They only had two people working! They were going as fast as they could. I was satisfied with the work they did. The young lady that was working with us. She was very professional and pleasant. She informed us they found fluid leaking from transmission or steering. We were grateful that they had told us. We'll have it checked out. We will come back here again. Thank you!

Two days ago I had the pleasure of being serviced at Strickland Brothers. It was the best experience I've had getting an oil change. Super fast, great customer service and quality work. I will be back and recommend others.

Great spot, been once and will be back. Saturday morning oil change and tire check took about 30 min including a wait. Oil change price was reasonable (2 options for synthetic oil which my car needs). Whole experience comfortable you drive up and wait in the car and stay in the car during the service. James was kind, efficient, and cool.

Tried to give them a chance because previous owners were great! Well lesson learned after having to lose my daycare van! Got an oil change 11/8 by 11/14 all oil leaked out. My mechanic looked at my van 11/15 asking did you just have an oil change? Yes! Well either the cap wasn't tighten or filter housing cracked you're bone dry and your engine is no good. Of course I go back to them for them to say we don't see what's happening; but clearly they see oil leaking everywhere because my mechanic put some in there for me to get to them!! Lost 2 faithful customers my husband is pissed!

No wait, done in under 10 minutes. Cold water upon arrival, gave clear instructions to pull into the garage, and offered 3 options for the oil change. Awesome and easy, didn't try to upsell unrelated repairs, coupon for next oil change.

I ALL was go there to get my van service in who ever is doing they keep me posted on what going on today I was there paid 65 for service in the only thing the guy did was put oil in my he did not check to see if I needed other fuels am going to get it double checked tomorrow to make sure everything is right he was to busy talking to the young lady that was get off work there bout a po in chips he wasn't focuses at all

They have exceptional service. I came in for an oil change and my hood latch was broken. They said, No worries and popped my hood! The prices are always reasonable as if they understand the economic situation of the community they serve!!!!!!

I normally change my own oil but didn t have the time. I used to bring my cars here before I started doing my own so I knew how they used to operate under the old management. Service was great and fast. Everyone was friendly and professional and everything was done right. Only downside is the price. Over $90 for a 2013 Dodge Journey is too high for me. I did have a coupon from their website, so that helped. Guess that s why I started changing my own.Service: Oil change

They were friendly, efficient, and reasonably priced although I did have a coupon. I was shown the air filter and advised that it should be replaced and why. He then asked if I wanted it replaced instead of telling me that it must be done in an alarming way. It was quite relaxing and I will definitely tell others and return.

This is my go-to for an oil change. They are friendly, efficient, thorough, and fairly priced. They are working hard in my neighborhood and I love to see a business doing good work and doing well! Did not properly secure the pan after the oil change. When I noticed the sound anytime accelerated over 20mph, I called several times because I was no longer in the area. No answer. Next day after work, I went back so they could fix it. They apologized. Fixed it (hopefully no other damage). However, it was an inconvenience and they didn't offer anything, not even a $2 off the next visit, nothing. To me, that's terrible customer service. Especially since I'm there every 3 months.
