Super nice and helpful folks! Had a straightforward repair and they were easygoing and diligent about helping me and even recalled my name and my car issue when I called to check in. Definitely recommend!

These guys show the upmost respect and customer service. Get things done in a timely manner and have the work to prove it. This is the only place I d take not only my cars but recommend it to friends and family. I feel like 5 stars isn t a high enough scale to cap them off at.

My brakes were bad .I used USA automotive during covid remembered how awesome they were then over the phone went back and received the same awesome service in person great price, kept me informed about the progress of my car I definitely will go back

Been bringing my cars here for over 10 years. He's kept them running and he doesn't try to squeeze you. He doesn't try to upcharge either. He gives you the work you need and no pressure to do more. He'll warn you of potential issues as well.

I had a great experience with my recent visit. Joe took the time to look at the issue with the a/c in my car. They were able to find a minor issue that saved me a significant amount of money. I thought the car needed a new condenser. I thank the team and would gladly recommend them for their automotive needs

Very polite & professional. Quick turnaround time & low cost. Grateful to have a new local mechanic!Update: 2 years later, they've helped me with everything from brakes, new tires, oil changes, etc. Still polite, prompt & fair prices. These guys have been exceptional. Their excellent service made my car sound and drive better than when I brought it in. But what completed my experience today was that the boys through in bonus repairs for me at no additional cost. Great service, friendly staff, it was a busy so I got my car the next morning,but they informed me off that before I left my car. The work was done before the estimated time. Anything they saw that may have been a problem in the future but didn't need immediate attention they pointed out. have nothing but good things to say.

The crew at USA Automotive are awesome. They work with you and help you anyway they can, within their capabilities. But, overall, great service. I've been going to them for over 20 years and they have never sturd me wrong. They help with any problem. Joe who repaired my car was great. Considering I changed the date multiple times on when I d drop off my car, he got it working the very day I unexpectedly dropped it off! I'm somewhat new to the neighborhood. I needed a mechanic who I could trust and knew they weren't going to rip me off. I love this place. USA is the best place to service all of your car needs. They are reliable, reasonable, trustworthy professionals that keeps my car running very good. Very comfortable environment. I've been a satisfied customer for over 10 years. Car trouble for me? USA Muffler and Brake is the only place I'd rather be. No more alley mechanics for me. I highly recommend their services. I've used this automorive service in the past with my 1st vehicle I owned. This automotive co. helped me keep my car running and it continually stayed in great shape until I sold it. The owner and staff are friendly and professional. I've never had a problem or complaint. Now I own another vehicle I'm taking to them for Service. USA got me in right away. Detected the problem gave me a quote. I thought it was a little high but after doing some research their price was very reasonable. My car was ready before they said it would be. Highly recommended!
