As other reviewers have stated, Erik saved me from a bad situation with a flat tire in frigid temperatures. Lug nuts were frozen and needed help and power tools to get them off. Erik answered promptly and provided updates on his arrival time. He is awesome! Highly recommended this company, if you are in need of roadside assistance. Erik changed my tire, checked the spare to make sure it was fully inflated, and provided a receipt so I can file a claim with my insurance company too. Thank you, Erik for turning my stressful flat tire in bitter cold weather into a positive interaction.

So I want to give negative stars but I have to give some credit for the fast response. I had a blown tire at night time he showed up very quick but I kept asking if he was bringing a donut he said no it s a regular size spare asked several times in different verbiage because I never heard of a regular size spare I ve heard of a donut or a regular size tire well he told my husband we can drive as long as we want on this tire it s not a temporary tire well we drove a while and when we were almost home it sounded like rubber rubbing against rubber come to find out he put on a tire that s 2 inches too big which was rubbing against my brake lines I requested a refund he flat out said no refunds then said something about it saying on the receipt which was given to me AFTER the tire was installed. All I wanted was either give me the correct tire size or give me a refund and he can have the wrong size tire back we have no use for a tire 2 inches bigger then the rest.

Excellent service, really saved me from a bad situation. Prompt, professional, even helped me get a tire replacement! Above and beyond. Thank you very much! Reasonable prices, also. I know a lot of people in this area, I will be telling them about this business!

Car battery died while staying nearby, and this company came out early in the morning and gave us a jump.Scheduling was super easy, and he was at our location in 30-40 minutes.Great customer service as well.

Told me it would be about 30 minutes was here in 15 very professional very helpful even offered to help clear the snow off my car! What a very nice guy and so incredibly helpful! Definitely five stars, and if I ever need assistance again I will call Eric at 24/7 roadside assistance!

I try not to leave negative reviews but I was the driver in which chef gorgeous was in. I needed the flat tire service. The call was on speaker, we were happy someone was coming after hours of waiting for AAA. After the location finder timed out we had no choice but to call yet another Roadside service. Thankfully we did get help and made it home safe.

I was in such a tough position and Erik and his team saved the day. I tried calling others Sunday at 10pm and no one picked up. I had a flat after leaving Great America in Gurnee with no spare. Erik s team got me a spare, popped it on my car, and made sure the spare was working before they left. Absolute magic. He also followed up with the paperwork I needed for my insurance. Highly recommended!!!!

Had a flat on 94 going down to Chicago during morning rush hour. Called, someone picked up quickly. They got someone out within an hour. My car did not have a spare, they brought one, jacked up the car, and installed it. Took about 5 minutes. Excellent service!

Exactly! When I called, sent location and YOU confirmed you would be there in 20-25 minutes and never showed up is why u got the one star that should have been ZEROEdit. Wrong person. Why would I send u my location if I didn't need service?? U quoted me at $175 and said 20-25 minutes. I even called back and got no response.

Definitely the people to call, super helpful and polite the entire time. The guy who came to help even checked my spare s air after putting it on, to find out it was flat, but he filled it too. Cannot recommend enough

Amazing Help from Eric, called last minute to help with a flat tire. I had a lock lug but that I couldn t get off. They key stripped and sheared apart. I thought I was hopeless and would have to get the car towed all because I couldn t get a single lug nut off. Eric showed up, minus the cape. But like Superman got me out of a jam. Saved me tons of money and time. Thanks so much for the assistance. Extremely reliable!Services: Tires, Car lockouts, Special vehicle towing, Tire change

My car wouldn't start after filling the tank. I called other places and Eric was the only one to call me back! He was at the gas station in less then 15 min. He was very professional and knowledgeable. A very nice young man. He got my car started! It was also the coldest night of the year so far!Thank Eric for your help. Road debris and a flat at 3AM on a stormy Sunday night. Called Erik. In quick order he gathers my info, finds a spare tire, and drives to my location. Polite, business like, and efficient! Swaps tires and we are quickly on our way. Thanks again!

They came when they said, were pleasant and helpful. Got us going right away and gave suggestions on why it may have happened. Hopefully won t need them again but will call if I do.

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!!! Eric came to my rescue at the drop of a dime. Very prompt & punctual & completed more than what i anticipated on having serviced at the time. So very convenient, handy, and was able to finish all tasks in a timely fashion for sure. He saved me a trip to the tire shop and auto shop & most definitely SAVED ME SOOOOOO MUCH MONEY. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND for emergency purposes as well as spur of the moment fixes that are needed.Services: Battery service, Car lockouts, Tire change, Battery

Great local service, I called Erik while stranded with no gas. He came within a timely manner executed my request for gas and I was on my way. Though a simple task, a reliable company is much appreciated (Especially when your insurance company fails you). I can't complain about my experience, and would definitely call again when in need.

I had call my insurance company and they had terminated my roadside assistance. I called Eric he got to me on 15mins had everything he needed jumped my car but unfortunately my car didn t start the next day. He helped me get a new battery and installed it and fixed my hood. Erik was very professional and on time. I waited hours for 3 different service providers prior to his arrival. He made it to my home in 20 mins from the time he was contacted and the job was complete in 15 mins. good service if you're in a pinch over charged for a tire and fixing my rim could've got a new rim and tire for a few dollars more had to pay cash

I called Erik after hitting a really big pothole. He didn't have my tire size in stock but still went above and beyond to try to find somewhere that did. While we didn't get to use his service, he still found me a spare to keep in my car in case this happens again. I'd definitely recommend giving them a call if you're ever in a predicament like I was.

Erik was very professional & helpful . My front tire blew out on my way home from work at 12am! & I needed help putting on the spare . Erik gave me a quote for his services over the phone and was fairly priced. He was on site with in 15min and had my car back on the road in a flash!. I highly recommend Erik and his services to anyone in stuck in a pickle and in need of help.

Erik is a LIFE SAVER!!!! He was so friendly and showed up way faster then i expected. He was very knowledgeable and knows his job well. I will def. be recommending him to all my friends and family. And the pricing is very affordable.
