I have had the absolute pleasure with working with Manny Vegas, Rey and the team. Manny was wonderful! They did their very best to get me the best rate and the best price. I am happy I chose Toyota on western to buy my new 2024 Camry! I would recommend shopping with Toyota on western if you are looking for a great and honest deal!

Toyota on Western, I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new car. I, personally had a wonderful experience. Ray, Manny Vegas, and the staff are very knowledgeable about the cars they have in stock. They were able to answer all my questions and help me find the perfect car for my needs. Also, I was given a great interest rate on my loan. Overall, the whole process was very easy. I was able to get in & out quickly and I didn't have to deal with any hassle.Everyone run to Toyota on Western for your next car, and don't forget to ask about Manny, he's the best!

First time buying from Toyota on Western and my husband and I had a great experience at this dealership! Tony, the sales representative was extremely knowledgeable, honest and will go the extra mile for his customers. He even came in on his day off to hand-off the car to us.The closing process went seamlessly and we never felt pressured to make any decisions. The employees were very friendly and made this the most pleasant experience we have had at a dealership. They also offered us a very fair price for our trade-in.Toyota on Western isn t close to our home, but we will continue to go there and will highly recommend them to our friends and family or anyone in the market for a car.

My experience at Toyota on Western was the best. They were far better than than the toyota dealer I first visited up north. They made the short drive well worth it and did most of the work over the phone. The internet sales manager, Matt was exceptional. He was so very helpful and responsive and made sure I got the truck I wanted. He was not salesy which I really appreciated. He was very knowledgeable and helpful every step of the way. Ismael the on-site sales person was super friendly and made picking up my new truck fun and easy. Then, their finance manager is super nice. Bottom line. If you are looking for a Toyota , I highly recommend Toyota on Western as the #1 place to go no matter where you live - even up north ! They have much better inventory.- especially if trucks. They don t try to stick you with sales gimmicks and tricks like the other place that tried to sneak in things I did not want. Plus they didn t try and mark up MSRP by thousands of dollars because they have scarce inventory. I found the dealership to be nice, clean, super friendly and with lots of great vehicles. I appreciated the coffee too. These guys are very professional and will treat you well. I am really glad i bought from them. I talked to every dealer in the area and the one up north could have had my business except they didn t treat me right. Toyota on Western DID and they get A++++. My truck was all clean, shiny and full of gas. Ismael got me set up on the app and a good tour of things. Thank you guys !! Great job. Don t mess around or waste your time. Go to Toyota on Western no matter where you live in the city, suburbs and surrounding areas and Indiana. They are legit !

I was helped with the purchase of my new vehicle by Ignacio Godinez , he was a very kind, courteous,and knowledgeable member of their team when it came to helping us find the perfect vehicle. He was very direct with contacting us and has wonderful communication skills and answered any questions we had. We will be coming back here when buying our next vehicle.

GREAT waste of time I was told I was already approved and still ketp me waiting trying to get more money from me I told them I made up my mind but still insisted to get more money from me and the BEST PART IS they ran my credit score twice I only gave them permission for one not twice. Also after I didn t agreed to there terms the manager changed his attitude not in a good way

Purchased a new vehicle for the first time in my life, I m 50, I ask for a patient salesperson to help me, since I didn t know what I was getting myself in to and I was referred to Ignacio. The experience itself purchasing a new vehicle is very overwhelming. William the sales manager and BB made the experience so much better. They worked with me to get me where I needed to be and what I could afford. They were so helpful throughout the entire process. Walking into a dealership you feel like you re going to be ripped off but this was nothing like that. I drove out in a brand new 2024 Camry and couldn't be happier about my purchase. They continued to follow up with me after my purchase to ensure there was no needs that needed to be met. If you re looking for a new car I highly recommend going into Toyota and asking for them. They are there for you and will help you through the entire process. Thank you guys so much for everything.

I was searching for Toyota Cross in Celestine color for very long time. Two different suburban dealers dragged me for weeks and tried to sell me different car. Toyota on Western were expecting this car and I purchased it before I saw it. Afif Nasseredine is an excellent sells person. He is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to make the purchase sooth. They even offered us lunch when we were waiting. This place is a bit farther from the suburbs but it is worth driving. Excellent service and good variety of cars

Our sales agent was Tony Bedolla. He was awesome to work with! Did what he promised, when he promised to do it! He helped us understand when the vehicle was coming in and communicated any delays and explained why. The purchase process was quick and efficient. While we don t buy cars very often we will definitely work with Tony the next time. Our family is a Toyota family and now we are fans of Toyota on Western and Tony Bedolla!

Please be very careful before you sign anything. These salesman will say anything to sell you a car and then they will charge it on the paperwork. I came out feeling excited to have a new car only to find that financing was so much more expensive and my trade in was only what was owed. The paperwork on these contacts are hard to understand, you rely on people being honest and they are scammers.

The experience I had with Toyota on western and my sales rep Ignacio was phenomenal. I was searching nationwide for a very specific Sienna and was lucky enough to find one allocated locally to Toyota on Western. I reached out to Ignacio and set up an appointment that very day and was able to negotiate a fair offer. I never felt rushed or pressured during my whole experience. After reserving the vehicle I had to wait for it to be built and delivered and the wait time was exactly what Ignacio said it would be. He even called me while he was on vacation with his family to let me know the vehicle was going to be in the next day. I couldn't be more happy with my vehicle and the experience I had to acquire it.
