Went in because the lugs on my tires were broken. They charged me $140 to fix the lugs. A week later I m hearing the same noise I was before. I take it to my home mechanic.l and he tells me that the lugs were broken and loose again. I feel like I got scammed and they purposely left my tire that way so I could come back! Luckily I had a mechanic who I trust I just happened to need to go there last minute! Never again! Wasted a $140

Sold me a bogus tire in an emergency as I'm a delivery driver and had a doughnut on. They then stripped the lug nuts on so it was unable to get off. The tire I bought was flat by the same night and when I went to return to them to get the tire off they were not open on a Monday morning . Bad business

I had a blow out,and Steve was very helpful. He went beyond his job,to help me. I'll most definitely be going back for other services!!!

Not customer service friendly at all. I walked in, and it reeked of cigarettes. The serviceman was smoking as he was asking how he could help. The tires were not in stock, new or used. I left and went elsewhere to a more professional and customer oriented tire shop.

Had a great experience with this tire shop,However I had a emergency and I wanted to do business again, online and on the door it said they opened at 9:30 am they was not open, I waited until 10 am and called several times no answer

I will never have them to put in another radio. Had to take somewhere else just to get everything working. I don't know who writings those positive reviews .but this place I would not recommend.

Poor customer service. I had an oil change and a new starter put on my vehicle. The repair was fine. I came back a couple months later to ask for a duplicate receipt for the repairs ( I lost the original) the guy Alex acted as if he couldn t tend to the matter. I asked if he could just run my vin number and pull up the receipt and he ignored me and continued on his FaceTime call as if I was never a paying customer. The worst customer service ever. Now I have to file a formal complaint just to get a copy of a receipt.

I got a flat tire and went here to get it replaced. I wasn t even home yet and it was low on air. I barely made it to the west side when it went completely flat. It had a hole in it. I called and tried to talk to Alex and he was rude. He said he don t sell bad tires. I explained I was just there 45 minutes ago and he shouted My tires are good! This is the worst place ever

I had a great experience here. I was skeptical due to location. But the staff was friendly and quickly placed on tires. I called them ahead of time to ensure that my tires were available. Once my tow truck dropped me off, it took them 20 minutes to change my tires. I would come back in the future.

Went to get a tire replaced and 1 hour after I left I had low tire pressure on the same tire I got replaced I noticed a leak took it back the next day they claimed they fixed the leak another 20-30 mins after I left, same problem again. Went to check the tire and i could hear the air leaking out. If you need a tire replaced find a different shop they re terrible

Calling from another state, I was scouting a vendor for my daughter who was in need of tire repair. I called this place and the person that answered the phone was friendly and professional. For me, first contact and how my inquiry is handled helps me to decided if I should try a business. I got a good feeling from the call, told my daughter where to go and they help her to quickly get back on the road.. Nice job!

Got my windows tinted here and let me say dan dan the tint man did an awesome job. They're professional, fast, and they do good work on everything. Ill def be back to get an automatic start put on my baby because their work is of a trusted high quality. sent so many people here and will continue to do so.

I found this place to get tires because they said that they took credit cards and I wasn't informed till after the job was done that they don't take any form of swipe but it clearly states that they do on here and the website. Very disappointed in that detail since I had to move things around to pay instead of the credit card that I was gonna use. Prices are ok just know that they don't take credit or debit cards at all.

I personally had no problem. The person that helped me was very thorough and took his time to make to evaluate the problem. He fix it and then I was on my way. So, so far so good.

I was in a situation where I need it to buy a tire ASAP otherwise I wouldn't have made it back home customer service was good they got me in and got me out quickly
