Had an appointment for car service, you d think I pulled in with a Ford or Honda. I could see why they tell you to get to your appointment 30 minutes earlier. (Huh? That s not an appointment, right?)Despite that. Sat in my car for way too long. Staff inside walking around, staff on service floor walking around. Not a busy afternoon, literally no one else waiting except someone else who pulled up behind me.I drove off. My time is valuable, as is my money.Went to the Jiffy Lube on Cicero, got my car serviced in the same time I wasted waiting sitting at the Toyota dealership.Last time I ll be taking my car to be serviced by Toyota, and honestly last time I ll be buying Toyota.

My wife and I have been going to Victory Toyota for sometime now. We went over Easter weekend to look for a new vehicle. The salesman who we usually go straight to is no longer there and so we were not sure who we will be meeting.Thankfully we met with Maria and she made the entire process a smooth one. She went into detail with pretty much everything and there was no confusion or anything we didn't understand. Were happy she took care of us.

Came here to buy my new car and was met a super friendly and professional team. Fabian was awesome and very pateint! He was super helpful and willing to answer all questions and concerns I had. He didn't try to sell me non-sense and made buying my new car super easy and hassle free! And for bonus points, he speaks Spanish, which came in handy when addressing my father!Would definitely recommend coming here if you're on the market!

My husband and I purchased a brand new 2024 Grand Highlander and we couldn t be happier. Luis our salesman is by far the best salesman I ve made business with. He s extremely knowledgeable and has outstanding customers service skills. Luis explained everything in great detail and took the time to answer all of our concerns and questions. We never felt like he was pushing us into buying. Hands down to the entire Victory Toyota team they truly make you feel like family.Bottom line, if you re in the market for buying a car I highly recommend Luis. A top notch bilingual (Spanish) salesman.

I went to the new location for vehicle s maintenance. The guy of the front desk was very nice, but he failure to give me the Multipoint Inspection report, when I asked about it. He told me it isn t available. Other issue to mention is the auto technician inflated the pressure s tire 38 39 PSI, and it s suppose to rise or decrease depending the weather , in my particular case my tires never lose more than two pound through the season. The factory recommendation level is 32 PSI. Honestly, the service there is getting worst. Right now, I do not know if they checked fluids, especially for those in the differential and transfer case. Also, I have been telling them from my two last maintenance appointments that the vehicle s steering wheel is shaking after some speed, and no one in that location has found the issue that would be: tire rotation, unbalanced tires, alignment not right, among other issues.

Edwin was my guy.This dealership is quick and efficient.The waiting area is beautiful.I was able to get a tire rotation and oil change in about 1 hour.I did not mind waiting because I had access to the beat hot chocolate in the city.I can t wait until my next visit.I m so happy a co- worker recommended this dealership.

Buying a new car is always stressful but we were glad that we went to toyota midtown. Our guy Mr. Hugo Cook is probably the BEST we have ever had , to help us get the best fitting car for us! I never thought we would walk out of the dealership in good time but we did. Mr. Hugo gave us the best deal and showed us the ropes thoroughly on how to navigate our new car. Mr. Hugo was very honest and transparent in getting us our deal. Thank you so much! Definitely would refer to our friends and family!

They were able to create a duplicate key and program it to my car quickly even though it was a very busy Saturday. Just FYI, be prepared to wait if you go in on a weekend. They estimated 2 hours, the key was done in about 1 1/2. Highly suggest making an appointment. They have free wifi and a spacious waiting area so not too bad.

I bought a beautiful 2020 Toyota Hybrid Rav4 and Gloria was such a help! It was my first time buying a car so I was able to learn so much. My dad was with me and he also got a new car as well and he was very impressed with the level of detail that she explained things.The application process took a few turns given the holiday but she was very quick to give me updates. I recommend her to anyone looking to buy!

NO TRANSPARENT and DISHONEST service department. CHECKING BEFORE PICK UP YOUR CAR. I had my car serviced for regular oil change and tire rotation. After 3 hours of patiently waiting at the dealer, I got my car back with NO TIRES ROTATION DONE but before I went to the dealer I put some mark on the wheels. I knew right away that the mechanic who was responsible for my car didn't do the job.I reported this matter to Assistant Manager David. He got it done but the funny part is when it was done he showed me the video proof that the mechanic rotated my tires but somehow they went back to the original position. However, he didn't know that I'd been watching it the whole time. He showed me the video that they just did. I spotted the people around and the shop environment right away. Do you think you can just be fooled by the customers like this?This is very unprofessional and dishonest. If you messed up the work just say apologies and fix it. Don't let the customer catch your lie.

I purchased my car at a different dealer but been coming to Victory Toyota since 2001Jose in service took good care of me.Then I had some questions which were challenging to me and Sergio the main manager was there like a friend.We discussed my issues. We each saw the others concerns and I feel like I made a new friend in SergioGracious, friendly and he cares.I have been in my own business for 50 years. This is how I remained successful.I see Victory with management like Sergio being as successful for many years.I am up for a new car soonI plan on purchasing at victory Toyota

Im not sure that anything I paid for really gets done. Truck still pulls to the left after I brought our truck back and the service manager kept for 2 days. Tire pressures wrong and half the valve stem caps are gone. Should have known better when service advisor said his tech pulled a spark plug and said they should be replaced. I replaced them myself 2 months previously. Same with differential and transfer case lube.

I had a positive buying experience here and everyone is polite, but I would NOT recommend coming here for service. Despite having an online reservation system it s a free-for-all on the weekends. They take walk-ins and everyone is shuttled into the same 2 lines, doesn t matter if you have an appointment. I always have to wait at least 45 minutes. I m able to write this review right now because I m waiting in line - it s already been 35 minutes. The employee just told me it s first come, first serve . So be prepared to wait a long time

Saw a car I was interested in that was listed for sale on their website. Called a few times and was transferred to the sales desk, but the phones kept ringing and no one answered. Was unable to leave a voicemail.On a Tuesday, I finally got through to someone on the phone and spoke with salesman A, who said I could make an appointment to meet with him the following night to test drive and buy the car if I liked it. When I showed up on Wednesday for my appointment, salesman A was not there, so I met with salesman B who let me test drive the car. After the test drive, salesman B said that the car had already been sold, but I could buy another car from them if I wanted. I left. I called back three times 30 minutes later to speak with a manager to understand what had happened and why they hadn't told me the car I wanted was already sold, but again no one picked up the phones.I don't appreciate being lied to/misled, and I especially don't appreciate my time being wasted.

My experience on Toyota Camry 2024.I bought a this dealership because an auto Costco Program. However, it seems that final price was inflated and they not even asked me for my Costco Membership (first red flag).I spent nearly three hours with the usual back and forth ("let me ask my manager") as we all know, that is just a show. Anyways, I realized that I did not save any money and the monthly amount was almost $800 with a 5K deposit down for 60 months. At the end I have to pay nearly 46K total with a 9% interest with a good credit score.They told me that I had to do a VIN verification and send it back to them, I did it within 3 days, after a month, they called saying that they did not receive the document and I have to resent it. The VIN has a cost and that is just wasting my time. They blamed UPS (of course).After you buy a car, they will not take care of you, also it was a missing part in the car that I did not realize it, they said that I have to pay for that.I do not recommend this dealership at all, they do not even wanted to pay a 5 bucks for redoing the VIN! you can imagine that they are counting cents! Stay away from this dealership!RESPONSE to the Owner:I did need further assistance, and asked for a refund of $5 bucks, I received a "NO", it is my problem. This is another flag in how cheap you are! Keep the 5 bucks. You do not know how frustrating means! Those are words, a customer need to take action!I will also complain with Costco program to let them know how bad was your customer service! I just want to register the car and never go back again to your dealership.

I came in for an oil change. The service man was very nice and professional. I like your new system of checking in. More room to get comfortable while checking and waiting for my car. I like the way you have a bar type set up for self serve refreshments.

#1: They sometimes don't do tire rotations, even though they claim they did, so becareful.#2: I have Toyota wheel locks and they always take them off with their master lock/unlocker when rotating the tires (there is no extra charge for this). Came in to ask if they could take them off and put the original lugnuts that I had on instead (lost my wheelock key). He said it was cost me $185 to "pry them off"...you always take them off easily the master lock/unlocker...so why try and scam me?I went to the Toyota dealership in Lombard and explained the issue. They took the wheel locks off in two minutes and I was on my way. No $185 charge or "prying" anything off. I would not reccomend Midtown Toyota.
