Stoped by today at Sun Auto to get estimate price for my car repair after it was hit. The owner Jong Lee was very professional and honest. He took his time to inspect my car even the shop seemed to be very busy. I had a great experience there! Thank you!

Reckless driving! This driver does not stop for stop sign, does not stop for Signal does not even stop for pedestrian! SMH..The address from Sun Taxi website is 4626 W CorneliaChicago , IL 60641. That is the reason I post this review here.

This is the first time I ve encountered an honest shop and fair on prices. I had a problem with my car and he gave me a brief explanation of what was wrong and other recommendations. He delivered what he promised and definitely recommending him to take car of your car problem, especially hybrids vehicle. I m very happy and glad that his fellows colleagues send me to him as I was about to give up my car. Thank you and your team for fixing my car!

I used the taxi service this company has. My experience was great friendly drivers. Honestly better than Lyft and Uber and the cost is almost 50% cheaper.

We were on our way home to Michigan and our car was over heated and this was the closest shop. They dont normally have walk in but John was awesome ,super nice about helping us out .Prices were good .honestly glad we found this place . Thank you!!!!

The shop is run by some of the most honest and fair mechanics that have worked on my car. John and his team are professional and gave the best and cost effective suggestions. I went in with some clunking on the front suspension and instead of selling me some expensive replacement parts, they suggested greasing the joints since it may be due to dried out joints. It fixed the problem and John stated that if it comes back, he and his team can reassess and move forward from there. Overall, it was a great experience working with the shop and I will be going back for all my car needs.

As a Chicago cab driver and rideshare driver I experienced this place. The head mechanic, Jong Lee, who I've heard is also the owner does NOT want to do the necessary work on the cabs and cars when they need repairs. He is at times disrespectful to cab drivers, yells at them. He has never been a driver and doesn't know what it's like to drive a car with bad suspension all day....how those bumps in the streets bang on the driver. He lied when he said he was gonna put in a NEW part on my cab. But he put in a USED part which was as bad as the old part and wasted my time coming in to get the job done. He seems like he has chosen a work load that he can't handle. The city workers at the cab inspection facility by 39th street told me he is notorious for not doing the repairs to the cabs that are required. They have a hard time with him trying to get him to repair the cabs. Another problem is Curb, which this garage uses. There are a number of problems with Curb for a taxi driver.

This company/driver #2982 refuse to take my lady to her make-up appointment downtown. He was rude, unprofessional and denied a ride for my lady in her face. Uber is the way to go!

Trying to find someone who specializes in toyota prius and they were recommended. Arrived a little early for my appointment and the door was locked. While I was waiting, a mechanic arrived. I was not near the guy but he absolutely reeked of marijuana, no judgements. Went in and nobody was around. I called the office while in the lobby and nobody answered the phone.Complete waste of my time. No way I want someone working on my car that is impaired.

I was serviced at a fair price the first time then was priced way way more expensive the 2nd and 3rd time, 4th time going there (definitely the last time) the owner Jong got mad and worked up just because I go somewhere else and get my car fixed at a lower price than his shop!
