This place was truly amazing, it was recommended to me from my uncle. You always hear about car mechanics and body shops horror storeis, but this place was truly amazing. They walked with me the entire process. Looking at the deep scratch and pointing out what they are gonna do and how. Took 2-3 days, and after I arrived to picked up my car, it looked brand new. I was so surprised on the amazing work they did I will have before and after pictures. For anyone who hesitant on looking. Trust these photos and great comments.

Kevin and Tom at Collision Barn made it effortless to have our 2021 Ford Escape repaired. They are very detailed and made sure our vehicle was back to its original condition. I was recommended to The Collision Barn without hesitation by a family member in the automotive industry. Tom was an extremely helpful resource in the moments immediately following an accident, helping to facilitate a reputable towing company after hours and following up to let us know he had received our vehicle at his shop, offering reassurance during a stressful experience. At the end of the day the workmanship was top notch and the repairs turned out great - would not hesitate to recommend Tom, Kevin and the rest of the team at The Collision Barn to friends and family.

After being rear ended overnight, I wasn't sure who to trust to repair my vehicle however after seeing all the positive reviews Collision Barn had, I knew Id be able to entrust my vehicle to them. Lee Shaw, was a great help from the moment I stepped in, he was honest and straightforward with what to expect from this tedious process and went to work instantly calling up the insurance. The attention to detail was immaculate. The communication and quality were nothing like I've ever experienced before from a collision repair shop. I cried getting in my car. It was so much better than what I expected. It was new, better, more improved than even before I brought it in! The kindness & empathy I received from the staff was heartwarming. Brought my Mazda to Collision Barn to have control arms replaced today. Got a quote and the job was done by 4pm. As i was about to leave Tom noticed that my plate light was out and had one of his guys replace the bulb free of charge. My car was washed inside and out when i got it back. The Prices are fair and the work is guaranteed. I was struck by the attention to detail and the hard work that the repair crew delivers on a daily basis. I highly recommend this shop for body and mechanical repairs.

Okay, this place is awesome. Dealing with car repair can be contentious and stressful, but Kevin and Tom (and Alex and the rest of the office crew) made this such an easy process. They are kind, considerate, they know what they re doing, and the work is perfect. I wish I could give more than five stars. They even dealt with the insurance appraiser for me. And you can come here for oil changes!

The two separate times that someone hit my vehicle, I took it to The Collision Barn for repairs because they do top quality work, and their customer service is stellar. I received frequent updates and was always kept in the loop. Knowing that my car was in very capable hands, took some of the anxiety out of a very stressful situation.

I could not possibly be more pleased with the quality of their work and the level of service they provide. They made me feel like a special client even though my work only amounted to $350. In an age of increasing impersonal, web-based, email driven communication they provided "old world" personal caring service. When was the last time you got that feeling from any provider of anything? Came in for extensive body/paint repair due to an accident with a deer. Dropped off the car a few days before Christmas and the shop was able to complete all repairs in a timely manner considering the holidays. They even went out of their way to repair damage that wasn t covered by insurance. Sadly I don t have photos of the damage. But the owners Tom and Kevin take pride in doing things the right way. Statefarm didn t want to use oem parts to replace the damaged ones. Tom was able to work it out with insurance in the end and got me oem parts.

Tom and his team are excellent at what they do. Working with them to get my recent auto damage repaired was super straight forward and the work was excellent. You can tell that these guys love what they do and take pride in their work. Did a great job on my car. Repaired a minor accident and they left it looking better than when I purchased it, even fixed some details that had nothing to do with what I took it in for. We took my nephews car here after an accident. I felt so welcome and comfortable, which isn't always the case for women in an atmosphere like this. The guys are very kind and friendly. I immediately felt at ease and found them very trustworthy

If you are looking for an Honest and professional Body Shop /mechanic shop with lots of integrity, then this is the place!!! I will be bringing my Vehicle here for repairs going forward. I'm really grateful I found The Collision Barn thru a great referral from a close friend, The Body shop pays close attention to detail especially when you have a tedious and difficult paint to deal with (Pearl White), The staff at Collision Barn clearly are very experienced. They are also friendly and communicate well. Thank you for your exceptional Work Collision Barn!!!!

The passenger side reflector on my rear bumper somehow fell inside. Lee and his team were able to schedule me for a same day appointment and did the repair in under two hours. I hope that I never need bodywork again, but if so, I wouldn t hesitate to use Lee and his team again over at The Collision Barn.

Had a few scratches: one on my mirror cover, bumper, and back door. They buffed it out making it look brand new. And the damage? Non! They did it for free. Mr. Sullivan had fantastic customer service as well. And his staff were super friendly.

Collision Barn saves the day! I had such a frustrating experience with my vehicle being damaged in a parking lot while on a trip for work, I didn't realize any damage until I was already back in town. My dealership recommended Collision Barn and I took my car right in. While there were some initial delays getting the damage figured out, Tom and his team were very honest and very communicative. It turns out I had much more damage than you could see just by looking at the exterior, and I had no choice but to make an insurance claim and wait to have everything taken care of. Lee walked me through the process, showed me detailed photos, and handled everything, including the massive ball drop by Farmer's insurance... their complete lack of returned calls, emails, and refusal to process the claim (for weeks). Lee really went to bat for me and ultimately did not back down until everything was fixed and insurance did their job. I really felt like he was in my corner the whole time, and just wanted me to be back in my vehicle. He was the only person I heard from for multiple weeks when my own insurance agency wouldn't call me back or update me. The second my claim was finally processed, the car was fixed in less than 48 hours. Lee made this frustrating process bearable. I hope I never need them again, but if I do, I don't think I'd take my vehicle anywhere else. Thanks to the whole team for having your customer's back!

I have used the services 2x now for my CX5. The staff takes care of you and does excellent work. I won t take my vehicles anywhere else.I recently had to have my vehicle repairs after someone backed into my car. You wouldn t even know that the vehicle was repaired. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the wonderful people at The Collision Barn. Lee and Tom were so incredibly helpful throughout a very stressful time for me. I cart a lot of kids around and getting my car back quickly was critical. When you are a woman navigating car repair can be difficult unfortunately still-I went to four different places before I landed here and sometimes you just know this is where you need to be . It's hard to find people you can trust in the auto body/auto repair field. You can trust the care and quality of work you'll receive at the Collision Barn Lee was responsive from the first call and was able to intake my car the same day. Communication was top notch throughout with Lee and Tom as they navigated the best care for my car as well as deftly and swiftly managing the insurance claim process for me. The Collision Barn did a fantastic job repairing my car after I was rear-ended. Kevin and Tom were so great to work with! They were upfront and honest about all the repairs and so easy to work with and kept me updated throughout the process. Lee was able to work with the other driver s insurance company (we know what a pain that can be) to make the whole transaction seamless. Once the parts were delivered, the body work was completed quickly and my car looks brand new! Seriously! Even the inside was cleaned!! Had the absolute best experience at the Collision Barn. Never had to get repairs done before after an accident, but Lee took care of me from start to finish and made the process smooth and painless. They worked directly with my insurance, so I didn't have to be a middle-man, and the damages to the car were completely fixed.
