Ciara was extremely helpful in our process along with her co-worker. Ciara is always available to help and is truly an asset to Rivian. Everyone seemed happy and excited for us. It made our experience extra special!

Was a happy Rivian customer until I found out they are releasing an updated powered tonneau cover. I just received my manual one 6 months ago, I paid $1800 for it. The manual one is terrible and a waste of money. I reached out to Rivian to see if they can refund me and let me purchase the powered one, they refused. What a scam and waste the manual tonneau cover is. Rivian should've notified customers the powered one would be coming out soon.

I stopped at the Service Center in mid-May to see the R1T in person and was greeted by the friendliest staff (Ciara) on-site. The customer lounge was beautiful and welcoming. I wouldn't hesitate to stop by for all my Rivian service needs.

Neat & clean place. Local staff was helpful and took care of vehicle promptly.Taking away 1 star because waiting area / lounge doesn t have any beverages - No water, coffee or any type of vending machine.

All 3 staff members I spoke to were top notch from a cleaning person to both Chris . Very attentive, considerate and kind. Thank you again to the gentleman that let me in to Chris and Chris.

Fantastic service center experience. Wonderful friendly and highly competent staff. I ve owned a number of different brand vehicles over the years and my experience with Rivian, from the R1T purchase process, vehicle delivery, and service far exceeds my past experiences. Extremely satisfied! Love my R1T too.
