Called 3 times just to schedule an estimate. Never return calls and email. I have to chase them for business. Finally came to do an estimate have to call every other day for a week to get an estimate that is requested from my insurance. Their response...cant give an estimate because they are working on a bigger project. Wasted 2 week !! Go with them if your window can wait and you have all the time in the world...truly unprofessional.Service: Auto side window replacement

Had work done with this company in March of 2015 was very happy with their work, so when I purchased my new location I was hoping to get that same service... unfortunately the receptionist is in over her head and doesn t know how to write down a phone number, schedule an appointment or call a customer back... after 3 weeks of trying to get an appointment, I gave up. It s unfortunate. The kicker..... when I told her about my disappointment she shrugged it of like nothing? When did passing up on 16k jobs become a thing?

I called in to order of 2 pieces of glass for pick up, and she said she would call back with a quote. She never called back, and didn't answer the phone for the rest of the day

This company is the best!!! You can really tell that they take their work seriously. I called them to install some sky lights and in two days they were already done!! The best thing is that they listened to every word i said and asked questions based on every detail of how i wanted it and when they were done , the whole thing was perfect. They are really efficient and trustful. You can really tell that this is the best company for whatever job.
