I was in a car accident with the entire passenger side of my SUV needing body shop work. River North Collision did an amazing job! Friendly service, work was done quickly and when I went to pick up my vehicle it looked new! The workmanship was great and the entire car was detailed. This place is great! I was rear ended on North Ave and saw this body shop near by. I ve used these guys previously for car washes. Bill took me in right away! Had a great experience getting a front end repair here. The paintwork was top notch compared to shops in the area which I shall not name. Blended well and looks like the day I bought it.Best of all, the car was cleaned inside and out before they handed it back to me! Ask for Bill or Ricardo, you won t regret it!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!! LOOK NO FURTHER! On Saturday morning, I did damage to the bumper of our family vehicle. The bumper was rubbing up against the driver side tire (not a pleasant sound). I took it into the dealership but they don't do any body work and they recommended a place in Gold Coast. I went there but that place was closed on the weekends. I quickly searched for body shops in the area and found River North Collision. I called them and briefly explained the issue and asked if I could stop by to get an estimate. The receptionist on the phone said someone would call me within 5 min. Bill called within 2 minutes, and told me to come by.I went in and explained what happened and where I see the issues. Bill was very nice and took his time assessing the vehicle and taking pictures. I explained that I was just looking to get this vehicle drivable and not trying to spend a crazy amount of money (i.e. was not concerned about painting the minor scratches). He said no problem! He printed out the estimate paperwork and told me that if I came by on Monday that it would be available for pick up on Tuesday or Wednesday.Monday came around and I decided to get a quote from the original body shop recommended to me. To my surprise, they quoted me three times the amount I was quoted at River North Collision but said that since there were a lot of "unknowns" that it could be as much as four times the amount. The turn around time was at the minimum two weeks. They also suggested I should go through my insurance company to take care of the costs. So back to River North Collision I went.I dropped off my vehicle on Monday. Bill communicated with me the entire time (i.e. when parts were ordered, what they found when they took off my bumper, etc.) As promised, I came on Wednesday afternoon to pick it up. I also told Bill to add in a car detail because I desperately needed one(kids!). When I approached my car, I was absolutely FLOOORED! The car looked brand new like when I purchased it! The car detail took out the minor scratches too! I mean the car looked like a floor model at a dealership! I was just in shock and utterly grateful that the work was amazing and it didn't break the bank. I feel like I've found my go to body shop (if needed) and definitely car detailing place!To everyone at River North Collision, you guys are amazing! Keep up the great customer service and workmanship! I will recommend to any and everyone!

Both bumpers were off my car the manager Mike helped me every step of the way and got it fixed in a timely manner car came back looking brand new and clean. They also will pick yourcar up with no extra cost if it s not drivable.

The team here is incredible, the customer service is outstanding! I was in a pinch and had to find a shop quickly, Bill and the team made everything so easy. They worked with my insurance and kept looking out for me. Bill answered all my questions and told me he was available whenever I needed him. There's not a lot of shops out there like this one and not only because they might be the only ones open on weekends in the city. Do yourself a favor take your car in it'll be one of the easiest choices you'll make!

Easy to book, great service, and nice facilities! Got my car fixed there after a scratch and it was done quickly and within the quoted time frame, and the cleaning and vacuuming of the car was such a nice touch.

In and out service! Living downtown I have a ocd about dings in my car! These guys helped me on 2 Separate occasions! Great team of guys easy scheduling, in and out service PLUS they re a detail shop too! This place is a gem
