I purchased a new 2023 Nissan Rogue on Wednesday, April 10th, 2024. My salesperson was Hector Marroquin. Hector was an amazing salesman! He made me feel comfortable from the start of the process and was completely accommodating to my every need and want. Hector was also very knowledgeable about the product he sells and is passionate. Through Western Avenue Nissan, I was able to get the car of my dreams. My trip from St Louis to Chicago to purchase this vehicle was worth every gallon of gas, minute of time, and every mile driven. Sergio was super efficient, helpful, and professional. My sales consultant, Eros, was an absolute pleasure to work with! They were studious, professional and very attentive in answering all my questions and making sure I got the car I wanted, as fast as possible. The gentleman named Eros really gave me a wonderful sports car for the best deal he could give me cause my credit wasn t the best, he s a very nice man. Omg Ruben was amazing! He got me the exact car I wanted and got me a lower down payment. I m in the process of rebuilding my credit and I went to 3 other places and they try to give me an old raggedy high mileage car.Western Avenue Nissan let me pick the car I wanted with no money down.I highly recommend you see Ruben as he is transparent and finds a way to make it work.Ask for Ruben and come to Western Avenue Nissan.

I went I to Nissan to get a use car just to get around and left out with a nice 2022 ford edge sel. With no money down this man Darius Lewis had a great personality and went above and beyond to get the right fit for me he even fed me and followed me to drop my rental off. I felt like I've known him forever. So if you need a car go to nissan and ask for Darius Lewis he loves to help

I recently came in to see what my options were for a new car . I couldn't be happier with my experience. Melvin was friendly, calm , and understanding. Melvin me feels welcomed as a person who didn t really understand my options.Melvin gave me his insight on help i could possibly help my mom receive her dream car as well . Wow! I purchased a new car at this location & the experience was best out of all my previous car purchases! The sales rep, Mr. Courtney Collins, was professional, friendly, & knowledgeable. He listened carefully to my concerns & asked questions to determine what type of car I needed & offered great advice without any pressure to make a purchase. I received an excellent offer on my trade-in after being offered very little from other dealers. I even got a much better rate than what I'd been offered elsewhere. I love my new car (and I look good in it). Many thanks to the sales team at Western Ave Nissan!!!

I had the pleasure of working with Raphael (Like The Ninja Turtles!!!) or should I say he had the pleasure of working with me I came in with a car already in mind , knowing that I wouldn t have a lot of options. Though I left with a different car and a little out of my budget, Raphael made me feel extremely confident with my purchase for the year and to come back and he will be able to give me the vehicle I want! Raphael was very professional and educated in the information he gave and also offered. I trust him with my Keys and a chair to come sit in when I just want to enjoy some coffee and laughs. Melvin Responded quickly: He made us as customers that we were appreciated his fast response times when we asked questions .Melvin understood our point of view and made us feel valued.Melvin was stressed at some point because he wasn t receiving support from his other colleagues. But Melvin prevail and persisted and we got the car we wanted with everything we needed . Melvin was well informed and educated about his job. You can feel and see he is passionate about job . I already in the process of referring others because of his personality.

Sergio is amazing, he s the best!!! He was very professional and polite. Also he was very knowledgeable and he did everything he could do to accommodate me. I was in a terrible situation and then I happened to come in Western Nissan and met Melvin and he was amazing! I never thought that I would ever find a car with my credit and I left with a car that day! I can't recommend him enough!
