Best shop in the area! I always take my 2017 370Z here for maintenance, body work, or any mechanical issues. From painting my bumpers/doors/quarter panel and replacing my clutch or engine room harness and etc. They're great mechanics that get the job done!

i cannot recommend this place enough if you need work done, especially if you have a Subaru. I have a 2007 Subaru Forester and they were so knowledgeable and thorough. they will work with you to build a long term plan to take care of your car and the work they do is very affordable. :) wonderful family business! i've never had such a positive experience at a car shop - i didn't even need to bring my guy friends with me lol

I stumbled upon this place when I was in a pinch, and I am so glad I did! They primarily service Subaru s (which is what I have), and are always clear and communicative on inspections and a game plan moving forward. My car needed a lot of work and is running better than when I bought it! Pricing isn t insane, and they go over repairs/charges with you in detail. Rudy and his team did an absolutely incredible job fixing my 99 Legacy GT. They were able to fix my front bumper dent, and sag. Color match and replace my side mirror, and buff out the clear coat scratches on the doors all from an unfortunate side swiping. I was shocked to find out it was all covered under the insurances quoted amount. I am a Customer for life and I m calling out for anyone with a Japanese car to please come to Roman Auto Body for your needs! Thanks Rudy!

I ve got nothing but positives to say about Rudy and the team at Roman Auto Body. I used to frequent the big name Subaru up the road, but after talking with Rudy, I realized the big names don t have anywhere close to the amount of attention to detail and humanhood that Rudy offers. Came in looking to getting my car modified by installing some exterior trim and new tires. They did an amazing job. I will continue to bring my vehicle on the regular for modifications. Great service.

My challenger isn t the prettiest right now but that s ok because the guys at Roman auto are helping me piece it together THE RIGHT WAY. Marvin is ace when it comes to high performance knowledge and aftermarket upgrades, Rudy and everyone else hooked it up with quality service on the body work and weren t afraid to keep it black and white with me and guide me in the right direction. These guys were great. They got me a new OEM bumper for my 2013 Impreza WRX and paint-match with my car. They were able to make a cheap amazon lip look great on my car. These guys work fast, are extremely professional, and friendly. I heard about Roman Auto from Facebook groups, and after seeing the kind of work they do, Im sure that I will be coming back to them for any maintenance or after market work in the future.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Rudy and his team are top notch. Recently had my clutch replaced on my 2016 STI and they did excellent work. They truly care about the service they provide the customer. Can't thank my friend enough for the referral. I've had two cars serviced in the last year for a lot of repairs and routine maintenance. I wouldn't trust anyone in the Chicago area more. They explain what's going on, take pictures, videos and great records. It's hard to find this kind of trustworthy mechanic. Rudy is knowledgeable and Marvin has great customer service. I regret moving from Chicago knowing it'll be hard to find another shop like theirs. Rudy and his team have always been great to work with. They are transparent and willing to explain everything in detail. I love Subarus and I love performance. Was going to far shops trying to get the best work and maintenance for my car. Found these guys one day and decided to give them a try. They are way closer to me then the previous places i was going and let me tell you. I wish I would've made the switch sooner. These guys will literally take the car in as their own car. They do great work. I have done countless jobs with them already. I rarely leave reviews, but this one is worth leaving. You won't be disappointed.

Can't praise them enough! Rudy helped me when my car didn't pass the emissions test. He was very thorough in diagnosing and fixing the issues that were causing the codes to come up. He was very diligent at figuring it out and honest. I say he is honest because he explains everything and shows you parts replaced and how they should work. I appreciate that. He is very honest and trustworthy. He only does what is necessary and the prices are excellent. He absolutely is fair with labor charge/time spent and doesn't take advantage. I have taken my car there a few times now-also for maintenance (oil change) which was super cheap for a synthetic oil change and for some other front end repair. Will definitely continue to use them and have to get some minor body work done soon. They have my business and I have told everyone I know. Now if only my friend would listen to me and not take her car to the dealer every time the check engine light comes on. You can only imagine the total from the dealer! That wouldn't happen at Roman Auto Body.

Ever since I sent my first Subaru engine to Boxer heaven, I've been coming to Roman's ONLY for my cars's needs. The staff here are knowledgeable and great at their jobs. I refuse to see anyone else when something is wrong with my car.Hell, I wish I could give them more stars. Amazing crew. I love this place. 11/10 absolutely would recommend!

I had went to a different auto shop and they screwed me over, a friend told me about Rudy who is the owner and he worked with me helped me get fix my short block and finish the repairs and had my car up and running in no time! Not only did he do a solid job on the rebuild of the block he went above and beyond with everything else my car still running healthy and I take it back for my oil changes and any other issue I have thanks guys!Services: Transmission, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Air conditioning, Oil change

I have a Subaru Forester that I purchased new in 1997. I have many memories connected to this car in raising my family, and intend to keep it running a long time.Being 24 years young, the Forester recently needed major engine repairs. Roman Auto was the place I chose for the work. They re located near my home and I knew from the local community that Roman Auto was the most experienced Subaru shop in the City.The staff at Roman Auto were very professional and friendly. Marvin scheduled the service and the father and son team of Rudy, and Roman tackled the issues that arose, and made sure the car was in perfect working order before releasing it back to me.There s a reason why Roman Auto has great reviews. My experience with their impeccable service supports the claims and their name isn t bad either.

Went into for some minor front bumper repairs and installation of some Verus Aero for my 18 Subaru STI.The good: Very good service, reasonable prices for the work done and the quality of the work is greater than five stars.The bad: There are so many things I want to do to my car now...I highly recommend this business, and have already recommended it to some of my colleagues. Brought my car in for an inspection, oil change, and to get my mounts looked at. These guys are top notch. Found the problem and were able to fix it. The attention to detail and level of explanation of their work is nothing I ve experienced elsewhere. Very thorough and detailed which I liked. What cant i say about Roman auto body.. its an awesome place!!! Had so much body and mechanical work done here and always 100% pleased. Both Rudy and his father are very honest and fair, and treat everyone like family. Everyone i sent to them to have their cars repaired were always pleased/satisfied as i was. I will always continue going here for anything car related. For those that are checking the reviews to see if its a good place to go, look no further! I guarantee it you won't be disappointed!!!
