This was the greatest mechanic I have every been to! Prices were beyond reasonable and the guy at the front "Eddie" is one of the kindest people and will work with you to get what you need! I don't need to go anywhere else after coming here

I have lived close to R-1 for about a year and have gone to them a handful of times. Everyone has always been friendly and informative regarding my repairs. I have had a few unexpected car issues and they have always gotten me in and out same day. Their prices and warranties are always excellent. I had a weird noise coming from the bottom of my car, I couldn't detect where it was coming from, but I knew it was not good. Ricardo actually took a test drive with me in the car and was able to analyze the issue. It was the sway bar links, had to order the part, received it the same day. They replaced the water pump on my Pontiac Solstace which is a tricky job on this car. It took them 3 attempts. Three times I had to bring the car back. Finally they git it right. .The owner actually gave me his vehicle to use 2 times while mine was being repaired. .The 3rd time my pump failed was quite risky to my engine and thakfully I used triple A towing to get the car back to the shop and I was quite far when the pump went out the 3rd. Time.They were very apologetic and did finally get the job done correctly

I like this place do to the fact that the mechanics are always willing to meet you're budget . And mr Martinez is nice guy recommended for you're car repair . They always show u the work , the parts that they needed to change .
