Oil was leaking from under my van (159,000 miles). Teloloapan diagnosed the issue accurately and gave me step by step instructions on what options were available. I approved this shop to perform repairs. Overall, the service was great, and the communication and turnaround time was excellent. My repair was completed, and I have not experienced any issues with my van. Cost for repairs were very affordable. My plan is to keep this van for another 150K and continue to bring it to Teloloapan for continued services. - I would recommend this shop for all auto service needs!

I recommend Teloloapan for not just emission testing but for any of your car needs. I have had excellent experiences with them. They take the time to explain everything that s wrong with your step by step. Their prices are very reasonable compared to these Corporate Companies I will not name. They re going to make sure your car is fixed properly without the over pricing.I would highly recommend them for any service you might need on your car. Give them some business, I promise you won t regret it. I have a 2010 Dodge Avenger, my car is very old and it has some of the original car parts on the car that s wearing out, but when I leave there she s rides like she s a 2024, lol. I rated them with 5 stars because they deserve it.

I had work done on my truck a few months back and waited to write a review to see that my truck was running good. It s been GREAT! It was a reasonable price, front desk lady was so nice and so was the owner (I assume he s the owner) once I was ready to have the work done they only took a day to complete and ensured my emissions passed. I would highly recommend this mechanic place and will definitely be taking my truck there for future repairs I still need to get done.

Where do I start? I m going to use myTime to inform others about this mechanic. I came to this mechanic because it specializes in emission testing my car did not pass the emission test so I came here. Which I entirely regret. This is what I believe is the 3rd time I've been scammed from a mechanic. Roger expressed the worst customer service I've encountered in a while from a man . I take my car to get it fixed long Story short they kept my car for a few days called about 2-3 times in between to tell me that it's a different issue so it's going to be more money I agreed and they proceeded to work on it. Ok I get it sometimes you run into problems as youre working on it right? At least I was trying to be understanding and not assume right of the back that they're scamming me. So he finally tells me to pick it up and then tells me the light is still on but if it's not turned off within 24 hours to bring it back because it's going to be a different problem now he said then I would need to pay to get the computer completely replaced. He stated, my computer is notGood because he's fixed everything and still doesn't work. If given him $1200 already. So I didn't bring it back I did 3 months later only because I got scammed previously and took $1800 from me so I needed to save more $. I bring back the car and now he claims I don't remember you, I don't remember fixing your car, and I don'tRemember telling you that the computer needed to be replaced because what if that's not the issue? I was so livid after this because how dare you take my money. He wanted to charge me the same thing he originally charged me for which is run the smoking test I'm like you did that already! My point is I hope someone reads this and avoids this place. my end result is that I took my car back. He's like so do u want me to change your computer I can change it for u even though,I don't remember me telling you this was the issue. Hopefully this review does the same to this unprofessional business in the future and lose out on customers and money. #karma he didn't even bother to help me Just arguing withMe back and forth to make it even worse Roger claims he's the owner. Who knows. Because why would a owner argue and be unprofessional towards his customers instead of solvingProblems he's bickering with me on things like if you know so much about what your car needs fixing what's the name of the part I told you that needs to be replaced and I don't Keep my receipts,I send them away I said what do you mean send them away? So I brought my receipt and all of a sudden he brings he had my receipt of the work he's done. Mind you he was just tellingMe he didn't have receipts because he sends them away whatever that means and he then trying to charge me to run test again. I'm like no youre not about to charge me again. Very manipulated.

Same people from years ago. Totally different mentality. Not the same thoughtful people they were back in the day. They used to give a damn about their customers not anymore It's all about money. I'm just saying be aware Check your parts prices check the parts they put on your car to see if they've been changed get a clear understanding of what they are to change on your car for the prices they're charging. They are way overpriced as far as labor and parts they're getting from the parts store. My advice is to heed the warning that I'm bestowing upon you. God don't like ugly It ain't too crazy about pretty.

If I could give 100 stars I would. I absolutely love this shop & give them my full trust. They are very Professional, Honest , Fast & State Approved. Wait times are head on. They cleared engine lights on Two separate cars I have had and the prices are so affordable you can t resist. Chevy quoted me $2,000, I was able to to come in and resolve the issue for under $500. Car is running perfect no lights on the dash, and come to find out the issues Chevy told me were completely different from what they diagnosed. Imagine a car shop that knows your car better than the dealership . I love this place and will continue to come back Please check them out. Took my car to one of those garage mechanics because I needed to pass emissions after spending a lot of money and the car still had the check engine light on. I googled and came across Teloloapan Auto Service Emission Test Specialist so I decided to give this place a try from the moment I walked in I was greeted with professionalism. The young lady at the counter was really friendly. I explain that I was frustrated and needed my car to pass the emission she recommended I do a diagnostic test for $85. The mechanic completed the diagnostic test and told me the issue and fix the problem I took my car to the emissions, and it passed. I highly recommend this place although it s far from my house I will definitely continue going here.

I needed to pass the emissions, and I had been to several other mechanics, but all those other mechanics told me was to just keep driving my car.Well, I called this company, and although their location was quite a distance from my location, the guy over the phone assured me that his mechanic could check it out and service my vehicle right away.He was right! The mechanic completed the diagnostics ($85) and he was able to reset my monitors, which fixed the problem, and I PASSED the emissions that same day! Considering that I was in a time crunch, their pricing seemed fair to me!This is a family-owned business, and all the employees were very friendly, professional, and FAST! I even met the owner, and he was very nice!I highly recommend their services!

I was scammed. I came into the shop because my vehicle had a check engine light on and I needed to pass an emissions test. The mechanic gave me an estimate of $600. Break down was $295 for a single part (diverter valve) and $305 for labor. Something told me to look up the part they were changing. Everywhere that sold the part had it running from $50-80. When I called to cancel the service they said he already "disassemble everything" and they would have to charge me $300 to put it back. A joke! Women beware of these con artists.

I love this place so much. I don t care that its kinda far from me. The have good prices and they take care of my car. Ie it don t come back filthy and dirty. They have worked on both of my cars since I first went to them three years ago for a emissions issue. I wouldn t take my car anywhere else. Roger is very confident in his work and what he needs to do which makes the worry of having car issues not as bad. Very loving family owned business. Be back in November for my oil change.

Roger was a great help!! My muffler was cracked and I got to the shop like 20 minutes to close and they were able to fix my muffler . Everyone was professional and kind . I recommend this shop for all your needs.

Friendly staff. Small lobby, uncomfortable chairs. I didn't see any customer amenities. No bathrooms, no coffee or water. Just a place to sit and wait until they take your money.

Hands down the Best repair shop in the neighborhood. I ve been coming here a few years. I found this place when I was looking for a shop to help me pass the emissions test. I have brought three different vehicles to them with multiple challenges. A Honda, a Cadillac, and a Nissan. They have never let me down. They are honest and kind.They were able to diagnose each of my vehicles, and explained from start to finish how it needed to be repaired properly. I have brought my vehicles here after being serviced at other places only to find out that the job wasn t done properly. They keep it real, and know their stuff. Incredibly reasonable prices. They always complete the job in a timely manner. Lupe who works at the front desk is polite and knowledgeable. From oil changes to transmission repairs this place is a one stop shop.I feel confident leaving here knowing that it s under warranty and that if something should happen during that time they honor that.Highly recommend this particular location. There are other ones with the same name in the neighborhood. This is the one that you want to go to!

I was unable to pass the emission test because my check engine light was on.I took my car here and they diagnosed the car and explained why my check engine light was on and what they have to change to fix it.They fixed this within a short period of time and a reasonable price.I passed the emission test and the check engine light doesn t turn on againThanks for your professional service.

Great service! I came here for a failed emissions test. I got a diagnostic and an estimate that was fair almost immediately upon arrival. My car was ready earlier than expected and I passed the emission test. My car is running great over two weeks later and that dreaded check engine light has not returned. I d definitely recommend this location for quality, fair service in a friendly environment!

I called and left voicemail to ask if this shop completed Emissions Testing (smog test)?A young lady returned the call, very professional and kind. She confirmed this shop can help only if the car has failed the Emissions test. I really appreciate the call back and the information she provided. She recommended I take car to Illinois Air Team for the Emissions Testing. She was awesome to guide me in right direction! Thank you for the best phone customer service!

Excellent and fantastic service! Resolved a 10-day long headache with emissions testing in a single day! I had failed the emissions test due to Catalytic Converter and Oxygen Sensor monitors being not ready. I took it to the dealership and they told me nothing was wrong and to drive it 300 miles to awaken the monitors. I spent hours per day not only driving, but googling tips and watching YouTube videos on completing drive cycles to activate the monitors. After driving over 300 miles, the monitors were still not ready. Beyond frustrated, on a whim, I searched online for emissions testing specialists and came across this shop.I dropped the car off early in the morning and they were able to quickly diagnose a problem with the catalytic converter. They not only replaced the catalytic converter, but completed the drive cycles to activate the monitors, and to top it all off, they drove the car to the emissions testing facility and passed the emissions test for me! And I had the car back late that afternoon. Simply amazing! I would 1000% recommend this place for anyone having difficulty passing the emissions test.
