My mom brought her car in at ten this morning and they called her at 4:15 and said car will be ready in 30 min it s 5:15 and they waiting for another belt that fit smdh highly pissed very bad customer service

Put my tires on to tight costed me a rim.I had to return only to be told excuses of why it was tight and I explained I could not take my tire off he seemed upset. I had two tight tires done hard to take off after they installed both tires.I should of took notes when another customer complained prior to my service and he had a BMW the expensive one smh.

Great prices for tires and quick service when not full of customers. Straight talk from owner and employees. Highly recommended. I buy from Titos ties when I or someone I know needs good used tires.

I took my car to this tire shop to change one of my tires, and when they were going to mount the tire on my car, the owner's son stripped two of the five lug nuts that hold the tire on and instead of fixing the problem they caused , they just left them like that and they put only three of the five nuts that hold the tire on my car and they didn't tell me anything about the damage they caused and when I realized the problem they caused, I asked the Owner why they caused that damage and left it in such a dangerous way and the owner told me that they didn't cause that problem someone else caused it and in order for them to fix that problem I have to pay them for parts and labor! What kind of business is this? They damage your car because of their negligence and then they want to charge you to fix a problem they caused.Service: Tires

I came to Tito's for a simple brake job a few months ago upon my brakes being repaired I noticed my brakes still squealed I took my car back Tito stated it's fine new brakes do tht sometimes. I later found out there was no hardware on my brakes, Tito claimed all brakes dont come with hardware the problem I have with tht is I asked him hey is this everything i need if he needed hardware i had no issues buying it he never stated tht. Later I found out there was no hardware because the newer brakes dont fit the old calibers and must be sawed down to fit the brakes in the hardware is shop was to lazy to do it me being a woman I did not kno it later caused over 500 dollars worth of damage to my car out of pure laziness it caused damage to my brakes I just paid for rotors calibers and brake lines had to be replaced over a simple brake job just lazy!! I'll never go here again as a woman and would never recommend any woman to trust them or hire them without a man present!Service: Brakes

Honestly, they do good work, I don t know the owner name but I called prior and let him know what was going on I was hearing a metal piece bumping around at the bottom of my car and he said bring it in and he ll look at it for me for $60 and to bring cash so I got there he took me right in and he actually showed me what I was hearing and told me he can fix it give him 15 mins and he did just that and charged me what HE SAID over the phone($60), I don t know about the other reviews but he was extremely nice and straight forward with me! And mind you it was a Sunday and everything was closed & other mechanics telling me to wait to Monday and I wasn t gonna stay an extra day for that and to top it off I live in Champaign and I wasn t going to drive 2hrs hearing that noise oh nooo but THANK YOU Tito s Auto Repair Shop! Life saver!

Honest workers making an honest pay. If you don't need the repair, these guys will let you know. I went in for brakes and didn't need them, just air in my tires. They could have done what I wanted and said nothing at all, but they were honest with me and this is why I do business with them the past 3 years.

I have been there twice in the last 18 months. Wants to get a new tire the other two Fix-A-Flat and both times they fixed it within 4 minutes

They kinda Nonchalant as hell, unless your a repeated customer.. Sorta expensive, but not too bad.. but overall.. Good quality work and will try to get you out the same day..Services: General repairs & maintenance, BrakesServices: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

Would not recommend at all. I went to get my spark plugs done nothing else was wrong with my car and left with a bad muffler. Not sure if they don t kno what they re doing or if they re messing people s cars up on purpose.

Had a giant screw in my tire, removed it, plugged it, and I was out in less than 10 minutes !!!! $10.00 for tire repair....
