They charge me $1100 dollars to do a manifold & Gear shift Switch. When I left the shop my check engine light came back on the same day.THEY NEVER CHANGED MY MANIFOLD. I took my truck back then he tried to charge me an xtra $400 for sum wiring that he couldn t even explain. I ask for my Diagnostic Print out an he never gave me a print out for my Diagnostic test. So how can I see what s wrong with my truck. Then the mechanic stripped my truck of the new part an put the old part back on. So he can give me a refund for unsatisfied work But while he was doing that he took another piece off that he wasn t supposed too just so I can come back a spend more money with them. THEY ARE RIPPING PPL OFF EASILY!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

The service and price was great! I needed two tires that were on wheels held on by a lock nut without having the key. They removed the lock nuts and mounted and balanced new tires all for little more than other places were going to charge just to remove the nuts, on a Sunday, no less!!

They are scammers. They charged $160 for an oil change, a vehicle inspection, and to change one brake light bulb that I bought myself. The labor cost to change the light bulb was $35!!! Save yourself the time and avoid this shop

Fast service and affordable prices. I was in and out. I went for an oil change and new tires. Definitely coming back and highly recommend coming here. The lady in front desk was so nice and helpful. Overall it was a great experience.

Overpriced and to make matters worse would hide your keys and car if you go to an ATM to get money out. Locked disabled elderly person and service dog inside for 3 HOURS! Very unprofessional.

When I first called for information the young lady was very nice and helpful. I explained to her the Just Tires referred them to me. When I arrived she remembered me from our earlier conversation and I was welcomed. I was taken care of right away and I was surprised that I was in and out of there in 20 minutes. Made my day easier. Thank you to tte staff at Tenorio. Keep up the good work.

Went to get an alignment and they wanted to charge me $700 to replace the lower control arms of a 6 year old vehicle.Ended up taking my vehicle to the dealer and they ended up paying 130 for the alignment, everything was fine with the suspension.

Over priced!! Was charged $480 for work on my truck. They stated the work would take 3 hours and the price was reflected on the time they would take. At the end they were done in 45min! Would not go there again!

I went to get my wheels aligned and was very unsatisfied. I got there and figuring out where to pull in was difficult enough. Once in back and parked the front service desk is far in the front from the shop in which you enter through. They lifted my vehicle and gave it an inspection resulting in them informing me that before they can do an alignment they'll need to do some other work. The guy, whose name I didn't get, quoted me at $750 to replace tire rods. I told him I wouldn't be doing it and he let me know that i can't get the alignment done without it. Than proceeded to tell me to pay $20 and the woman upfront would give me a receipt. Had i known there would be an inspection fee regardless if service was completed, I would have went somewhere else. He did mention i could use the receipt as credit for an inspection or towards work on that car or another car but with 30 days which to me is ridiculous. I would definitely not recommend to anyone or go back to again.

Never coming back. First off the service took FOREVER. 2.5 hours to get me a new set of tires. On top of that the waiting area is freezing cold. I could not stay sitting without my hands and feet becoming frozen solid. Will never return, and will recommend to everyone I know to stay away from this place

They overcharged me to change my breaks. Even though they took 1 hour of labor which was $85 he charged me $213. Parts were also expensive and they didn't itemize my receipt, so I couldn't compare with market prices. I agreed to his terms verbally, which were his company's labor rules, but not some made up charges. It was a bad faith deal on his end.

Took my car for tire rotation and balancing, left it there and then I got the call the car was ready, I got there and they had me waiting for 15 minutes while they "brought the car to the front". After waiting for a while, I asked again if the car was ready and was given the keys and told the car was out front. I went out and the car was nowhere in sight so I went back in the shop and finally was walked to the back where the car was. AFTER I got in my car, I noticed the check engine light and traction were on and barely made it back home. I have no idea what they did but when I took it there there wasn't any lights on and no issues with the engine. Not going there again.

Terrible!! I got here at 9am to get a cat back exaust. First I was told i had to wait 10 minutes for the mechanic. The guy behind the window wasn't welcoming at all. He finally arrived and i told him what I wanted and he told me a couple of hours. I called at 1pm, they told me 2 more hours. I get back to the store at 2:45 and sitting down eating and only half the exhaust is on. He tells me it'll be another 45 minutes while he finishes his lunch. I won't be a returning customer!

Highly recommend bringing your car here with any issues. Guys are very honest and they show you the problem so there's no doubt that the work is necessary.

Went in for death wobble, not only did I wait 3 hours to do a $30 as he say check to see what s the problem but he came back saying I needed a replacement so I agreed yes, then come to find out he never fixed it they did some else! Charge me $365 for wheel alignment smh then told me after me angrily telling him why is my car shaking, he say oh it s tie rods but that s not as important as the wheels you need smh then tells me it s $800 for tie rods (inner/ outer)I left went else where and was charged $130 if I get my own parts which was $300!!!! Total was $430Moral of the story they are very overpriced!!!!!!

Assumed the customer did not want to pay and locked his wife with her pet in the car .. but did not assume the ATM in the shop was faulty .. !

When in to buy only 1 used tire and they ended up talking me into buying 4 new tires for a special of 400- I really ended up paying 420 (the up the price last minute). I agreed to the 4 new tires because they said they would only charge me 50 for the alignment (I ended up paying 100 for the alignment and they didn t even do the back tires right. They told me to buy upper control arms and to come back again to get yet ANOTHER alignment. The reason why I didn t buy the parts from them was because they were charging 190 for the rear ONLY- saying that I would of ended up being 240 for an alignment. Sneaky people, liers and thieves. BEWARE!!! Go in if you like to give away your money for low quality services.

Fixed wheels but remounting tires and sealing and cleaning the salt off.Cost $60 wheels clean remount and new valves.Extra 20 for balancing.Warranty 30 daysEverything works good and no leaks.A job well done.

The staff is friendly and down to earth the mechanics are honest and they show you the problem and explain it hands on and the Prices are fair. This has to be the best Auto Repair shop I've ever been too the best!!!

They don't have good used tires, they first one i was given kept causing my tire pressure light to come on after a few days, and they didn't really want to replace it or believe it was a bad tire. They gave me another one after I returned twice. Two stars because they are nice I guess...

$ 20.00 dollars only for the inspection if the car condition wouldn't allow the work to be done.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------09/24/2020 I went to 2323 W. 47th st. Chicago, Il. 60609I asked for a front tires alignment for a Honda CR-V and the receptionist informed me that the cost would be $ 65.00 dollars if the work was done, or $ 20.00 dollars only for the inspection if the car condition wouldn't allow the work to be done.I agreed and the guy that would do the job came and drove my car to the alignment area... minutes after the receptionist asked me to go to the alignment area and the guy there told me that he could do the alignment but without warranty... So I told him if he could do it was ok, I understood that there was some limitation for the warranty, but the "WORK WAS going TO BE DONE".At the end of the wait, I paid and left the TENORIO's place because I was late in time to arrive at my workplace.I realized that my car didn't have any improvement, it was the same as when I went to ask for the alignment service one hour earlier. I haven't had the time to go back to complain personally, but if it was the case, I should be charged $ 20.00 dollars only for the inspection if the car condition wouldn't allow the work to be done.They charged me in full and did NOT do any work at all in my car.This isn't what I was offered at the reception.I wrote a mail to the admins and I'm still waiting for the answer... very disappointed about the honesty of their service.10/13/2020 Still waiting and nobody has contacted me answering for my email I sent complaining for the bad service.

Customer service was great. One mechanic (the one supposed to perform the alignment on my dodge caliber) not to knowledgeable in certain areas. Called me over and said he couldnt perform the alignment due to rack and pinion being loose. He said it was missing mounts, I informed him that I actually helped a mechanic remove and install the subframe, struts and control arms. All mounts that were removed were also the same ones put back on. Asked if he could do what was needed as well as the alignment and he said he couldnt. Seemed to me like he was just lazy and didnt want to do any work. So I took it back to the mechanic, he raised up the vehicle and found 2 bolts that needed tightening. 2 bolts. I guess ill be going elsewhere and give my money to someone that actually wants to make a living... I dont know about the other mechanics at this shop. But I hope yall dont get stuck with the lazy I got.
