Avoid, avoid, avoid. Was sold a damaged tire 4 days ago and I ve been trying to get refunded since then. Bryan Collins their customer service manager goes out of his way to question myself and delay the process as much as possible citing our return policy , well your return policy got you this review. All I asked was for my money to returned in a timely fashion. Don t do business here.

Was greeted by Jacob Padal professionally with a smile upon entering on a busy Saturday afternoon. He researched my vehicles tires that I needed quickly & was able to get me in & out within 25 minutes. It was my very first time & services was phenomenal. We started using the online services and were extremely pleased with the ease and urgency of this company. They are super easy to get in touch with. They do not delay any shipping services and seem very personable. The tire quality is amazing. Prices are very decent and fair. I definitely recommended this company to friends and family. Thank you

Went to install a tire for my customer for the 2nd time in a row and the tire they ordered the first time had a hole in the sidewall. After going through hoops they got another tire sent to them only for it to also have a hole in the sidewall that was already marked with yellow chalk! They blocked his contact and refused to make it right. As a fellow person working in the tire business this place is crooked. Better off sticking to buying new tires. this place will take your money and send you junk.

Got a drivers side front tire and passenger back tire replaced here. They were able to do it the same day, which was good. However, both of those tires are already low after only driving a few times on them. Also, my check engine light was on after they were done when it wasn t on when I went; it went off, but curious why it came on. They made an attempt to get me the best price they could so giving three stars and will call them on Monday to see what they will do. The result of that call will determine whether the review goes up or down

And overall EXCELLENT experience as it should be. I've been buying tires from them for about 3yrs now, never wrote a review because I thought eventually something would happen, and I'd feel not really treated in a way for whatever reason, that I thought was not right. Well, I have to right a review because that just doesn't happen with this company. They have ALWAYS tried to make you feel as though you have to be treated as a very important customer, and a big part of there success, now how cool is that. Principles, standards and follow thru like this world no longer practices, I LOVE IT, can count in one hand the companies I deal with that do this. CONGRATULATIONS and kudos, keep up the great work, look forward to a long lasting productive relationship, what an AMAZING customer service department from top to bottom.

Came to them for help when I got a flat tire. They convinced me to replace the tire with a used tire and the next day the tire was completely flat. The tire they gave me the second time lasted a few months. Don t get used tires.

The United Tires is located in my area and thus I can take an advantage of a local pickup. I have bought many sets of tires from United Tires, new & used tires so far. The price can't be beat. Their tire tread depth advertised on eBay is accurate or beyond. They carry a variety of brand tires in nearly every size. The staffs are always polite and responsive whenever I get there for either pickup or tire install & balance service. I hope their business keeps growing and supplies more and more tires at great value for long run on eBay as well as locally.

I had a set of four tires I bought online in 2017 not top name but nice, one got ripped on the road so I just took a chance searching it and found it with United Tires. I ordered one from them when I got it I was very impressed that it looked like my tires did many miles ago lol but great tread in great condition. I had it mounted on the rim then put it back on my truck and it's like it never happened perfect match, in fact it's the best tire on my truck as far as tread depth so needless to say I'll be back to order more tires from them in the future and send anyone I know their way too. Very happy with my transaction.two of the pics attached are pics of the one they sent me and the other is a pic of the tire I ordered on top of my old one. You can see how much better the one I received is than the one I replaced. Very happy customer will be a repeat customer

I blew a tire on the way to work after just getting my car back from another blowout on a pot hole. I have a heavy foot and these Michelin Primacy MXM4 245/45/18 aren't cheap at $275 each new.. Fortunately, this was just a tire replacement. I used United Tires back in November and the provided me with a great tire and a great value. This time they went even further to help me. Priced at $113, I was promised a tire that was 6.5 / 32 tread and it may have been repaired. Much to my surprise it arrived, no damage or any previous repair and measured 7 / 32. Awesome! It also arrived a day ahead of time! Thank you United Tires.

Needed 2 tires because rear camber was off and wore inner treads on tires prematurely. No one had the brand I needed as I didn t want a mismatched set. I checked out ebay and United Tires had a pair with the same tread depth as my set. I ordered on Tuesday and had them Saturday. The tires were as described, excellent condition and no curb rash on the sidewalls or repairs to tread. I mounted them and drove the car, no vibration or odd tracking. I am very pleased with my purchase and United Tires business. I ll certainly use them again when the need arises.

MY NEW FAVORITE SHOP.Had some damage on my steering knuckle1996 VW Golf - they replaced the bent knuckle and gave me a clear and honest run down of what the issue was.Called me at every point of the process . I have awful experience with United Tires . First, I bought pair of tires last year from them and another pair from another company. And what do you think? Pair which I bought here cracked both! Another pair runs great even with bad Chicago roads. It means they have very bad and cheap hand made quality of fake tires!Second disappointment, I came to replace tires again, paid full amount for tires , replacement and balancy , I was waiting about 4 hours at the moment ehen they didn't have busy line! The guy explained me it was also because they adjusted my breaks, and I never asked them about it. Why and what they did with my good breaks I don't know! After that I've got new issues! The car started shaking, trembling even after 30 mph , it was very noisy from tires and plus the break clutch release started make annoying sound! As I figured out the mechanics here never did me balancy for which I paid! And they did something to my break system! So I now need to pay $900 to fix that! I recommend never come here !

Had a screw in my tire after driving down Western Ave construction. United Tire repaired the tire quickly. I also bought my tires here over the summer and their prices were fair and I was very happy with the professional service.

Firstly, the shipment was delayed by two days, which was unexpected and inconvenient for me. Secondly, upon inspecting the tires, I noticed some issues. One of the tires has a metal piece attached to it, and another tire seems to have been patched at the edge, which, as per my understanding, is not a repairable part of the tire.

I needed one tire for my car, and this place gave me the best deal on used, but in very good condition. My car has 33k miles and my tires were more worn out than the one I bought here, through ebay. Also fast shipping.

Bought a tire from these thugs. In the pictures on eBay they did not show that the tire was patched. I got the tire and it was patched. Please see the pictures. Avoid this business

In the past I ordered an used tire for my truck and they performed a reinspection. After which I received an immediate refund and an explanation that the tire failed the review.Recently I ordered two used tires for my car and received really good tires. They shipped them to AZ and I've been driving on one for a couple weeks doing highway speeds. I'm happy with the order and the excellent price. If I have a complaint it's about me scratching my rim on a manual tire machine doh

I bought a used tire from United Tires LLC and it was better than I expected. The thread of the tire was 8/32 and the price of it was the best price I can find for the kind of tires I was looking for. I definitely will buy from them again. Shipping was very fast too,

Bought a used tire from United Tires LLC through eBay. Tire arrived when it was supposed to. Condition of tire was better than expected. It looked practically new! And United communicated every step of the way. I am very pleased.

Had my windows tinted 20% about 10 days ago and they did a great job. The price for all the windows was affordable and I got what I paid for.So far my tints are holding up well for now. I wont really know for a few months how durable the tint is. Otherwise the men at the front desk were polite and took care of me right away. Aslo the the job took an hour and a half for all windows.I'd return if I need their services again.

Fantastic customer service! We bought a set of 4 used tires and two happened to be defective, I sent an email asking what my options were and they sent me 2 of the same tires and had them overnighted to me at no cost! Very good way to handle business and very trustworthy!

After trying every used tire store in Terre Haute, IN and finding nothing in the size I needed, I found United Tires on line. They are the ! Had size I needed, extremely reasonable price ordered 11am on Wednesday received at my front door 5pm Thursday...shipping was free...Cannot say enough good things about this place. Highly recommend.
