The owner Bill of this place is amazing and very communicative. He helped us fully understand a miscommunication and Will broke down all our questions and concerns while Bethany eased our minds on a couple policies with insurance and logistics. Overall very helpful and stellar inventoryEdit: they are now calling asking for statements and insurance information when they made me sign up with their provider in front of them and had sent them everything twice now. About a month into the loan and they are still asking for documentation. That's so very odd and very annoying as a customer very disappointed in them

Reliable wheels was a great place to look for a car! My wife and I had been car shopping and this family-owned business was a very welcoming place! We were much more comfortable asking questions and were given straight answers with no doubts about their trustworthiness. While test driving a vehicle, we noticed a check engine light and informed them of this. They responded immediately, and within about a day, their mechanic had scanned the codes and made the necessary repairs. They communicated very clearly with us during this process and the work they did lined up perfectly with the research we did. While we ultimately decided to buy a newer vehicle, I highly recommend visiting if you are looking for a used car! They are very friendly, communicative, and straightforward people and will not try to cheat you in any way. They are not pushy, but neither will they waste your time like some dealers. You can expect to be respected in all your interactions.

I purchased a car from Reliable Wheels in April. I originally came to look at a different vehicle, but saw a few others in their inventory that I was interested in, and Mark the salesman allowed me to take the cars out for a drive on my own to get my impressions of them. How many places can you do that? Totally relaxed/ no pressure situation. I hot my car, a 2005 Toyota Camry for a very fair price, it's a great car. Judging by my experience, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a decent used car.

If I could, I would give this place a big 0!!! My husband talked to someone, letting them know we were really interested in a van. We put money down to hold it!! Drove an hour and 15 minutes, then come and find out they sold it! HORRIBLE WAY TO DO BUISNESS!!!AND NO, they didn't "try to let us know when it came to light," we found out after driving over an hour. When I contacted them, letting them know that we were a half hour away. They told us that they had sold the van a few days ago! If they had told us "when it came to light," we wouldn't have wasted time and gas driving.

Go elsewhere. Bought a used car from them at a rather steep premium , the next day I went up a slight incline and the entire bumper came off and snapped the grille causing thousands of dollars in damages. I called them and they accused me of hitting someone and said they could fix it for a charge.Will be adding an edit here to address the owners response. Apparently the owner of reliable wheels uses the same eyes to read online reviews that they do to examine cars on their lot. I clearly indicated in my review exactly what happened. I drove the car up an incline and when this happened the bumper fell off the car and snapped the grill. I did not bottom the car out and ask for free repairs. After several weeks of owning the vehicle, and fixing it myself at thousands of dollars of expense might I add, the owner of the dealership decides to call me during wokring hours, and insult me saying that the car was in beautiful shape, it was not, and that it was entierly my fault for being reckless. The reckless thing I did was shop at Reliable (lol) autos. Again, please do not buy here, they will sell you bad vehicles with hidden problems, and when you fix them yourself call you and insult you several weeks after the fact. Go Elsewhere

They all are very friendly and made buying fun and easy. They worked with me on my down payment and let me test drive multiple vehicles by myself. Bethany was great and kept me informed on everything. They all have great communication and i definitely would go back to them.

Before i showed up to the place, I called to make sure the vehicle I was interested in was still there and it was. Once i arrived at the dealership and talked to the salesman it was nothing but positive vibes wasn t pushy and didn t even try to redirect me to any other cars. also this was the first dealership to ever allow me to test drive the car without the salesman with me. once i was done test driving, he answered all my questions honestly without any sign of being agitated. they are very respectful and make u feel comfortable didn't make anything difficult. i was able to purchase the car and they got me best monthly payment for my buck. I love this car. i really really recommend going there and checking them out they ll help you out to the best of their ability.

Great guys who go the extra mile to get you what you want in a new vehicle. Much better than dealing with the big dealerships. They work hard to get you the right financing to fit your budget and don't brush off your concerns..

I did not end up purchasing a vehicle from them, but I had a great experience there! Mark was great! Very welcoming, honest and down to Earth! It's refreshing visiting a dealership that doesn't pressure you! Would definitely consider buying a car from them in the future.

Lost my title in the mail, asked repeatedly for certified information for the post office, didn't have it, blamed me for them losing the title. Took 2 years or so to get my title and when I picked it up I was very appreciative that they paid for the duplicate and was going to purchase another vehicle. Then the manager, almost menacingly, said "since we paid for this you should find it in your heart to post a good review ". He said it repeated, didn't let me respond, and was very rude, so I finally left. The car I bought I paid way too much for and had spent thousands on repairs which may be par for the course, but the behavior when I picked up the title was the final straw. Don't recommend. Will purchase elsewhere, not worth the drama.

My family has bought several cars from here and had nothing but a great experience. Super quick and easy and straight forward. Even our extended family does business with them as we ve all had great experiences! Patricia is very informative and on the ball when we call in with any questions. We went here to help our son buy his first car. We had a great experience with Mark. He was willing to negotiate, and we ended up with a great deal on a great car. He let us take the car to a nearby mechanic before putting any money down, just to verify everything was in good order. I highly recommend this place.

Before showing up to the place, I called about a vehicle I was interested in. They placed the car on "hold" for me to take a look at. Mark was respectable and didn't make anything difficult. I was able to purchase the car and now been driving for over a month. I love the car. Recommend checking them out

I had a terrible experience shopping here. I would not recommend it. I was in desperate need of a car and looked into this dealership. I found something I liked and put a deposit down. Which the owner told me was totally refundable, no problem. I ended up finding a different car at another dealership. I got a call from the assistant manager asking about the car I put the deposit on and told him I had changed my mind and need the money back. He was silent for moment then started yelling at me over the phone about how I'm making the wrong decision and complaining about how much work he put into it. I was told I could pick up a check that day but when I got there the assistant manager told me he couldn't write me a check because he wasn't the owner. I had to come back three times because the owner wasn't there to write my check. I was finally told to come pick up the check and the assistant manager was the only one working that day. He YELLED at me once again about not keeping my word and not being trustworthy as he wrote and signed my check...

I was in & out in a matter of 2 hours at the most before driving my new vehicle out of the lot with new plates and everything. Bill is an awesome guy, and a very fair businessman. I have decent credit, but very little, and I left with an extremely fair APR%, and the car runs and looks great. I highly recommend this place.

We ve bought 4 cars from this dealer over the years. Of those, we still own two of them. The other two died of old age - we drove a 1996 Chevy until late 2018 and a Honda Accord for 10 years. Prices are good, service is good, and we have been happy with the vehicles we ve bought. We have been treated fairly and will likely buy again from this dealer.

I needed a specific make and model of car, and these guys delivered! They got exactly what I needed at a reasonable price, and the car lasted for many years. When I needed a replacement I came back, and was not disappointed. Friendly staff, knowledgable, and willing to work with me to get me exactly what I wanted, without the new car premium price.

This place is a scam. They don't have warranties and they won't allow you to get a deposit back or return the car if you take it to a mechanic. They won't let you have the car inspected before buying, mostly because they know they are selling dangerous cars. Protect your family, do not let them buy from this place. Tried returning the car and couldn't, the condition is so bad I can't drive the car or sell it.

My family has bought few cars from them and everyone is very friendly. We understand we are buying used cars and not everyrhng can be perfect. When ever I need work on my car I bring ir to them. Very reasonable on work and they have worked out payment plans with me. I would recommend them!

I wanted to write a review on Reliable Wheels. I was researching the internet for a car I wanted to purchase. I found a car I was interested in, it was at Reliable Wheels. Of course I wanted to research the dealer I would be buying from too. I read some negative reviews and I thought, it may be a good idea to pass this dealer by. So, I continued my search for the particular car I wanted. In my search, Reliable Wheels, on paper had the best car with low miles I was looking for and I looked at many. The pictures, mileage and car fax seemed to be the best choice. However, how a dealer conducts himself in business is very important in purchasing a vehicle. Reliable was further than I wanted to travel, but I reluctantly went there to see the car. Have to be honest; when I drove up to their location, visually, it wasn t a dealer I would stop in if I was driving by, and I would keep on driving. I drove a long time to get there so I went in to see the car I was interested in.Knowing what I read in their reviews I circumspect fully entered their office. When I entered, Mark greeted me with a big friendly smile and said hello. What can we help you with today? My defense system went into place! Hello, what can we help you with today ? My first thought was, a used car salesman with a few negative reviews , be careful. So, my guard came up! I don t like to prejudge anyone or a facility. But I think I did. However, it didn t take long to realize that my suspicions of this facility and their reviews didn t have merit.I had concerns on possible repair codes. I expressed these concerns to Mark. Mark called a couple of places for availability to check the codes and let me take the car there. The car didn t have any repair codes and the car seemed to be very accurate to its data and condition. It drove, handled well and was a tight car. When I came back from having the codes checked, Mark was helping another customer outside. Bill was in the office and I explained that I just came back from a repair shop. Bill said great, he was also friendly and congruently picked up where Mark and I left off. Bill was very accommodating with my additional questions and concerns.I was very satisfied with this vehicles appearance inside/out, the ride, history and code verification and the way Reliable Wheels treated me with my purchasing experience! I did purchase the vehicle and love it! I am glad that I took the chance to go to this dealer and check out the car I was interested in. I feel reviews are very helpful; however, negative reviews can be subjective at times. Sometimes reviews may be inaccurate. I learned from this to take reviews with a grain of salt. I can speak for myself. I did judge this book by its cover and when I opened it, it was very different to what I expected, in a good way.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!Grade A scam. This dealership had a Genesis Coupe for sale and it had numerous problems. Almost $2,000 in repairs. He even tried to sell me a car with tires so illegal the white fibers were showing! When I told the owner I was not interested in the car he argued that a experience mechanic was wrong and refused to give me my deposit back. Very unhappy with my experience at Reliable Wheels.

Great experience with this business. Knew what I needed when I came in to look at the car. Mark was knowledgeable and made the purchase hassle free. Very happy with my car! Do your homework before you go to look at a car and the rest falls into place.

I ve had the best experience at this dealership, the owner was so helpful. I have always been skeptical when it comes to smaller dealerships, the owner is super honest and their staff went out of their way to help me. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone that is looking for a quilaty vehicle.

The experienced staff made the transition of something complicated into something that was memorable. When I had issues regarding some major problems they were there the whole step to assure me that it would be resolved. My experience buying a Mazda 6 through Mark could not have been better. He put no pressure on us, was easy to work with, and followed through after the sale was complete. He was a man of his word. We will look forward to doing business with him in the future.

One star because that's the lowest I can give. This place is useless . Made a deal on a $6000 car for 5200. Two weeks later I had to get $600 worth of repairs . I went back to get a reimbursement. Given I just bought the car . He said no. Since he lowered down the price so much that take it from there? How does that make any sense . He will be seeing my lawyer. even after the repairs , the car didn't turn on the next day. I'm so pist. He is unprofessional, unresponsible as a owner . Completely WRONG . DO NOT BUY FROM HERE . DO YOURSELF A FAVOR
