Warning,! Today Wednesday, March 20,2024, my husband went in to this shop, sensor read low pressure on our baby Dodge Challenger so he wanted to get it fixed right away before work. It was the few open late, it had to be this one, It was low but not flat at all. My husband is a expert on tires since he has experience from Just tires. Anyways a young guy took the tire and assessed the tire found a leak, he wanted to plug it but my husband requested a permanent solution which it is a patch inside the tire. Approximately( five)5 minutes later , the young man came out and tried to say the tire was no good, my husband knew better. The young guy name Justin or Joshua G made a gash 2-3 inches long on the side wall of the new tire of our dodge Challenger. This is their fault, 100% responsible to get the same tire to be replaced. I advise my husband not to leave without getting a receipt and a contract. I hope they keep their word! We will need to replace all tires because of this situation sooner then expected. We will update review as they contact us about this incident. We hope the owner reaches us soon.

I had my own 4 winter tires I needed replaced on my 18 inch wheels and balanced. Came and asked the night before what it would cost for tire installation and balance x4. Came back in the morning and was out in less than 30 min that was pretty fast. The guy taking care of me kept going out of his way to make sure I was alright and even asked if I was going to need my old tires back. That was some awesome customer service! I've been coming here since I was little whether it was my dad or brothers it's definitely convenient. I really appreciate having this tire shop close by.

When all the other big name places said no availability for a flat tire (even with no customers and an hour before closing) I happened to find RV tire shop on Google maps. Called them and he said to swing by. Is it a fancy place with the latest equipment? No. Did they fix my tire which had a nail it it YES. Service was fast, friendly and price was very good. Family run businesses definitely treat customers much better!

Pull up in the alley no appointment, they fix your slow leak(aka usually a nail!) in 5 minutes for $25 cash. You don t even have to leave your car.

Great service and efficient tire change. Family run business, open all year round. Junior was quite helpful and he was able to find the right tire for my car. He changed my tire within 15 minutes. I definitely will return for future services.Thank you!

They did a good job. My rating is not for the job they did but for the pricing. For the flat tire, I was charged 30$ because it was Sunday. And they take cash only, if you need an atm it's around the corner with 4$ fee.

Went in for tires and they said they would have them in a week after two weeks passed they never called I had to call and then they said they would call if they found them.

Not clear in price...tricky way to bring you to the shop by promissing for giving the best price in town but when you go there, they charge you up to %30 more than the price of other tire shops!Don't trust them when you call, and they say they don't give the price over the phone and want you to go there to negotiate for a satisfactory good price for customer.

They're very fast guys and will get you back on the road fast. I've had issues at times with actually buying tires that I had to come back about twice within a couple weeks. However they still took care of me when I came back so that was cool. I only payed half of labor once for the 2 return trips. They're a good shop in the area.

After hitting a massive city-sized pothole that cracked (yes, that's right...see attached photos) cracked my ride's front alloy rim, RV welded the breach for $30. Also bought 2 replacement front tires. The streets of Chicago can be tougher than alloys can handle sometimes...wow, right? Thankfully there is a repair shop, like RV, to help drivers and rescue their ride, at an affordable price.

Very unprofessional. I called to get a quote on a tire, the guy was very rude and dismissive. When I informed him I would be traveling there from the Northwest suburban area and I would need a price, he hung up in my face stating they don t give prices out over the phone. This is wrong for so many reasons, mainly if you re indeed running a legit business, providing a price shouldn t be an issue. However they re crooks, unprofessional, rude, classless crooks. I hate that I was forced to give one star.

I visited the tire shop after I needed roadside assistance for a flat tire. I rolled up after 8 pm (when they officially close) and the owner waved me back. He took a look at my tire and offered me advice on driving on the tire without any charge.I opted for a longer term solution. He set me up with a tire. I had to pay cash and ended up being $1 short of what he d asked. He took what I had without any issue. They even helped me back my car out of the alley when I left.Overall amazing customer service. The owner obviously just wants to do quality service and help people out. Felt like he was very up front and straight forward in his prices and explanations for everything (which is a rarity when you re a female) Recommend 1000+%

these guys were really nice and helpful, they charged me $65 for a new tire, and to it on put the rim and balance it. I didn't think that was bad at all since I drive an SUV and other people were quoting me more or didn't have the size I needed.in stock. they were very polite and got the work done quick. I'll be back!

BEWARE!!! .... I came to this location on a Sunday due to a flat tire from a screw. Really only place open on Sunday that was close to my house. I have 4 matching tires threads on my tires are great! Guy told me that the tire was no good, and there is no way to patch it! He said I needed a new tire, so with no choice I agreed.My brother called me while they where swapping it out, and told me that he came to same place they tried to do the same only he told them to patch it and he will take his chances. He told me to take the tire so I did and went to my regular spot on western ( Torre�n) have been around for decades, down to earth guys I highly recommend. They fixed my messed up tire and patched it and now I a back to my 4 matching tires no thanks to this money hungry, untrustworthy, take advantage of people establishment. I advise all to take this info and run while you can!

RIP OFF!! I went to get air in my tires. One worker was nice and he seemed like he was very knowledgeable. He filled my tires up with air and checked the air pressure in each tire. Told me I will probably need new tires soon.Some other guy stepped in and tried to sell me other services and I said "no thanks I'll come back if my tire pressure light comes back on, how much do I owe you" . The first worker said whatever you want to pay for the air. The 2nd guy stepped in and said it's $10 because we used a special machine to check the air pressure.

I saw a couple negative reviews, but I can say my one experience there was a good one. I looked up the average price for replacing all four tires on Angie's list, and I can say they charged me a very fair price. They were consistent and the service was prompt.

Came to this place to get my tires removed and replaced with tires that I had from last year. I also needed to balance my tires. I paid the man what he asked for, then before I left I saw that the tire wasn't properly seated and that I didn't have any new weights so I asked about it. Turns out the balancing machine was broken. I started to get mad that they didn't tell me before hand so I could go to another place that had a functional machine. They said they had another place that could do it, it'll take an hour or 2. I this point I am mad and asking for a refund on the work that wasn't done. Then he started yelling and I was yelling. He gave me my money back and I left. Spent almost 2 hours there. Now I have to look for another tire shop w/ a working balancing machine.

Too many mistakes!Price went up & quality went down.I mentioned the "outside" lettering for asymmetric tires, he got one wrong anyway (wasted time).One spoke on 2 separate wheels were deep line scratched, didn't line-up the tire machine correctly.He only wirebrush-cleaned one wheel when installing a set of tires, to save time.He wanted to leave the stickers on the treads.He left brown tire installation grease on the wheels.On a separate transaction, the old wheel weights were not removed when balancing with new tires.I stopped going/recommending this place.3 stars is being nice.

I can't thank the guys enough for their awesomeness!!! The only place anywhere in the area open until 7pm on a Sunday to fix or replace a flat tire. Not only were they happy to help but they were quick and friendly! I wouldn't go anywhere else for help now!

First of, rip off! I bring in my own tires they charge me $150 to balance and mount tires, a little high I think. They use an impact to put my wheels on and never check torque on lug nuts and then leave 2 of my tires at 25 psi. Money hungry as soon they get other customers they rush and tell me I have to leave because they were done with my car. Never going back.

I drove over needing a patch for my driver side tire. I asked the guy 3 times for the price before giving it to me. They patched up the tire and did the work without giving me a price. Only to hit me with patch is 20$ ... twice what you ll pay anywhere else. Interesting!

Great service and got my rear left tire plugged and patched as opposed to getting it completely changed out . Look forward to coming back when I need tires changed out .

Told the guy I needed 4 tires mounted and balanced how much. He initially said $140 because he thought i needed them put onto my vehicle as well. I didnt. I told him I only have $80 in cash. He said well if you dont need them put on your car it'll be $70. Perfect.Tried to pay $70 with $10 extra so i could leave a tip. He told me it was $100. I never would have agreed to that. He knew i was kinda stick since they already finished 2 tires. I took the $30 hit.Also overheard hin trying to sell a lady 4 valve stem caps ($2 any gas station) for $10Scammers. Dont spend money here. There debit/credit card machine is also conveniently down.Literally go any place else. Well unless you like getting taken and watching drunk sidekicks do menial work.

I went there for a used tire. They said $40. Ok fine. I go back cuz i got a flat and ask for a used tire. Now its $55. I asked why he said he got me good tire. B.S place that make up prices based on the customer.
