EXCELLENT EXCELLENT SERVICE! I came here after my car was hit and run. I wasn't covered by insurance, and Greg was willing to work with me on finding the most cost-effective solution to get my car back on the road. My car was ready so quickly, and they even cleaned off some stubborn tree sap for me. I cannot recommend this place enough and will exclusively go to Greg and his team for any future work on my car. Bonus: there's a great coffee shop on the corner (Loba) that you can go to after you drop your car off to sip coffee, eat a delicious pastry, and be smug about the great decision you have made.Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

Tiger's Body Shop did a fantastic job replacing my rear passenger side door and some of the surrounding trim. The new paint job on those components perfectly matches the rest of the car. They also cleaned the interior of the car before returning it to me which was a pleasant surprise. They worked easily and amicably with my insurance company (Amica) and finished the work within 5 business days of me dropping off the vehicle. I was extremely satisfied with them and will be going back in the near future to get some other work taken care of. I highly recommend Tiger's Body Shop!Service: Body & Trim

Service was much quicker and efficient than using Geico's recommended repair facility. I was quoted two to three weeks for my repairs with Crash Champions, and 1.5 weeks with Tiger. Even with my job being completed during the week of Thanksgiving, it still only took them one week to finish the repairs. Also, I had a rental through Enterprise during repairs, and they made a point to tell me what great hands I was in with Tiger compared to some of the larger insurance only shops. Tiger s was able to get my car in to repair my side mirror the next day and gave me a reasonable estimate. They don t over charge and are honest, transparent about parts, costs, and repair times! And Greg in the office was kind and on top of everything when I called and brought my car in. Will definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to others!

Had an excellent experience with tiger auto body. My car was the victim of an overnight hit and run by a snow plow that trashed my car's rear side panel and bumper. Greg gave me a fair estimate and was able to get it down even lower after he was able to source some aftermarket parts. When I asked how long a repair like this would take he told me a week and a half. Exactly a week and a half later tiger auto called me to say my car was ready. I wasn't expecting too much since they were using used parts but my car looks great and I'm really happy with the work. My side mirror had gotten knocked off by another car. They got the new mirror in quickly and were flexible with my schedule. They even let me work in their office while I was waiting for the new mirror to be done. They were very respectful, friendly, and didn t overcharge me! The new mirror looks great. Awesome people who perform awesome work. I had my car door smashed and i was worried based on past auto body experiences about the cost and level of repairs. Tiger put all my nerves to rest from the moment i walked in till i picked up my restored car. The once banged up car looks brand spanking new!You guys are amazing and I couldn t thank you more for all you did. There aren t many companies like you around and I m happy i found the best Autobody shop in Chicago!

Seemed like a great shop when I dropped off my bumper for paint 2 weeks ago, great conversation and friendly service, literally a 3 minute drive from home. The job was supposed to be done last Friday, but I didn t mind when I received no call. I called them the following Tuesday to check in and they had no idea which bumper I was referring to I finally had to stop by in person to get them to call me back and say that they lost and forgot to start working on my part. I went to Tiger s and took my bumper back and they couldn t have cared less. This kind of experience leaves a customer feeling pretty unappreciated. Cannot speak to the quality of their work because my part was completely forgotten about Would recommend checking out other reputable body shops or calling them religiously to check in after you drop off your car/parts

Tiger's body shop did a fantastic job on my car, I am extremely happy with their work. They also worked with my insurance company and did all the work in a reasonable time frame and at a great price. I highly recommend them. Thanks Greg and all the workers at Tiger's body shop you are awesome!!

Had such a wonderful experience here! I had bumped my friends brand new car against a fence and knocked the bumper out of alignment. Another shop told us they would have to replace the bumper and it would cost hundreds. Tiger's put it back into place and buffed out the mark in less than 5 minutes! There are still good and honest people left in this world!

My car was in a hit and run. They did a great job with replacing front side panel and passenger door. Paint job was perfect. Very professional and courteous. Highly recommend

Superb job had a gouge on one side and scrape on the other...completrd job was spot on color match and dent/gouge removal! Fair price and attention to detail. Even though my bumper was completed, my car got broken into with my window shattered while being on the street in their care. The manager was a terrible person who lacked empathy about my car being broken into. Couldn t have cared less and never reassured me my car would be safe for the duration of the repairs. I would never go there again. Rather pay more money in a suburb then ever go back there. Also just found broken glass in my car they didn t CLEAN up.

The guys at Tigers are great - when I moved to lakeview I all of a sudden had problems with my windows in my jeep. they wouldnt shut, and it was winter, so I took it to the dealer and a couple of other places that quoted me some riduculous prices to fix it. i brought it into greg, and he had it back to me that day for less than 100 bucks. awesome.there is a reason theyve been in the neghborhood so long - they are honest, do good work and are friendly and quick. cant ask for anything more than that in the city - highly recommeneded

Was referred to Tiger's by a work colleague after a kind soul smashed the drivers side mirror off my car (2001 Honda Covic). Stopped by at 5:45 on a Friday evening and in 10 minutes Greg gave me an estimate and had a replacement mirror ordered for me. Dropped my car off the morning the part was supposed to come in but it did not come in due to an error in the ordering process so the car was not ready that day but they had it finished the following morning, mirror looks great and the estimate was spot on actual price! Can't say enough about how professional and efficient these guys are.

Tiger's is a great body shop that I've used a few times. They are professional, thorough and fairly priced. Not to mention they have a great location on Lincoln and Addison. I highly recommend.

walked in to the office for an estimate on my bosses car and was greeted warmly and quickly..the small office was a huge mess of papers, files and parts everywhere which i LOOOOVED,work is being done here i thought..the walls are covered with pics of Chicago's past,Chicago celebrities and bobbleheads...LOOOVEDD IT !!!...you could see the body shop area from the office and all i saw was alot of cars and alot of work being done, the estimate took 5 minutes and they told me the time frame it would take to do the job...called them the same day to set up a drop off day..dropped off the car Monday morning and was promised the car on wed...car was ready on wed but my boss wasn't in town till Thursday so i asked if i could pick up the car Thursday, they graciously accommodated my request which was a great help to me..i also noticed when we picked up the car that anytime i saw a body repairman or one of Tigers employees, i was always addressed with a smile or a hello,seemed like they had a good team going and that's important .....I COULDN'T BELIEVE THE REPAIR!!! like it never happened...just beautiful!!! Tiger Body Shop has a great history being across the street from Wrigley Field for many years,but im confidant it's not because of the spot they had, it's because they care about the work and service....ill be going to Tiger again and sharing my experience with all....GREAT JOB!!!!

Absolutely amazing prices and customer service. I have been gouged by mechanics and auto shops before, and this place was the first place that handed me the check and made me smile. I literally expected to pay double. I will be going back, and I will definitely recommend.

Terrible customer service, it took over 4 weeks to fix my car, it was not fully fixed, and they left my car a complete mess. Some one even left some sort of medicated spray in my car. Would definitely not recommend them to anyone.

This is the BEST and most honest auto body shop in Chicago and maybe the country. 2nd generation brothers Greg and Scott are the best guys and huge sports fans.

Great work done, and if you need they don't have a problem breaking everything down for you so you know how your car will turn out at the end. It's a smaller establishment with a small team but they do an amazing job

my car has been there for about a month because they always find a different excuse. And they gave me one estimate in the beginning and now are charging me almost 400 dollars more.
