I was pleasantly surprised! Martin communicated with me via phone call as well as text...He pulled right up to my home promptly and made a brand new key for my car Right There in my Driveway!!! He was professional, courteous and communicative.. 10 stars!! Thank you! Thank You!

Martin the technician came out in -15 degree weather and helped me in a dire time of need. He was able to successfully rekey and program a new fab for me after I was locked out from a frozen lock. I highly recommend Secure Locks and if you have a chance to meet Martin he is great, friendly, timely, and professional. Very good communication from start to finish. Highly recommend!

I got help with copy my car key from Martin!He is really nice and communicates well!It was super fast! And nicely done! Come to do it for you wherever you are! Not necessarily to make time for them but they make time for you!! Highly recommended! And definitely will reach out again for any help in the future! Thank you so much!

This was the fastest and most affordable service compared to others I had looked at. I was very distressed after losing my keys but Martin was not only very professional but also helpful in making sure that I got the key as soon as I could. Would highly recommend them. Thank you for your services!

Started the day taking my kids to the planetarium and shedd aquarium, coming back to my truck not starting due to key malfunction called these guys. Martin when aboved and beyond great person. when out of his way to help me when I did the mistake of calling another company who had no idea what they were doing. He did what other company had no knowledge of doing.Thanks!! For everything I d recommend them over anyone else.

This was the most affordable and helpful option I could find. The technician that came out was named Martin he was very knowledgeable and extremely friendly was a great experience all around made sure to take a business card will be using them in the future.

The customer service at securelock was wonderful. They communicated in a timely and informative manner. Our service provider, George, was prompt and provided a detailed overview of the service over FaceTime. I rarely, if ever, highly recommend a service. Securelock is an exception!

George from Secure Locks returned my call, set an appointment for the next day with a 3 hour window which he kept. George called when he was in route to my home, greeted me professionally, explained the service he was about to perform and was finished in no time. Amanda was so helpful over the phone. She was kind and knowledgeable about pricing and timing of everything which I really appreciated! George communicated with me from start to finish. Martin was communicative on arrival time and once here he had copies for my Jeep key in less than 20 min. Office personnel was helpful too. Great mobile service. Faster and Cheaper than going to a dealership.Highly recommended.

I had been trying to get an extra fob for my new, used car. I went to several locksmiths and ace hardwares and no one could make this fob! I mentioned it to the lady I bought my car from. Low and behold she gave me securelocks phone number. I must say I had my doubts seeing no place I tried before could do this. Well an employee came to my house, assured me he could do it, so I let him have at it. About 30 -45 minutes he was done, and showing me his worked!! I was impressed! Not only did he make the fob, he was courteous and knowledgeable! Let's not forget efficient! Thank you securelocks!

The reviews are true these guys are the real deal. I recently got locked out of my home and they came within 15 minutes and rekeyed all my locks all in under an hour. Great pricing great communication!

110% satisfied. Fast and flawless. The dealership lied and said my fob was not unlocked. But turns out it was. Naperville Alfa Rameo total rip off artist. Loved Secure Locks Chicago. Would recommend them.

Amazing service. Martin is very professional, even though I changes the appointments couple of times, he still showed up and did a quick and amazing job duplicating my car key and disabling the other key that the dealership said they lose it. And Amanda was so helpful also when I went to there office. Thank You so much!!!

Martin came out to the house to reprogram the security system and key fob on my car because my key fob was stolen. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt! His manager was also very knowledgeable and easy to work with. The price they quoted me was very affordable. This company does great work and the workers are great! If I m ever in a situation like this again, I will definitely use this company. I will also recommend them to anyone who needs key replacements or similar services. Thanks again!

I can t say enough positive things about this company. He came and made me a new key within 90 mins and I was off. No one else could make my VW key. Fair pricing and great customer service. If you need a lockout or new key this is your company.

Needed a new fob for my car after accidentally throw it down the trash shoot! Martin came out promptly and had us back in the car in no time flat. Fob seemed a little problematic almost immediately so called him back out. And just as before, he was fast, polite, and very professional, replacing it without any hassling. Would definitely highly recommend!

We called Secure Locks and they had the best pricing, came out so quickly, and did an amazing job. We had our new key in 25 min. Martin had great communication and updated us frequently about his arrival. Not to mention he was so nice. We will definitely call Martin again
