Thank you so much for saving my vacation! We bent a wheel and knocked off my tire coming out of Culvers down the road. Thankfully we were right next door and I was able to walk over. I walked in and was instantly greeted by PJ. Told him what I had going on. He said he could get me a new wheel by the next day. I told him that probably wasnt going to work since we needed to be in Indianapolis later that day. He then tried and alternate source and bingo was able to get me a wheel. In under 3 hours they had me and my family back on the road. Thank you so much PJ and crew! Professional, courteous and went the extra mile for a complete stranger. You saved my family's vacation! A++++

Wentworth Tire of Chicago has changed my life, when the dealership gave me grief! Joe has made my experience wonderful and pleasant! My 2015 chevy tahoe needed an engine and Joe found the perfect solution! The engine was affordable, Installed and ready before the ETA time! Wentworth Tire and Staff are the greatest!

I want to thank joe personally for being so patient with me, my car was to sitting there for while and joe waited patiently until the insurance company got back to me. Also, he did a wonderful job on my car. I can t thank you enough. GOD Bless you.

If I could give 10 stars I would! Joe is amazing! He explained everything thoroughly to us. He was totally open and honest...which is hard to find these days when it comes to auto repairs.Joe didn't try to sell me unnecessary services and told me exactly what was wrong.I will definitely be back. Thanks Joe!!

Stopped at this place in an emergency to have 4 wheel studs replaced. They wanted over 200 to remove a tire and replace them... the cost of a set of lug studs and nuts is 13$... they didn't say they were going to replace the rotors... just the studs...price gougers...

Went into the Corliss location to have tire pressure warning light checked; nothing visible on any of the tires. Manager told me to pull right in to the bay. The technician quickly checked all four and found one to be low. He told me there was no charge! That's unheard of these days. I did not get the name of the technician, but he and the manager are to be commended for that! Was about 7:20am ; 9/27. Thanks!

I arrived with my daughter's car to get a oil change and was greeted with jesse on of the Firestone staff members. My wait time was short and my car was done in a reasonable manner. I have always been a member of this shop and will continue to patronize this business.The staff has always been very personal and patient with the needs of the costumer.Thank you for your service.

I sent them a text through their website after hours, and they responded that they can fix my tires. I had one tire in the back of my truck, damaged beyond repair, and the other one losing air rapidly. I inflated the tire still on my vehicle, and went to their shop.I got my price up front, and it was within my expectations. They replaced both of my front tires, reinstalled my spare underneath my truck, and had me back on the road in no time flat (no pun intended). I need the two rear tires replaced eventually, and I will definitely be going back to them. I had absolutely no complaints.** UPDATE **The last time I was there, I was trying to pass emissions with my Trailblazer. The mechanic advised me that the repairs needed would be more than the worth of the vehicle.I wound up buying another vehicle (GMC Terrain) and today, I brought that vehicle in for new tires. The price of the tires were within my expectations, and the service was prompt. I was in and out in about an hour and a half.I have never been disappointed with the service I received. Everyone has always been straightforward. Keep up the good work!

I really needed to purchase four all season tires. This establishment provided exactly what I needed. A very courteous salesman assisted me. He patiently checked their inventory for the tires I wanted, provided the price and general information about the product. My purchase came with a $75.00 rebate that was instantly credited to my bill.They accept various payment methods, (cash, credit, debit.)Customers are asked to provide the make/model of their vehicle, and the license plate number. Therefore, one should have that information available to prevent having to go back to your vehicle to retrieve it.The lobby/waiting area was clean and comfortable. Social distancing protocols are in place, and face mask are required for service.They provide other auto repair services too. Several customers wanted their oil changed and various other automotive repairs for their vehicles.While I was their, the employees were experiencing difficulty getting some needed parts. However, if you listen to recent news reports, you should know that this issue is industry wide across the United States. It isn't autonomous to Wentworth Tires.Overall, I highly recommend this company and will remain a loyal customer.

I worked with Jesse and it was a delight. Originally I was going to go through my dealership but the dealership told me that I had to bring the vehicle in first before they would order my tires at which point I would have still had to wait to get the tire work done. When I called Wentworth tires and spoke with Jesse he agreed to order the tires upfront which helped me out a lot with my busy schedule. From that point I was able to send my wife to the shop to get the tires put on her vehicle. Jessie s knowledge of the tires and his willingness to work with me over the phone to get what I needed help to close and seal the deal. I will definitely be returning to Wentworth tire in the future and I would definitely send family and friends. Almost forgot to say that they have good pricing as well.

My experience was interesting I purchased tires and a wheel alignment when I picked up my car it was still out of alignment? I took my car back my salesperson Joe informed me they shouldn't have tried to align the car there was a bolt broken long story short the work was done without considering what would happen. I took a chance but Joe was kind enough to refund the money for the alignment I wish he could have performed the service at least he cares for the quality of his work.

I talked to Ken and wanted to find out if they could get and install new tires on my 4 wheeler. Plenty of options and quick service. Absolutely will go back when my trucks are ready for tires. Fast and friendly service!!

The service was good, the employees (especially Joe) were kind and professional, and considering I brought my truck in late in the day, they completed everything in a reasonable period of time (the next day). I would have given 5 stars, but I think for the price I paid for all the work I had done, they could have washed my JEEP!

Great customer service!!! Friendly people. Service is always great. I use to be a Supervisor for Home Depot for 20years. Customer service is one of my top priorities. These guys fit that criteria to the max. If I could give them 10 stars I would!!! Thanks for great customer service!!!!

I knew I needed a wheel alignment and oil change, but I thought I needed brakes. Eric was very thorough in his assessment. He was honest about the work I needed and didn t need. He made me feel comfortable, as some auto repair shops will sometimes try to overcharge women. I ll be returning for all of my auto repair needs.

Heading through the city when our inside dually blew on the freeway. Called this place about our 1 off tires and from the time our tire blew to the time we were all paid and back on the road was 1 hour and 30 minutes. Brian saved us.

I blew two tires out on Doty Road, not far from Wentworth Tires. Jesse made sure I got in before the 1:30pm closing on a Saturday, and I was serviced and ready to go within an hour despite all of the appointment slots being full. My daughter and I are so thankful for their kindness and great customer service. The tires were also super reasonably priced.

I went to my vehicle and discovered a large nail. I called Wentworth tires and asked if they could help. It was 4:45PM. The guy said if I could make it in 10 minutes-Yes. I was fixed up and back home by 5:20! Great service! Nice people. Thank you!

Great Place of Business!! They are experts and fair!! I truly appreciate the integrity that comes with a family owned business. Jesse was the rep I worked with and he was awesome!! Highly recommend this place if your car needs servicing.

I had heard negative reviews about the old Firestone , they were all wrong! This was one of the best auto experiences I have had. The team of mechanics appear to work as a family. I am definitely going back and have found a home for my automobile repairs. Keep up the good work!!!!!

Update: 10/16- Just went back to Wentworth to have my F-150's suspension leveled. Looks great! Alignment is on point as well. Another fantastic experience at Wentworth. Keep up the great work!Just bought my 4th set of tires from Wentworth over the last several years on different vehicles I've owned. Always a great experience. Knowledgeable, honest and friendly.

After doing online research I came across this auto repair business. They open at 7a which is great and near my home. Don t know why I never noticed them but glad I found them. First come, first serviced. They were a little swamped since they handle fleet vehicles but that didn t stop them from squeezing me in at 9a, diagnosing the source of my coolant leak, and getting me out by 11a. I really appreciated that. After being a loyal customer to a major dealership for over 5 years, I m happy to say I believe I just found my next best thing (for my vehicle sake). I would say give them a try.

Came in to get brakes checked and oil change, they were honest about what I actually needed and gave solid advice on what could be held off til later. In a world where people can screw you over not being the most knowledgeable in cars, honest trustworthy people is something I can always value, definitely earned a loyal customer in me.

Nice clean friendly establishment and staff. As I sat outside in my car my choice waiting, another car drove up on a flat. They took me in, and I sat almost an hour for them to plug my tire. I noticed they had took the one car In to fix their flat. So I asked the front desk where's my car? They said oh it's about ready. The longest I've ever waited for a tire change/plug.

I made an appointment a couple of weeks ago for an oil change for my wife via thier appointment portal on thier website. We showed up on time for our appointment. My wife showed the person at the desk her appointment confirmation. The person at the desk said they do not take appointments and it was walk-in only and that there would be a 2 hour wait for a oil change. We asked why does thier website has an appointment portal if they do not honor appointments. The person at the desk rudely just started doing something else never responded nor answered our question. So we left and went elsewhere. I don't like dishonest business practices. If a company even in the upfront such as making an appointment is being dishonest you have to wonder what other things the may be being dishonest about.
