My oil change experience went really well. Dion Grace at the location on Western really did a great job. He was friendly and serviced my car will and expeditiously. I also thank you guys for such great service!

My oil change tech was Great! He answered all of my questions and helped me to resolve an issue I was having with my tires. He even referred me to a good place to purchase new tires which I did as soon as my oil change was finished. 100% satisfied and I will definitely refer my family and friends to Strickland Brothers.

I went to this location to change the oil in my car and the person who helped me told me that I also needed to change my air filter, everything went well until I started driving and my car started making a very strange noise and I got out. review what a surprise it turns out that the person who did the work did not do it well because he did not place the air filter correctly, they should have more experienced people working and making sure they do it right

Employee was argumentative and a blatant liar I asked for a particular item and he walked away as though he heard what I said due to me pausing from the person I was speaking to so I hung up and got out of the car to tell him everything that I wanted, he kept telling me to get back in the car in a tone that I did not care for being that I have grand children older than he.Also when I asked for a manager he stated the manager was as not there so I spoke to the assistant manager concerning the problem. I wanted a cleaner before having the old oil taken out since I was 6000 miles over my oil change he said I never asked and I only go there because I have gone to 6 other places that does not carry the product.Will I go back maybe.

The service was phenomenal! We was given a+customer service. The service man listened to what I was asking and prepared and performed the oil change well. Also showed me new things about my vehicle. We was also given a cold bottle of water while we waited. It was a great experience and will be going back for all my oil changes moving forward.Service: Oil change

Don t think I ll be going back. One Sat, I went to the 71st and Stoney island location. I got there at 5:30 and was told that they stop accepting cars 30 min before closing. I thought this was a 10 minutoil change . The guy said you have an Explorer and they take a little longer. I go back the next day and they re not accepting anyone and was told their computer system was down. I then drive 5 miles to the one on 59th and western. A car was pulling in when I got there and I was told that that was the last car for the day. It was a little after 4p and I told the guy that the website says they close at 5p. He then replies it s Sunday. And I said I know, the website says 5p on Sunday . At any rate, the way they re operating, they won t be in business for long.

I usually go to the location in Burbank which is the Best in this business but I decided to Stop at this location on my way to work because it was convenient and I was in need of an oil change, what I thought would have been a quick trip really wasn t the guy was working in my car another lady pulled in he stopped working on my car took her until the HMIC came and told him to finish up with me, needless to the lady came in after me and was completely finished paid and left while I was still being serviced. This entire scenario is the reason behind my 3 stars. You have to complete the first transaction before moving forward to the next.

They had me in & out as promised, very knowledgeable and explained what they were doing thoroughly. Victor was amazing, he was my tech this time! Wasn't please not a first come first serve place. Complain to employee he told me we just line up at any door no instructions from them. They don't line us up. If I can give them 1/2 star I would. They totally drop the oil on my oil change. I checked on my car few days after the oil change and there was oil in car. They told me to bring the car to them once I called them on it. I did have put more oil to make sure my engine does not die. They did not return my oil change money. I wanted double check their work after a second oil change with dealer they did not pay me for that. On top all of that they gave me a run around for almost a month. All and all bad service and bad people to work with. DON T TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. IT WILL MISS UP YOUR ENGINE.
