to insult my client an didn t address any issue pertaining to what we had brought the car in for. TO BE A MANAGER HIS DISPOSITION IS VERY NASty, CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM HIM IS HORRIBLE .

I went to do the service forMy car Altima 2018 and they offer me an especial price forNew tires100 each tire and the 4th one just one dollar I spoke with Alex And He Say If I get the offer he s not to charge for the service and I went on Monday March 11 n he didn t show up so O come back today march 12 n finally he was there he gave the same price that he offered before that s why I come back so they do the job and at the end when they finish he told me that s the total was 505$ vs 301 And he says that he never offer meThat price about the promotion he lie to me. Now at the night I m checking the price at the website and yes they. Have that offer n heTold me this morning that they never have this offer when is so clear at the website and this location why this guy lie to me why they don t respect and work with the true with more ethic is not necessary to lie to the people is not the way to work. I m work on sales with many people annd I do business and is not necessary to lie. This place don t have rules for their workers no ethics and not respect for their customers

Service sucks. I brought it to them because I wanted Nissan to be the only people to touch my car and I made the worse decision taking it there. Nothing but uneducated, lazy, know it all men. My car needed mechanical work and when I got it back it still made popping sounds and they said it might be my hood which my hood had nothing to do with the work they were doing. They made my issue about the hood which I truly believe they switched it out, or sold it to me that way. I ve had 2 mechanics tell me the hood on my car isn t for my car. They won t listen or fix the problem.manager is on a power trip and I m not exactly sure why, he s literally working a 9-5 with no knowledge of his job. He needs to go back to school and then come and teach his mechanics a few things. They refused to revise their work so now I had to take my car elsewhere so they can revise the terrible work Nissan did.

I had my car door serviced by Western Ave Nissan. They told me it would take a few hours. I mentioned that my mom was in the hospital. They arranged to have a porter drive me back to the hospital so that I could sit with her and then picked me up after my car was ready. So gracious and considerate! Thank you Mike and the entire service department!! You guys are awesome.

I went yesterday, 02/15/23, to have my oil replaced and when I got in the car this is what I seen. I m all for lunch breaks but really ?! In my car? There s no professionalism from the people in the back. The employees up front attended me politely and quickly. But this is just unacceptable.

Took my car Wednesday to get checked and waited on them till Thursday evening before they close to pick up the car , my wife picked up the car with a cracked windshield, tried calling them they said call tomorrow to talk to the manager, called no body answer so I went down there asked for the manager, some guy said I m the manager and when I explained the situation he said i got to wait till Monday to talk to Some guy name Freedy , that s unprofessional at all I took the car twice to them in one week for a service and they overcharged me and yet i get my car back with a broken windshield and can t get hold of someone of them to explain to me how my windshield got cracked

Employees are professional, very helpful. I purchased my car at Kelly Nissan, they ask to wash my car once since I had the car. I came to Western Ave Nissan and never went back. Kelly Nissan has a pretty building, Western Ave Nissan provides great service, and look for discounts for me. Everyone from the front to the back was very nice and professional. I know where I'll buy my next car.

I was charged almost $300 to have my battery replaced. Talk about overcharging for something so simple is a shame. Can you say price gouging!!! They also left the inside of my car dirty with oil or something muddy looking on my seats and dashboard.

Went in there because my 2016 Nissan Altima SV was having some issues. The staff there is really nice and the quick response and hard work from the team leads to short repair times. The only issue I have is the price. $160 just to plug my car in and pull up the codes that are getting an error. Plus an $800 estimate to fix 3 intake timing solenoids. I was able to get it to a mechanic an pay less than $500 and he wouldn't have even charged me to plug my car in and pull up the codes because it literally takes anyone with the equipment less than 5 minutes to get those codes. Everything is great except the pricing. Great place to get a professional estimate, but I would always use a mechanic you trust for the repair. Otherwise, you're just paying extra for the exact same work and the exact same warranty.

We had a problem with our Rogue that required major repairs. This was complicated by global supply issues. Nissan on Western Ave. is giving us an SUV loaner in the interim! Thank you!

Haven't had my Rogue repaired here because their prices are outrageous. Doesn't matter what I call for I get close to a $300 quote everytime. They wanted $258 for a single tire pressure sensor which Is hilarious.

They have some thee worst costumer service i have seen. If you bring your car in for any work they will not update you untill they feel like its done. I sat there for 8hrs just fir them to tell me its something else wrong with my car. They always playing phone tag but will never reply to your voicemail. Im only 2 seconds away from trading this car in and going somewhere else to get a car cuz this is crazy

Terrible dealership. Called earlier to make sure they have the car I saw online. And I confirmed it TWICE that they had the same exact car. The women assured me the car is in their inventory and I let her know that I will be there in 2-3 hours. After driving for more than an hour the sales rep says the car in not in the dealership and that the owner is out of town. Absolute waste of time.

Great customer service and having $13 off synthetic oil ain't bad . Go around 10am you should be in and out on a week day . Crowded on the weekends.

Before we ventured over to Nissan on Western, we called to discuss our vehicle's problems and told them we'd be bringing there for service. NEVER DID THEY TELL US THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT WASN'T AT COLUMBUS AND WESTERN!! We drive there only to be told we had to go somewhere else. I followed my husband so we had 2 vehicles to move to the service location! Tjis is my first experience with this dealer and I'm NOT impressed!
