DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!! This place is a RIP OFF!! My car is in worse condition after the repairs than it was when they received my vehicle. They are liars and the service is poor!! Please trust me!!! Go anywhere else and not here!!! My car won t accelerate, my check tire warning sign is on, it has a horrible smell on the inside, it makes a loud noise, they didn t even bother to wash the car after poorly servicing my vehicle since June. My city sticker has even been tampered with. One of the mechanics left his baseball cap under the hood, my battery cover was not on, I had a half I d take of fuel in my car and it s on empty. To top it off, my car wouldn t even start! They did more damage to my vehicle. They are simply crooks!! I don t understand how any human being can intentionally treat another human being this way. This is the by far the WORST place of business in the world! Let me not forget to mention how I was told, how all of my parts were brand new which is evidently all lies!! Run fast from this place! They aren t going to repair your vehicle they correct way. If you re vehicle is there, GO GET IT!

Do not come here if you d like your car done in a reasonable amount of time. The receptionist gave me an estimate and told me if I paid up front in cash that it would be done in three and a half days. No problem, I give her a 100 percent deposit in exchange for putting a rush on my work. I dropped my car off on 12/30. On 1/6 I go to pick up my car and I am informed that it will be another 1-2 days with no real guarantee. If you like things to be done when you re told they will then this is not the place for you. I ll be going somewhere worth my money next time.

I came to this shop for a different reason entirely. I was having a hard time with a co-worker who's car I hit. Perla and Javier went above and beyond for me. Not only did they help me navigate options and offered to ease my coworker's worries. They also helped me when my car started having issues from something else entirely. They were so supportive and provided excellent customer service. The price was very reasonable and if you ever have a radiator leak. They will provide the antifreeze and cayenne pepper to fix it!

I sincerely trusted them when I took my car to this shop. If I could rate this shop at negative I would. He quality is very poor, poor value, not professional and definitely not on time.When I went to pick my car after they called to tell me it was Ready it was given to me with the following lights on:1) Antilock Brake System (ABS)2) Service break assist3) Traction Control/Stabili Track4) The back passenger tire pressure is not showingThe following observations and concerns with the paint job:1) fish eye2) overspray all over car3) paint runsThe car was not ready when I was told it would be, the issues were not resolved/fixed as they promised. After about 3 months of going back and forth (taking time off work) I did not take my car back. The car door does not close and the door Chrome cover is falling apart.I honestly would not recommend this body shop.

Great team over at South End Auto Rebuilders!!! My car was in and out of the shop as Pearl said it would be. No Delay, No Hassles, No terrible customer service like at the other places. They stayed in communication with me from the time I dropped my car off up until I picked it up. My car looked fresh as the day I bought it. Since I lived nearby, Pearl even had one of the team members drive my vehicle back to my home. Can't ask for more than that!!! My new go-to-shop for ALL auto body repairs on my vehicles. Thanks again!!!

If I could rate this shop negative stars, I would without hesitation. They had my car for a whole week for a 5hr repair job, and come to find out that they didn't even fix it completely. My car needed front end work done. Bumper, upper and lower grille, one head light, and a passenger side fender because the fender had dents and dings in it along with chipped paint. So they call me to tell me the cars done. Come to find out, they didn't even touch the passenger fender. Dents and dings are still there along with the chipped paint. Thats a good way to lose a customer who was planning on bringing you 3 more cars to work on. Pathetic. You guys will be hearing from my insurance company.

This place was great! I was referred by my insurance to bring it here. I was hesitant to take my car here based on the reviews I read but they really delivered. The communication was great, they work in a timely manner and my car looks great!!

At first I felt this place wasn't going to be a good location. And after they made a mistake on my bumper I expected it because I had my doubts anyway. But I called them to address the mistake and they repaired it with no problems. Everyone was very cooperative and nice. And fixed my Fog light when the insurance company didn't want to pay for it even though it was their clients fault. So I will take my vehicle back or vehicle's and I will definitely recommend this place. And this opinion is just from my experience. I'm sure it didn't go as my experience did with others.

EXTREMELY unprofessional!!!!! I used this place because that's where my insurance sent the vehicle for repair and that along with my insurance carrier was the worst decision I've made in my life, but that's another review. South end had my car for 4 WEEKS!!!! Not because that's the amount of work that needed to be done, not because parts were on back order, but because they didn't have enough people to work the load. Furthermore, when they told me my vehicle was ready, it wasn't because they forgot to do something, or as they claim it, "there was a mix up!" So someone out there got a wheel alignment for free Lol. I guess that's the lemonade, but meanwhile I'm sitting in here and have to wait until my vehicle is ACTUALLY finished.....You've been warned!!! Save yourself the time of having to deal with nasty attitudes and incompetence!! Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else!!!

DO NOT I repeat DO NOT bring your car to this shop. Nothing but alcoholics and dope fiends work here. Brought my car in to get body work done and they stole my suspension off my car. I also paid for my wipers to get fixed and they are still broken. Will be seeing you in court very soon. YOU'VE BEEN SERVED

I recently had work done by them on my 2008 Chevy Impala and a month after completion of my front right Suspention along with my wheel alignment wasn't right it was pulling hard to the right when i brake when I drive with speed it has extra play causing my car to sway. I took it back and the repair manager drove it and he realized their was something wrong but they came up with they didn't fix what is wrong now but its the right suspendtion alone with a few repairs to my left suspendtion. They said thy wasn't going to fix what thy didn't in the first place and that was it. I spent $3000 with them and they not honoring that nor the warranty of the parts and Labor....PLEASE I REPEAT PLEASE DON'T NOT USE THIS SHOP IF U WANT YOUR CAR DID RIGHT. I was a little hesitant on bringing my car here after reading the reviews on Google. I bought my car in on August 27th 2019 and it was done September 25th nearly a month later. My car looked liked it did when I got it from the dealership South End Auto did a great job!

excellent repair shop to get my dents,and any accident work done. Very satisfied and the work they do that. Ms.Pearl was very helpful with any questions I had for them,she also offered to send me pictures of the updates.By far the best shop i`ve been at.

I am so disappointed with this place. I would never recommend anyone to go there..no professionalism with the front end. I was lied to about doing repairs that i needed until i picked up my car ...and when i got my whip back i had compound in my paint job and they tell me it was already there really .who say stuff like that when they never took the time to even look over my whip...sooo disappointed and i feel like because of the insurance i have i got a half done cheesy job on my car ...and now im left with finding another shop who can do the acquired work from being in their shop over a month ..

Had a great experience here! The lady at the front desk answered all my questions. I took my car in and they were able to fix it up quickly and efficiently. Definitely recommend!

This the worst body repair shop. It needs to be shut down and all body parts ain t new. All of them are from the junk yard. Don t let your insurance send you here.

This shop is horrible they work very slowly, work is horrible run away fast as you can. They have no pride in the work they do. Hell you could be on hold an hour just to complain. Which will get you nowhere fast because I don t think they do honest work.

Rude!!!! I needed my car fixed and tried to schedule an appointment with the company. The young lady that answered the phone had a nasty attitude!!!! I will be taking my business somewhere else.
