Just got a coolant refill for the air conditioning system for my car at Mr. Torres's shop. I called them, and within an hour I was in shop getting the work done. Ivan was very friendly and informative. Very great personality! I will go again! Who would have known I would have such a gem 2 blocks away from my home. Check them out!John....

I'm from Michigan and had issues with my truck in Chicago when i visit a friend. Not only where they open on Saturday but took me right in and had my Ford F-250 fix in no time. Great service. Performed a safety inspection and visually showed me everything I needed, most shop just tell you what you need. They actually took me under the vehicle and pointed out everything to me. Great experience. Honest and fair. I will certainly be coming back!!

Very rude staff unless your latin I guess. Staff lacks skills in simple Customer service, trying to even make a paying appointment is a hassle like they don't want or need your business. Such waste of time and effort and when you ask direct questions your looked at as if how dare you ask such even if it's in retrospect to services offered.

Don't go here if you need your AC refilled. I was over charged for an AC refill and two months later it was out again. I took the car back to complain and told the man I thought it had a leak. When I picked up the car he charged me again to "refill" it, which did not solve the AC issue.

Tino Torres auto service. Tino has been working on my trucks for a few years. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my trucks.

Very bad job, they charge you for something they didn't know how to fix. I wouldn't mind leaving my car and having you use it when they are fixing it and you noticed no trace of the workMuy mal trabajo locual te cobra por algo k no supo areglar No bolveria adejar mi carro y que lo uses cuando segun lo estan areglando y noteda ningun resivo del trabajo

En TINO TORRES Auto Repair llev� mi carro por varios problemas que ten�a y de inmediato encontr� que nececitaba para arreglarlo ...es mi �nico veh�culo para moverme y se tomar�a unas horas as� que me ofreci� un carro sin ning�n costo para yo poder ir a trabajar. Son amables, profecionales y honestos y de ninguna manera dud� en sus precios que son justos...se los recomiendo 100%
