I brought my truck there about 3 weeks ago to get my wheels checked and they said I needed suspension work. So I asked how much and they said ALMOST $4,000.00. Apparently the parts were coming from the dealer so I proceeded to call the dealership asking for the same exact parts and was told they would cost only $670.00. I then proceeded to ask them what their hourly labor was in which they said $150.00 an hour . Even if you add the math up, it still doesn t go up to $4,000.00 unless it takes them 10-20 hours for the job? Will never come back here again. Terrible people and terrible service. THEYRE LIARS!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

I should have written a review for this business way before now! They have been servicing a few of my vehicles for several years now. I always appreciate the clean interior, professional employees and great service. They have always looked out for me and mine, whether it was an oil change, preventative work in the front end, brakes etc. Daniel runs this shop so well, and the professionals are great. I appreciate the explanations for work being done, the recommendations for future, etc. I've followed the maintenance schedules, followed their recommendations, and I have never broken down or been stranded somewhere...and I do a lot of city driving. I've arrived in the afternoon or evening before, and without hesitation they've been able to complete the work (Danny--I appreciate it!). This is an excellent place to get your car needs taken care of! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Went there a few weeks ago. I thought I had a large screw and leak in my tire. They were very professional and told me that the screw was too small and that there was no leak. I appreciate their honesty and professionalism. I Will return.Service: TiresService: Tires

I ve been to multiple shops trying to figure out what s wrong with my Kia soul and no one could figure out. I so happened to run across this shop and Gam helped me tremendously. My car hast been acting like it doesn t want to start. Thank you so much and thank you for helping me.

Nothing but great customer service From Tom & Luis always helping with my major fixes on my ford transit van ! Always very polite when answering my calls and very good at calling and updating me on the condition of my vehicle. Luis goes out of his way to make sure no matter the price I understand my money is being spent the correct way at will Rae VIP tire ! This place is great! Got there early morning without making an appointment and they were ok with taking me in. I sat down roughly for 10min or so and right away they came back with an answer on what was wrong and what needed to be fixed on my grand marquis. The fix was actually done rather quick for removing and installing a brand new coolant system. I love how they offer free shuttle service taking you somewhere and picking you up. Although I didn t use it, it is an added benefit. I will be going back to this place

The staff is friendly.Edit on 07/01/2023I have been visiting this location for over a year. Their work is amazing and prices are reasonable. I have taken a few cars here for oil changes and repairs.

I have been here about a handful of times, with the pot holes in Chicago I m surprised it hasn t been more. I have worked with Dan majority of the time and always leave feeling more educated on the car I drive. He is very through, he makes his recommendations but doesn t pressure you which is something I really appreciate. Always feel like my car is being well taken car of. I ve had my tired fixed , rotated and brakes done and all services have been done with quality work! I ve recommended family and friends here and everyone has had nothing but great things to say!

I walked in a little bit after 8am (when they opened) I was greeted by Dan who was so helpful, he explained and answer all my questions regarding the tires I wanted to get. Great prices!! I would definitely consider going back for the other services they offer.

I was very satisfied with the customer service here. Dan took GREAT care of me. I went to get a new tire and he walked me through evrything plus gave me a great price. I would highly recommend this place. Will definitely be coming back.

Had an emergency visit late in the day needed to be towed to the facility. Spoke with the staff on exactly what I needed was expecting a dog and pony show to upsell products & services.To my surprise they sold me 2 top grade tires installed with tax and everything at a 55% savings even today I did a price comparison and realized how well I actually did.My only reason for 4/5 stars is the shop did not have the capability of welding for an exhaust issue but then again they are a tire shop not a full service shopI highly recommend this place and will be back for the 2 front tires in a couple weeks

I had a screw in my tire and the tire was loosing air. I was driving to Midway airport. I found VIP tire shop on Archer Ave. Friendly people and did an excellent job. Very happy they fixed the tire. Decent price for quality work. Highly recommended.

The best service shop ever regardless of what you are getting repaired. They advise you on what you need and not what is recommend by the manufacturer. Other shops even make you service unnecessary stuff. I have taken all my cars here and the service is consistent and EXCELLENT all the time I could give them 100 stars !!!!!!!

These guys are pros. And they're the friendliest mechanics of any shop I've went to. Plus, they didn't undersell or oversell me which is a nice change of pace from the Jiffy Lubes of the world. Definitely recommend them.

All employees are awesome and very helpful. Had two tires replaced, break inspection and i was out of there within 30 minutes. Great job guys.

Excellent service. Flew into Midway airport and had a nail in my tire. They got my vehicle in right away and had us on the road in under an hour. Highly recommend!

I was traveling from North Dakota to Indianapolis for Memorial Day weekend. I was stopping enroute at Midway Airport to pick up my dad who was flying in from Arizona. On my way to the airport, I hit a pothole and flattened my brand new tire (newly put on for the road trip). VIP Tire was the closet shop so I drove over after putting on the spare and finding my dad. The guys there were awesome! They found me a used tire and quickly got us back on the road at minimum expense. I was able to get to Indy and back to Fargo and then use the road hazards protection to get the original tire replaced. I really appreciate the service we received!

I had a flat tire and needed to buy a another tire. They had used tires I could buy. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes and under 60 bucks installed. They also take credit/debit cards. The only bad thing is that they did not show me the condition of the tire prior to placing it on the car. I inspected after the fact and the tire was in good condition but I still would have liked to see it.

I had been going to this location on and off since 1996 so over 20 years. I've bought various things like tires and service over that time period. They confirmed on the phone they would change the transmission fluid in my beater 2005 Buick LeSabre and then when I showed up they refused. There was a guy there named Woody or Wally and he was always very courteous and helpful even when he turned you down for service. But the current crew they have working there now are bunch of JAGOFFS, I'm posting this on Goodyear's Facebook page as well.

Not happy with my tire sensor fitted by VIP. They charged $117+ for a single sensor (only for 1 sensor and lobor, no tires purchased) and still I see tire pressure sensor light coming up. I never go again

Good customer service but doesn t matter if they charge you full price and don t fix the problem
