Fixed me up and gave me a free used rim because I m a silly lady who rode my rim to the shop. I know, crazy but I don t as late for work. These people took care of me like family. Much love!

I visited RTS on a Sunday for a new used tire and was helped expeditiously and efficiently by Jeff and Rick. The tire pricing was the most honest I ve ever heard in the entire Chicago city and they do business the right way. I recommend that if you can get to them for service that you do for a fair and professional experience.

These guys really know their stuff! And are reasonably priced. They are fast too. All the employees are knowledgeable, helpful, and easy to talk to. Thanks guys for getting me back on the road quick!

This company tries to get over on women, I have been toMultiple tire shops for my tire and have always on paid $60 at most for my tires but when I come here, they say $100, I said I have only ever paid $60 and they say yea it s new management and the price is $100. Then I hear them telling a man $60 for his tire. Ladies do not shop here!

This is a great tire shop. They open early, get the job done quickly and have reasonable prices. The tires last, and they come with a warranty that the shop honors. I recommend going here.

Do not take your car to this place they do not know what they are doing causing more problems then they are fixing. Had my car for over 2 months and it still wasn't right take my advice go somewhere else.

Because of this shop cheating my brother winding his rim they put cheap stuff that barely got us 200mi and rim and tire were gone!!Do not recommend !

went to replace a flat tire earlier this evening and the tire we received had a hole in it. it was deflating as soon as we put it back on our car. $45 wasted.

Today June 18th I had a flat tire so I googled and decided to visit Rodriguez for the first time to get a tire change. This place was affordable and had many kind workers. They were friendly too. I also realize the most busiest time was on Saturday from 7 to 8 am then it slows down a little at 8:30 to 9:15 then picks up again at 9:30. I went in at 9:15 and was out by 9:40. Nevertheless, I am not sure how it is in the afternoon. Furthermore, It gives speedy service but some waiting is expected. I do like this place and I also encourage viewers to visit if you need a quick fix and If you want affordable and good service.

AVOID!!! It doesn't get any worse than these scammers. Long story short, they're all incompetent. They charged me for an issue that reappeared literally the next day and refused a refund! Telling me "Oh we must've made a mistake just bring it back in" Absolutely not. Keep in mind only two people on the team speak English so maybe something got lost in translation? I'm not sure. I've noticed similar reviews on Google about them. Please just save your money and go to a "real shop".

If I could give zero stars I would! Came to get my vehicle diagnosed and was told my radiator was leaking and the job would be 900 dollars, decided to get a second opinion so I went through my vehicle warranty in which I was sent to a shop under my warranty and was told my radiator is not leaking , they basically tried to get over on me , be careful !

DO NOT TRUST GETTING WORK DONE AT THIS SHOP BY ANY MEANS!!!!!! They will repair what is requested while damaging something else to keep you coming back!!!!!! They use faulty parts they obtain from the junk yard while charging you full price!!!

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. All 4 of my tires was different brands and they was so weak. AFTER A WEEK OF THEM PUTTING ON MY RIMS N TIRES MY WHOLE TIRE WAS SPLIT OPEN AND I HAD 2 NAILS IN BOTH TIRES. And they CANT DO NOTHING ABOUT IT. (2021)

I had a engine replaced, it took several months just for them to finish the Job. Their lobby is dirty, and too nasty to sit in. No complimentary beverages in the hot office while waiting. There s a six month warranty on the engine I had put in, Here it is right at the six month mark, and now that engine is no good either. They can t find the receipt from the company that they are using, and asking me to give them another $2,000 to replace the used engine that they had put into it. I wouldn t recommend this place to ANYONE. Not for engine service! I am now trying to do legal work to get my money back.

I cannot give this place a good review. The entrance way was cluttered, the place itself dirty. Service was terrible, you had to stand around outside and wait for someone to approach you with took way too long. I spent $50 for a used tire which they put on my car before first telling me a price and getting my permission. There is no place to sit and wait for servicing.

This is my second time coming here. They are quick, reliable, and courteous. I would have given them an additional star however, this last visit was slightly frustrating due to some discrepancies and inconveniences. Outside of those two issues, I would say they get the job done and are fair.

Customer service is as good as possible. The work is high quality. They have a new sign which I found peculiar. The sign says Black and Brown owned? At the front desk answering the phone is a gentleman with cobalt blue eyes. I have never seen any black person there doing anything but being a customer. And, that is my 6-year history with this place. I asked the gentleman at the front desk about the sign...... He turned away and began to hit keys on the keyboard and gaze upon his computer screen.

Warning avoid this place. FRAUD... a total scam. I purchased a tire about 2 months ago. I returned back four times for leak in tire. I was than told I had bend in rim and needed to purchase another tire because I had two holes in the tire that he place circle on. Oh, let me add that I was told I had to pay for gas on torch for rim.Now, mind you these holes was not on the sidewall. Oh, to patch the hole was $40. This was going to cost me total of $110. I went to Hispanic area I got the slight bend in rim out for $30 and he told me there was no holes in my tire. I saved $80

They over charge for rims I bought a used rim for new prices. They asked to see my rim to match up the hole but stole my Chevy emblem. I never got that back. Never doing business with these hustlers again.

The guys at this tire place are always helpful and fair. I had to go back 3 times because if the same issue on 3 different tires. They made sure I was good each time. They explain the problem and lay out your options. Pricing is reasonable.

Went here because my rim was cracked they charged $120 to repair it. they're very busy .........cars constantly in and out so service can be slow at times. They did forget to put my lug nut cover back on and I had to go back up here when I noticed.

These guys are all over the place, the cars too. However, its organized chaos. They know what they are doing and tend to you the moment they see you. Rain or shine they are on the grind. Fair pricing is also a bonus. Car repairs, tire needs also with a wide selection of usable used tires. If you are in a pinch, trust that looks are decieving and you will be rollin' again before you know it. They are officially one of my go-to's. They take cash, credit/debit. A bit of advuce if you are coming here from a great distance, give them a call first.

These people don't know how 2 maintain the integrity of the order of which people r 2 b seen by standing in line 2 wait your turn. All over the place with people jumping the line just 2 get out faster. The work is good. The speed isn't 2 bad. hey just gotta keep the line , ir people in it, from jumping in front of each other or somebody is gonna get creamed , lol other than that, for wat it is , they do good timely work 4 your vehicle...

I'll never argue against someone else's experience. I can simply tell my own... They were extremely busy, but still got to me within a half hour. They repaired two damaged rims, one so bad that it wasn't holding air. And they replaced the damaged tire with a Goodyear tire that looked like it had never been driven on. Total cost, $120 for that- two repaired rims and one new tire. For faster service, look up the size tire for your car before you call them to make sure it's in stock.
