I have been going to Tiger Auto Parts & Repair for almost 40 year. I've always gotten prompt, courteous service at a fair price.Hector's wealth of knowledge and compassion for helping his customers is what keeps me going back as a customer.

They were busy so things did take awhile to get started, but very friendly staff with excellent knowledge. They fixed and repaired my car at reasonable rates. Will recommend to others.

They charged me $90 just to check something. Then tried to get me to pay for something I already paid for.There's a guy behind the counter, looks like the owner ..not friendly barking out orders.

They do the work then call you a say oh here its this. It could be this or maybe this. I m like do you all fix cars or just guess em? Then will charge u more than what the job is worth. Then say they work on cars on a first come first serve basis. But I was first and it took 7hrs for a 3hr job. I really do feel cheated.

These guys were great and so sweet! Funny too! I went in with one issue, and they did such a good job that afterward I had them do a couple of other things for my car as well. They were honest about price and were super helpful. Broke everything down for me. Plus, one of the times I went in to pick up my car and they even asked me about my limp cause I had gotten hurt at my job and they were concerned before wishing me to get better. I woke up yesterday to something being very abnormally wrong with my car, to the point where it was not safely drivable. I brought it to tiger, because it was the closest spot to me (and I'd been here many years ago for something I can't recall in the past). Turns out someone tried to steal my catalytic converters. I know this is a very pricey fix, but Tiger gave me a crazy good deal, on top of that they took my car right away, and had the parts replaced before the end of the day for me. They honestly made my nightmare a lot easier to deal with, and I know they gave me a very good price on parts and labor. Thank you so much guys! I'll def be back to support my local auto parts shop!

I read the reviews and was a bit nervous. I ve gotten parts from here in the past, but never had any work done . My aunt swore by them and only trusted them(Hector) with her cars. I didn t know what was wrong and couldn t really explain it. I called and told them that he said to bring it in and he ll have someone ride with me to see what the problem was. Well don t you know it didn t happen. We rode for about fifteen minutes took it back to the shop. Hector told me to bring it back in the morning and leave it for about an hour and they will find out the problem, no charge. I did, and he did. He gave me a price and a time it would be finished. Just like that my car was done. I m very happy. I ve heard how Hector spoke and I can see how it can appear to be rude, but I did not experience that at all. In fact I think he was very polite and especially helpful with women customers. Being a women getting work done on your car not knowing if your getting ripped off or not means a lot. It wasn t just me, while sitting waiting, I saw his interactions with several other customers. He was not rude and again extra helpful with the women making sure they understood what was what. I will be returning in the future and recommend this shop.

We were on our way to a chain auto parts store when we saw this place, so we decided to try here instead. INCREDIBLE customer service and very kind employees who helped me get the parts I needed. When I got home and couldn t figure out how to put on the license plate bracket, I called back and they were able to install it for me for a very reasonable fee! Also very thankful they are following COVID precautions! This will be our go to place from now on!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Do not use this establishment. Sold us the wrong part then took 2 weeks to find the right one and whenever we called for an update they were extremely RUDE AND NOT HELPFUL. I asked for a refund on the part to return it and they said no. Then they finally find the part and it is DEFECTIVE. I called them to discuss and they hung up on us.They sold us the part for $250 dollars MORE than what the dealership charges for the same genuine part. Keep in mind the part they were selling was AC/DELCO. We paid $600 for a part that was defective.Don't give people like this your business. Go to AutoZone instead they are selling their parts / brands anyways....

Worst service ever. I went to buy the replacement part for the windshield blades and after I paid they informed me that they didn t have the part, asked me to come back 1 hr later, when I came back after I paid the difference then they cannot install it for me. It is advertised free installation. I tried to cancel the purchase only to be informed in the worst manner than no cancellations. So they made me wait and the owner started barking at me as if this is my fault. Avoid this place! Worst customer service.

Ripped me and my fianc� off for over $2000 and the car still had problems and found out half of the parts were used I will never down talk business but I recommend nobody goes here unless it s a must have situation

AWESOME! I got a new battery that was more powerful than the one I had for 50% less than what I would ve paid for the one that actually goes with my vehicle. The 2020 Chevy spark LS has a battery in it that s really small and doesn t have that many cranking amps. I purchased a new battery which has almost 80% more cranking amps and cost 50% of what the Chevy battery was going to cost. I paid $94 for a new battery and they installed it while I waited and I was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes. Great Products and excellent service.

First time there I got there with one issue left with multiple. I wish I never told that I had a long drive ahead. Asked to check on my suspension, they said everything was cool, and that I could go where I needed to, but my axel fell off a couple blocks down, I had to evacuate my vehicle back to them. I m not saying that they did something on purpose but I certainly felt this way.This time I trusted my mirrors to be cut out, even this took them forever. They didn t call me about delays, I had to go there and they refused to give me my mirrors back until the glue dries out, but they gladly requested me to pay upfront.Their main guy, always gets defensive every time you say something. I see that they re so many years in business but have no idea how to provide a good customer service and speak to their customers. Their sign says Sometimes cheap is too expensive but I think for their case it should say the opposite.

Beware when buying from this place ,owner son is very dishonest,,has bad customers sevice..before purchasing make sure what is the return policy, however the owner is a onest person. But for this reason mentioned on top, we will never shop their again, but will like to mention they do have the best prices compare to their Competitors, . hopefully Hector will train his employer how to treat a customer. I hate to end a long time business relationship ..meMaybe next if me and my wife decide to go back thing will change for the best..

The service manager is very abrasive. Tried to push me into things I didn't need in a very aggressive and condescending manner. This is not your typical shop talk. I emphasize "abrasive". I explained that I'm a new customer and a referral, and that I didn't feel comfortable making these decisions over the phone because of how he was talking to me. He did not change his tone. Our first conversation ever was rude and appalling. Read the reviews on here and on Yelp. Please don't make my mistake.

Very nice, very helpful, went above and beyond. Called several auto repair places to get prices and they were the cheapest by $100. They also helped me try to diagnose the issue over the phone, and gave me several very useful tips. Ultimately, i had to have their tow truck come pick up my car and take it to their shop. They called about an hour later and told me what the problem was. Fixed the issue promptly and i was able to pick up my car a few hours later. I had also taken some plastic splash guards off my car while trying to troubleshoot the issue, and they put them all back on free of charge.

I ve been going here for years - bringing in my cars and an ex s. I ve brought in Hondas, VWs, and a Toyota. Service has always been superb, with some of the best prices in town - seriously. The customer service area is like watching a real life TAXI episode from the 70s. Highly recommended.

Poor customer service, husband went in to buy rotors and asked questions about them and the employee short old man got angry and he told him to his face that he didn't care about his customers and was he going to buy the rotors or not.

Came to ask about air in my tires. The guy I spoke with wasn t nice, helpful, nothing. Response was your like the 5th person to come in here, I have to fix these cars here, there s a gas station right there . As if, if I wanted to do that then that s what I would have done. A simple we won t be able to fit you in today, try again tomorrow , would have sufficed. Vs complaining to me about who has come in before me. Tuh

I have used Tiger on a few occasions in the pass. I was looking for a part for my Lexus truck and he did find the part. The price did change but he did split the difference. If you know the manager you know he has a big mouth but a great heart. I will shop with him again if I have to but I hope I won t. Lexus part are not cheap at all. I was happy he did find the part because I couldn t.

It is zero stars actually. I had a problem with steering wheel and drove this place since it was closest. A guy told me they will do free inspection and I am going to pay only if I decided to let them fix my car. After inspection another guy, I think he is the owner, asked $69 for inspection. Their estimate to solve the problem was $860 and he was talking about possible more charges. I did not trust them and went to another closeby mechanic. They fixed it immediately, just some part was needed to be oiled, that it. It was $25 job. I think their business strategy is robbing customers as much as possible who came there by chance.

Your button that you installed for $200 only worked for two days. And after I brought it back you lied to me. It was not a bad starter. I had to return the brand new starter and get another one. The car still didn't start. The cable that connects to the starter didn't have any juice. I had to run a new wire to the button myself.

Brought my car in for emissions repairs. Ever since they "fixed" it my engine is now twice as loud as it was before. Don't bring your vehicle here.Edit: Response to ownerI'm happy that my car passed the test, and if people feel like spending $600 to fix a valve leak to pass the test they're more than welcome to, but I'm not happy that my engine now runs noticeably louder than it did before and I was given no reason for this when I picked my car up. Also, the fact that you charge $69 just to check a vehicle's codes when NAPA right down the steet does it for free is ridiculous. I'm never bringing my vehicle into your shop again and I will recommend the same to anyone I can.

This Place is so unprofessional my husband brought his car in to get a estimate they told him they were going to call him in a couple of hours when there done which they never called and so my husband called because it was close to closing just for them to tell him he can t get his car it s locked up in the garage he never told him they could keep his car so now he s carless without notice

Was told it would be $69 to figure out what was wrong with my car even if i didn't get any work done from them. Agreed to have them look at it. After waiting over an hour and a few people had finished up that had arrived after me was told that i was going to be charged $115 for diagnostics and labor for a 15 min job even though their posted hourly labor rate was $75. Either tell me you're charging for labor or don't tell me there a diagnostic charge. Would've been cheaper if i paid the diagnostic charge and immediately after told them to do the work than just letting them do their job. I came here to get my car fixed not play games.
