If you want honest and quality work done on your vehicle? Royal Automotive is the place to be. My Subaru Forester suffered an extensive damage due to a huge tree limb that fell on top of it. I contacted my State Farm insurance agent who sent me a list of recommended auto body shops. Royal Automotive stood out due to the outstanding reviews. I scheduled an appointment for assessment with Su, the owner. She was very friendly, informative, and detailed on the process of the repair. She also gave me an ETA on the completion and was very fair on the quote of repair. Su sent emails to let me know where they were on the progress of repair. The job was finished earlier than expected. My vehicle looks as if it came straight from the production line at Subaru. All previous damages are gone! The quality of work matches that from the review of others. Thank you to all of the staff for taking care of my vehicle. Job well done! I've attached 4 before photos and 2 after photos.

Su and the team at Royal Automotive best in class. This is the second time that the fine folks at Royal Automotive had to perform autobody work for me and as always I was not disappointed. They were communicative through the entire process from start to finish and perform top notch work. I cannot even fathom taking my vehicles to anyone else for autobody work. Highly recommend them to everyone.

TLDR: the customer service was great, the job was done very well and my car came out looking better than before. Would highly recommend.Got into an accident in late July where the front of my Mazda CX-5 took most of the damage. Got this place recommended to me from a friend and gave them a call. Right off the bat, the customer service was great. I spoke to a nice lady, Su for almost all of my interactions with the body shop and a gentleman when I dropped it off and both were very friendly and most importantly helpful. I was constantly receiving emails updating me on my vehicle's repair process and whenever I emailed with questions of my own the replies were swift. The repairs took a little longer than expected but that was mostly due to waiting for my insurance's approval on some of the repairs, waiting for oem parts to arrive and for better quality of repairs. This was all explained to me as soon as they got the car and it was actually given back to me sooner than projected. The end result was my car looking as good as new, if not better than before my accident. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a quality job well done.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

My insurance listed Royal Automotive as a preferred body shop. Overall my experience with Su at Royal was excellent. Su kept me up to date throughout the process. I'm no expert on automotive repair but the paint matches, the parts appear aligned, and the car drives smooth.The only bad part was the waiting on parts to arrive. Seems like parts are still taking time to deliver.

Just fantastic. They took the stress out of the whole process, handled the insurance, scheduling, regular updates, and they got it done much faster than anticipated, and the care was immaculate when I picked it up. Highly recommend Royal Automotive!

While at work someone swiped the left side of my Nissan Rouge. After seeing all the great reviews for Royal Automotive I decided to go with them for my repairs. THEY WERE GREAT! From the start everyone was very friendly. Su helped me out and explained everything that was going to be done. They constantly kept me in the loop and were just fantastic. Definitely go with Royal Automotive!

I've only been in the neighborhood for about two years and was looking for an honest mechanic who is reasonable and does a great job. After doing research, I found Royal Automotive to have very high ratings. I decided to try them out. Their whole crew especially Chris and Sue, helped me out so much with my customization. They installed my wicker bill, wind splitter, and side stripes so well. They found a problem with the front passenger panel and repainted and reglossed the entire thing so that my stripe can be installed correctly. They didn't charge me any extra at all!They really took the time to explain everything and went the extra mile to do a perfect job! I will be a regular and send all my friends and family over soon. I had the best experience with Royal Automotive. They have the best communication - all my emails and questions were answered quickly and I was kept informed on where my car was in the repair process. The work is thorough. Su and the team are very easy to talk to. They made working with my insurance seamless. After I drove off I found that a noise was still there and I was able to bring it back and fix it, no problem.My spouse originally went with them, then I did, and he has gone back again. Having to fix your car is not fun, but Royal makes it as easy as possible.

Su, Josh and team were fantastic. From schedule flexibility and an urgency to match mine, to punctuality and quality, Royal passed with flying colors. I m extremely picky, and our 3 year old SUV is a pearl white that has never spent a night outside. So Royal had a high level of quality to meet. I don t say this easily - it s like the damage never happened; including a deep gouge on the tiny corner of the fender flare. The color is excellent, the finish is factory and the reassembly was perfect - body lines are dead on. I would strongly recommend Royal.Service: Body & Trim

My car had the pleasure of having a ton of rocks get kicked up from a street cleaner and destroyed the paint on my front end down to the metal in most spots. I brought my car to Royal to have it fixed before winter and salt caused rust, and they did a fantastic job. I wanted to change out my front grill to a different style, and they had no problem installing it for me while they had the front of the car apart. Su did a wonderful job keeping me up to date on the progress, and I am extremely happy with how well it turned out. No issues with the paint matching the rest of the car either, which was a big worry for me. Thanks for all your hard work!Service: Painting

Royal took care of everything for me, even helped organize the rental car company to pick me up from Royal and take me to the shop to pick up my rental car. Worked with Su, and she's great. Makes sure you're a happy customer and that everything gets taken care of quick and right. Quality of repair was excellent on my Audi Rs5. Nothing bad to say about my experience, definitely recommend them.

I was very nervous about them being able to match the color on my brand new 2019 Corolla hatch but they made my baby perfect again and provided friendly updates every step of the way. Would definitely use them again if I'm not footing the bill. Highly recommend their professionalism and expertise to anyone looking for repairs.

They updated me throughout the way, was super friendly and super helpful, explained things to me in ways I can understand and just overall, such a great presence from everyone that works there. I feel like with car terms and insurance claims and accident reports, etc, things can get really complicated but they made me feel reassured that nothing was going to go over my head. Also, with quality of work, I give a 10/10. My car looked brand new and they tried to add little things they can fix as well. Just a genuinely helpful group of people.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My car was hit from someone turning illegally into my lane and the whole front side was smashed. But now, after bringing it to Royal automotive, it looks like brand new. And it was all accomplished with no hassle. The Lams were welcoming, friendly, efficient, understanding, and did a great job in fixing the car. I highly recommend them.

I had an amazing experience with Royal Automotive. My car was stolen and there was physical damage to the front end of the car. My account manager Su was extremely patient with my schedule and informed me of the best times where I could bring my car in to have it completed as quickly as possible. Also, Royal Automotive discovered this noise that was happening in my car. I was told from another shop that it was my shocks and struts and it would cost over $800 to fix. Royal Automotive said no that was not the cause of the noise and it had to do with the emergency brake and pieces of metal rattling. They saved me the $800 of not having my shocks and struts replaced at a dishonest mechanic. When my car was returned on, and I feel so much more comfortable, and they saved me a boatload of money! One of the best thing she did was that she knew I was having to pay for a rental car out of pocket, and when she heard that I was going out of the she suggested that I dropped my car off then so I wouldn t have to pay for the rental car. This was absolutely genius, and I knew that she was listening to me and my concerns, and she was thinking on her feet of the best way to serve me. My car was returned absolutely beautiful. It looks like the damage was never done. I can t recommend Royal Automotive enough and if you get the opportunity to work with Su, please do she is wonderful and is a master at her craft.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding, Brakes

I've used Royal Automotive twice after accidents and separately to replace my brakes. Every interaction has been nothing short of amazing. All the customer facing staff have been pleasant and very helpful, working closely with the insurance and car rental companies to make my repairs so effortless.
