Found this place on Google Maps and asked on the phone for an estimate for fuel injector replacement after a nearby Honda dealer told me to replace all the fuel injectors for a misfire problem. This repair shop, now called HAAS Inc., gave me a quote less than half that of the Honda dealer so I scheduled an appointment and took my car there. They told me that a full diagnosis was required so I let them proceed with it. A couple hours into the diagnosis they called me and confirmed that my car needed new fuel injectors along with other parts like seal set injectors but quoted me almost TWICE the estimate. The estimate given on the phone completely lowballed the cost of labor. Additionally, they couldn t promise replacing the fuel injectors, as their diagnosis suggested, would fix the problem. They also told me that additional diagnosis fee may be applicable still after the fuel injectors are replaced . This begs the question: how much money would go down this rabbit hole? Hypothetically, after spending about $1500 on fuel injector replacement and $80~120 on additional diagnosis , would they tell me to replace some other costly parts, say, the head gaskets and again charge me for additional diagnosis because they don t do a good job in initial diagnoses or they just want me to continue spending money on endless diagnoses?After rejecting the repair, I took my car to a different Honda dealer outside Chicago and got it fixed at an even lower price. The dealer was able to promise that the repair would fix the problem and did not replace the seal set injectors that HAAS Inc. had deemed necessary to replace, which would otherwise cost $179.28. At the end of the day, I wasted an $85.45 diagnosis fee at HAAS Inc. for a diagnosis result that I had already known of before taking my car to HAAS Inc. The relatively low estimate was the only reason I took my car to this place.

Very friendly and efficient group of mechanics. Went in to see if I could have my Engine Splash Shield/Guard looked at. I wasn't able to do a full replacement of the part due to my current financial situation but they did offer an alternative which was to hammer it back into form. Which thankfully only cost $50. I Would highly recommend their services and intend to use them again for future repairs/maintenance.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I did not have my car serviced here, but I did call for a consultation to see if my car needed service. I described the issue, and the person I spoke with was knowledgeable and determined that it was unnecessary to come in. Saved me a trip + gas + $$ and earned my trust.

I have a 20 year old Honda Accord and I needed a new alternator. Got my alternator replaced twice, but my dashboard lights were still coming on. No one could fix the problem. Found out about The Honda Clinic. They told me I needed a Honda alternator. Googled it to see if they were right. They were! They quoted me almost $600, but the problem is fixed! Thought I would have to sell my car, but I didn't. Glad I found this place.

Top notch mechanics and better priced than the dealer. I ALWAYS have major service of my Hondas and Acuras done by Bob and his staff at the Honda Clinic. For example; the dealer wanted $650 to do the 30,000 mile maintenance on my Pilot. The Honda Clinic did it for $350 using all Honda parts. Enough said.
