I recently purchased a 2023 VW Taos in July. The parts manager, Chuck, went above and beyond with helping accessorize my new vehicle. The entire parts department was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend calling any of these guys to assist you! Definitely will be making the trip downtown for future needs.

If you need your VW serviced and you can access this location in the Gold Coast area then you need to bring your vehicle here and ask for Mike. Extremely nice and helpful.

Despite the high cost of taking the car to the dealership, I really like the quality of the service, the attention to detail, and timeliness of the work. They always do an excellent job, even if sometimes I could get it done somewhere else for slightly less (and the one time that happened, they were actually very understanding). They have complimentary Lyft rides, will text you updates and estimates, and have been very communicative in general. There s a reason I keep going back!

Every time I ve tried to go here has been an awful experience and nothing has ever gone smoothly. Overpriced and terrible service and they always blame another department for why things went wrong.

Literally one of the WORST experiences I ve had at a dealership. They specifically tried to not disclose what services fell under the diagnostic test when they took the car in for service and said the $190 did not apply. They then have not returned a call or had communication since the incident after multiple attempts to contact them. I HIGHLY recommend using any other dealership

I just picked up my new Jetta today. Was a little concerned because of COVID but they were well organized and I was in and out in no time at all. Lavon (sp?) was super friendly and did a great job.

Don't promise wait times you cannot deliver. What supposed to be 1.5 hours for a simple oil change took 2.5 hours.... Don't let people wait for nothing
