They are a really nice group of people. They assisted me by helping me move my car that had stopped near there lot and I wasn't even a customer. They identified what the problem was after making a quick observation. From that I can gather they must have exceptional customer service

Plenty of parking. State farm and geico both use this body shop. Estimates come out high using union staff pricing. Takes about a week to order new parts. Did not have engine work done only body work. They detail the car afterwards and seem to need to open every compartment nothing was missing i counted the change. The girls at desk notify you of any problems by phone quickly.

My car was ready a day earlier than promised. It looked brand new, they cleaned inside and out. The staff was very informative, professional and very friendly. I highly recommend Tony s. Definitely 5 stars!!!!

Words can't express my gratitude. I'm absolutely impressed with the service Tony's provide. The ladies in the office are extremely knowledgeable, curious and helpful. The auto shop team are experts in auto repair and the manager is very detailed and hands on. When I received my car, I didn't recognize it. Not only was my car repaired, it was detailed clean. It even smelled like a brand new car. I saw the manager cleaning my mirrors, windows, even put in a burnt light bulb in. I never worry when I bring my car in. Just love this place.

Poor customer service, and the manager talks a lot of bull to charge you more. Took 2 months for the vehicle to get out of the shop and the vehicle was still not properly fixed on the way out. Don't let them make an estimate on your car with the insurance without you being there. My car was damaged in their shop and I asked for compensation but ended up arguing for weeks with no compensation. This made Vince get angry and he started cussing me out and began ignoring my calls to the shop for updates. Afterwards, the manager was petty and went out of his way and lied to my insurance that my bumper was not damaged from my accident even though it was, just so they don't have to work on that part (It will be up to you to prove that the part was damaged from your accident). Insurance agreed with the shop that the damage wasn't from the accident so they can avoid paying to fix my car. The repair shop might have done this to avoid taking more jobs/labor due to their lack of workers. and at the same time he was angry that I asked for compensation when my car was damaged in their shop so he probably wanted to hurt me financially through this tricky method. They are understaffed so expect long wait times for your car to be finished. Expect to see scuffs and scratches when they wash your car because they use dirty rags/towels.Service: General repairs & maintenance

In December some nutty woman plowed into the side of my car. The damage didn't look as bad as it was. Thankfully I didn't have to pay for it her insurance did. Her insurance was State Farm who recommends Tony's which is how I found them. The staff here is extremely helpful. They are very very busy. It took me a few weeks to get in there so that my car wouldn't just sit. Once they got to work on it it took THREE weeks. The work is done perfectly and it is warrantied which is awesome. I highly recommend them for doing a great job and explaining everything along the way.

Great place to take your car for auto body work. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly and they are fast in setting and estimating work. The manager here was extremely helpful and nice when helping me with a issue with my car. I highly recommend this place, great people great work and great prices.
