Very impressed with this place!! I sat IN my car while they did the work worked with urgency, accuracy and the customer service was great. I m always nervous taking my car places and will definitely come back next time I need an oil change. They offerer to check my engine and cabin air filters and replace them on the spot but made sure I saw how dirty mine were before suggesting replacements. Thanks Anthony.

Everyone here is always extremely well mannered, they do a great job at explaining everything they are looking at and make fair recommendations and they are very fast. Definitely recommend coming here for an oil change in the city. PS-be sure to look up this location on their website, they always have coupons available!

ASK THEM TO DOUBLE CHECK BEFORE YOU LEAVE! I was just there Friday 7/21 5:30pm and they forgot to fasten my oil drainage cover on the bottom of my car. It scraped against the street before snapping half off. I didn t even know where it was coming from. Now I have this huge hole. Am waiting to head back from customer service/store manager. Very unprofessional to not notice this before allowing me to leave the store.

Used this location for the very first time today. The three gentlemen working were awesome and did a great job! They were super friendly, very competent in what they were doing and worked well together. And they didn t push items or services that were not needed. And were honest about not having a specific wiper size. I know it s just an oil change but I didn t leave hoping all would be okay with my car after I left. Sometimes you just don t know with some places.Service: Oil change

changed oil couple of days ago, first not to mention the problem with Groupon, the most importantly, they didn t screw my engine splash shield back properly, we drove back to Michigan and it fell off then we got charged by 1000$ to fix it, don t know what to say

The price was a little more than I d normally pay for a standard oil change. But what made it worth it to me was the swiftness and efficiency of the technicians. I stayed in my car and they showed me each fluid level they tested and made recommendations for service based on what they saw. They offered me the full range of services, but also told me and showed me when I didn t need a service. It was fast, easy, and efficient. Quick service, friendly staff.They forget to reset my CRV next oil change. I called them next day and they explained me how to do it by myself. It was easy fix.

Great customer service. I was in and out in less than an hour. The guys working here did suggest some things they could fix, but they didn t make me feel like I had to get it done by them or pressure me into anything. They were also nice about letting me know other services that they could provide or another location. Safe to say, I will go back.

I usually would go to the Valvoline near my home but I tried this one and was impressed with their customer service, attention to detail, and their expertise. They also replaced a headlight for me at a great price. Definitely recommend!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
