They did a wonderful job on my rear end repairs, however when it came to replacing the lettering on my vehicle and the bumper grid, they failed. Their customer service needs improvement. They are slow about communicating with you so you may not be aware of any repair delays if you do not call them. My delay was insurance related, but had they called me to tell me, instead of me having to call them, my vehicle could have been repaired quicker. Once the error with the lettering was reported to them, they ordered new letters, and my bumper grid and made the needed corrections. Of course I had to call them to find out that the parts were in. They washed my car after servicing it and we're apologetic.

Took my daughter for a quote this place is very professional, and Nacho was quick and effective, much appreciated, hopefully we can return to get her car serviced there.Update *** Just picked up my daughter's car and it looks AMAZING wow, Nacho and his team did a terrific job!! And the process was quick to fix! Only thing that slowed up the process was the insurance company, once approved Southside auto went right to work I'm so happy thank you again for all your hard work!

Very unprofessional and inconsiderate to their clients. My vehicle has been with this shop going on 6 weeks now! JoAnne has given me multiple dates on when my vehicle would be finished and each time its a different excuse. Not only is it different dates but not one time was i called and informed on anything;I consistently called to check the status of my car. I was told i was waiting on a seat belt for 2 weeks;when that was completed i was then told i had a faulty sensor;which turned into her ordering additional pieces that i never gave her permission to do. She's now refusing to release my vehicle until the part arrives! They have no legal right to try to hold my vehicle;especially because the body work is complete. They job has been done, yet they're still trying to find/create issues to prolong the work and bill the insurance company. I would not recommend this body shop at all. This has been the worst experience.

If your insurance or anyone recommends you to go to this place think again, my car was in their shop for over two months, they said it would be ready In two weeks. They would make up more and more excuses as to why It wasn't ready and honestly it was ridiculous, and their office ladies saying they'd call back in an hour when they knew they were just buying more time for themselves. and all of my seats are covered in dirt/dust! Unprofessional.

First off it took them Forever to finish my car. They were working on it for two months. Then on top of that they didn t fix it properly. They also put the wrong wheel on my car. I took it into car x and they explained to me that the wheel is two sizes too big for my car that s why it isn t driving properly. Also when they changed my wheel they stored the damaged one in my trunk. Never again!!!!

My car was in a horrible accident. My whole front end came off on my car. I was told by one shop that my car looks unfixable and I could possibly have more damage than the front end. I had to get a second option. I called this shop and kept my communication going with Nacho, and I must say that his team is excellent. My accident happened the day after Christmas and the problem was fixed 4 days later. My apologies for writing this so late. My car looks brand new as if I did buy a new car. I can t thank the South Side Auto Collision enough.

Intentions only mean so much!! I'm under the impression that the company was attempting to save me money but I lost money because my car was held for over a month only for SSAC to ultimately admit that the job was beyond their capacity. The experience reeks with the lack of professionalism that I thought I would receive. The support staff was protective and dismissive. There was no effort to make amends verbally, or financially for time lost and the inconvenience. There was too much ambiguity and broken promises during this process. I would have more respect for the company if there was clarity in the beginning regarding the process and outcome. Nothing!! Just "sorry" we cant do it... after a month of being told we are almost there......now Im concerned that more damage is done and I'll have to pay even more....Lesson to the owner..be upfront and work within your capacity to insure a favorable customer experience. If the unfortunate happens and you can't, within reason satisfy the customer, say so and make things right. Your business is based on referral and reputation....I''m very displeased NACHO. Nice guy but you missed the mark

Nice guys. Quoted me a rate about 1/3rd of what a close auto shop (one that was much higher-rated on google) had quoted! The repair was quick and high quality. Highly recommended.
