This place is amazing. I'm a 'car guy' and have very high standards for my cars, which are usually older and need some love. Had a small job done here and they treated it with same care of anyone spending thousands more. The final product was factory perfect, beyond the scope of the very reasonable quote I was given, and finished super fast without issue. Eddie and his team took care of me every step of the way and had genuine enthusiasm for my Land Rover. Ive been looking for a good body shop for years, and Im super happy I found this place. Tell all your friends, Richard's is the best.

The staff at Richard's are always friendly, they go above and beyond for their customers, and they do great work!I highly recommend Tesla owners go here to get their Tesla's repaired.As a bonus, if you use Hertz, Richard's is great about getting you in a Tesla loaner!Definitely recommend!

Richard's gave me an incredibly fair quote for repair on my Tesla. As the parts are prohibitively expensive I was dreading the quote. They went out of their way to repair rather than replace the damaged area. The workmanship was perfect. Very appreciative of this local business.

Richard s body shop does excellent work. This is my second vehicle that I have unfortunately had to repair due accidents. Each experience working with Richards has left my car looking great. Reliable work, would definitely recommend.

The service and quality at Richards's Body Shop was amazing. They fixed the damage to my car in a timely and professional way. The cost was very reasonable. The detailing was excellent. It really looks like a new car. I'm happy we found them.

Beware of this shop! I wish I would have read the reviews before taking my car here. Firstly, their customer service, or lack thereof, is horrible. I never got a call or update about my vehicle from the time it was towed there until the time it was picked up unless I called them. They lied multiple times about the work that was being done and even after I got the vehicle back, there were still issues. Save yourself the headache and take your vehicle elsewhere!!!

I m very happy with the service provided. Given the fact that there s a part s shortage in the country, they were able to have my car ready in only 3 weeks when a normal amount of waiting time is like 3 months. They almost kept me in the loop with my car s progress and when the car was ready it was given to me so clean and perfect

I had a great experience with Nhan and Julio at Richard's Body Shop. My car looks better than ever. They were able to get me in on short notice and had a quick turnaround for the repairs. Their shop is pristine and I would highly recommend them.

Excellent experience. They fixed my Tesla in 3 days immediately. They also have Hertz onsite which was incredibly convenient. The other shop that I took it to couldn't fix it for 2 months and quoted me 2-3 weeks repair time for twice the price.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

My wife got in rear-ended in a high speed accident on the high way. The repair took over two months due to supply chain issues and insurance but they did give me a discount on my deductible which I appreciated.Pictures speak for themselves. Roughly 14k in damage caused by the other driver. Good as new so far, you'd never know how bad it was by looking at it. Very happy with the end result

Exercise Due Diligence". I learned the hard way with this company! I did not look closely or do my due diligence and it cost me Time , Money and Aggravation . It would be cathartic to write my story but it would not resolve or fix the issues. Look at other reviews on this site and other sites. Look at the number of negative reviews and what people are saying. Again, Due Diligence . Good Luck

If you have any Tesla collision or body work that needs to be done, don t look anywhere else except Richard s Body Shop, and specifically Nhan Nguyen is amazing at what he does.I took my car in to get the front bumper fixed - turned out amazing, and only took 48 hrs to complete. Then the very next week my same valet made another boneheaded move and again scratched the bumper. Expecting to pay for it again, Nhan and team called me up 2 hrs after I dropped it off and said they were actually able to buff it all out and wet sand it. Super honest and could have just charged me the whole invoice.And to boot, I didn t even get a return email from Carstar, the other nearby authorized Tesla body shop.Lastly, they are building a brand new state of the art location across the street that looks better than any Tesla service center, it s really impressive how much they are going all in on Teslas.Don t bother going anywhere else except Richard s!

I had the absolute best experience after damaging my 2022 Tesla Mode 3 a few weeks ago. They worked around my travel schedule to get me the car in perfect condition in under two weeks despite needing multiple new parts. Tesla themselves couldn't fix it for three months, so the care and speed the team at Richards showed was incredible. It came in under my ideal budget with no new issues after the quote. I will 100% be back, and I highly recommend it to other Tesla owners! I also really appreciated the text/photo updates that kept me in the loop. Got my Tesla model Y fixed here. Had scraped the driver side door pretty bad. The staff was courteous and they stuck to the promised timeline.

The paint is chipping door is not on straight and damage added to my car that was never fixed. If you want your car fixed after a wreck take it to Gold Coast on goose island on division.

I would never bring my Tesla Plaid to this location ever again. They are an approved repair shop by my insurance company, but I still have no vehicle eight months after the accident. I have received completion date commitments several times, only to miss those dates. Either they are the slowest repair center in America, or they have yet to learn what they are doing with a Tesla. The repair estimate called for 77.3 hours of labor. If I divide that out over the time they have had my vehicle, they are only putting in about 9 hours a month into my car. The best part was when they asked me to contact Tesla to help them procure parts for the repair. I am not a body repair shop and thought a certified repair center would be able to do this for me. At least, that's what they are being paid to do. I can't make excuses anymore when people who know me ask if I have my car back yet. I give them a blank stare. Embarrassing.Update - I just processed my 10th lease payment since the car has been in repair by Richards. That is over 20K in lease payments for a car I have not used in 10 months. Still no word on completion date.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim, Battery

I discovered a part on my vehicle that wasn t addressed during the initial repair. I sent pictures and they got me in and out in a few hours. I had a great experience without any issues with Tesla insurance or this body shop. These guys did a great job on my MYP.

Had to replace the Front bumper I went to the shop and got the car back fixed but as you can see fresh coffee everywhere in the car and the plastic piece inside handle broke, I went back they fixed both, one more day and the front bumper popped out I went back they fixed it but I got ripped chair as you can see in the picture

Richard's Body Shop is a Certified Infiniti Collision Repair Center. Having my QX 60 repaired using genuine Infiniti parts)OEM) was a must. There customer service protocol was exceptional. Was recommended by my detailer and was very straight forward with the repair. Worked well with my insurance and car was completed on time. Only issue I had was how far the location is from my house and a delay in receiving a part from Tesla itself. Other than that they did a great job keeping me in the loop. They did their best to help me get an upgrade but unfortunately it wasn't possible without upper Tesla help.
