Darek and Zack did a great job fixing my car. They were very communicative, and worked directly with my insurance company so I didn't have to. I wish I could give this place my business again without my car ever being hit. First time hit and run, and Darek not only fixed my car, but helped me understand what to do and what not to do with the insurance companies. He stepped in and battled with them on my behalf and I am so thankful that the towing company recommended him. Would use again in a heartbeat and highly recommend to others. Family business, responsive owner, knowledgeable, friendly, hates when insurance companies try to take advantage of you, and won t waste your time.Service: Body & Trim

This is my second time using Derek and his team. I am very glad to have found them. I knew exactly where to take my car when it needed repairs again. They do an outstanding job! My car looks brand new and I can't even tell where it was damaged. Derek is very honest and reliable. He is great with dealing with the insurance and I can trust that he is looking out for my best interest. I would highly recommend them! I have told my family and friends about them and their excellent work.

The Tower Auto folks really took care of me. I had a scratched fender and a cracked windshield and had to get it fixed in a short time frame. They got me in despite being super busy and were very communicative especially Zack/Zach. The estimate for the work was spot on. Will definitely be back for future repairs.

Bobby was super helpful and kind! He came fast, jumpstarted my car for me and even was kind enough to put air in my tires. Bobby also gave me some advice to keep my car battery clean and healthy. Derek and Tower Auto Rebuilders did a great job on our car after my wife was in an accident. He gave us an estimate and was true to his word on the final bill. The work was done in a very reasonable amount of time.Tower is located north in the city, but is worth any distance you may have to travel to get your car bodywork done. The car looks beautiful again!Derek, thanks so much.

Derek is the best! He is honest, fair and reliable. Him and his crew take great care with your vehicle and will tell you exactly what is going on without giving you the run around. They do a beautiful job every time and I would highly recommend them and their work to anyone.

So I got a really good deal on a used 2014 Lexus RX 350 because the body needed quite a bit of work and I wound up taking it to Derek at Tower Auto because they did some work for me on a Toyota Corolla back in 2005. I figured they would do a real good job again and they did. The RX 350 looks great!

Brought my BMW X6 that I just purchased to Darek for a complete inspection to make sure everything was in order and he went over it from top to bottom, inside and outside. I always got great service here.

Their paint jobs are decent but they take long and never keep to their original estimate. They also don't bother making sure replacement parts are high quality, they throw in whatever used parts from the junkyard are cheapest, even damaged. Communication isn't the best either. They don't really care what you think, they make a ton of money from auctioning off totaled cars that they fix up.

Thank you for the great experience! The bumper on my white BMW was beat up pretty bad, now looks PERFECT!! It was done quickly, as promised and returned in impeccably clean condition! I could not be happier! Thank you, customer for life here!!

Just sent my daughter in to see Derek about a dent and squeaky door. He took care of her right away, it looks great, and would recommend. Glad I was told about this place from another great mechanic just up the street (Lefty's).

Tower Auto Rebuilderd are top notch. They pretty much rebuilt the whole side of my 2011 chevy pickup after a simi truck hit and ran me off the road. My truck looks like new!! Great service. I highly recommend them.

This place is more like storage place your car ends up at this place then you have to pay them in thousands just to get your car back all they want cash
