I had better done they changed me for a inspection and said nothing was wrong I take my truck to a different mechanic I need a gasket, a crack in the muffler

I called to schedule an oil change. I was able to go on my lunch break and was in and out in 30 minutes. Very professional staff, gave good advice, and offered a fair price for a full synthetic oil change. Highly recommend!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

This place is under new management, and I was very pleased with the work they did on my Ford Fusion. Took it in for a tune-up and oil change. My car was acting weird and 2 previous shops couldn't figure out what was wrong. At Sparks they found the valve cover gasket and a coil broken. They fixed it on the spot and the price wasnt bad at all. Nice people too.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

I went there for an oil change and tire rotation and it was fast. After a few weeks, I have to put air on one of the wheels and I found out that one of the wheel was missing two knots. It could be dangerous

The gentleman who used to own this auto repair shop retired so he sold the business to one of his former workers. The quality they provide is so much better than than going to your vehicle's dealership and paying through the nose for service. They guarantee their work and will call you to let you know what is wrong with your vehicle. They will wait for your authorization before they perform any work on your vehicle. They will also give you an estimate of what it will cost. They will also give you the old parts that they remove from your vehicle. I rarely have to wait more than 10-15 minutes. However, if your vehicle is going to be in their hands for several hours, for repairs, they will definitely inform you of how many hours. They are a little rough around the edges and are not white collar professionals. However, I appreciate the quality of their workmanship, that they are honest and do not B.S. you (even if you are a woman) and provide decent customer service. Also, their price-point is as competitive as other auto repair shops. In fact, their price-point may be even less. Save yourself some money and hit up this place the next time you are in need of auto repair.

Scott and Todd are THE BEST! They are honest and explain, in detail, what needs to be done. They DO NOT do any extra work to your vehicle without your consent. We will never go to another mechanic to work in our vehicles.

After having my power steering go out on my way home last night called sparks this morning and dropped the car off with the understandibg they would try and get it in if they could. Low and behold recieved a call at 1130 that the car was fixed and the problem was not the pump as I thought but an issue with a hose line. Easy could have replaced the pump and charged me an arm and a leg. But fixed the issue with the line and charged me appropriately. Second time with them same results, definitely recommend them. Thanks guys

I have an older truck and it occasionally needs some repairs. I've checked other repair estimates at other shops and Sparks is always the best. I've never had to come back due to a fault repair. Good and cheap.

Prices fair but could be better. Make sure you check average prices because I've been charged extra before. That would normally be 3 stars but the owners are extremely friendly and its nice to see them/strike up a conversation

Was nice at first but when I couldn't afford the estimated price for the fix he tossed my keys on the floor. Rude!! Not to mention it took two days to tell me my control arm was bad only to find out at home that nothing was wrong!! I was lied to!! BEWARE!! Never again!!

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THEM. THEY MESSED UP MY 2005 TOYOTA COROLLA WHEN THEY TAKE FOR REPAIR. THEY CHARGED ME $950 TO RAPAIR THE STARTING TROUBLE OF MY CAR . THEY COULD NOT FIX THE PROBLEM BUT THEY CHARGED ME $950. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THEM. NOT RECOMEND THIS SHOP. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
