First time here and I will be back great service and product Senora Margarita was really nice and was professional, I will come back again and again. This piece of glass was cut to the exact measurements I gave them.. Beautiful!!!! The table is now protected.

This place is one of the reasons you can still get stuff done in Chicago. Among the services they provide and what I have used them for is that they replace most types of window glass for windows found in buildings here. In my case I take the window frame out, vinyl, aluminum, or wood, single pane or double pane and take it to their shop. I retrieve the repaired window the next day and put it back in. I know of no better service for such things. Inexpensive for the service provided and reliable. Very efficient, nice people. I recommend their service. I have used this business for years for my apartment buildings.

Went there to order shelves will hold off on them for a while the cost went up slightly but the owner said he might be able to cut the shelves I need from glass I have at home. Really nice of him I'll see if i can do it next week. He repairs double pane windows n has many other types of glass you can't find a place like this anymore. I highly recommend Richmond Glass..........

Very unprofessional service. They told me they would have my mirror ready within a week but then they took longer and by the third week when I called they told me they hadn t even started working on it. Terrible customer service and lady at the front desk is very rude when we speak to her in Spanish. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE AT ALL!!! It is a disgrace toward the glass cutting industry
