The staff here were friendly and accommodating, making the wait in the lobby comfortable. The service, including a quick engine flush, was completed in just 15 minutes.

This place is a rip off, went there 2 times and paid with a credit card, 3 times I paid cash, they kept the cash, didn't put it in the system and only added oil and didn't even do the oil change. When I confronted the manager he said the guys who took care of my car were fired.

Got a bad battery that failed after 2 months. Then the wanna charge $30 labor for a 5 minute job I could do myself. Gotta love owning a car in this city

This place is a total rip off sent my wife there to get an oil change they come out trying to tell her the engine is knocking and I just had them put a new engine then they told her she needs rear brakes that they would do for 400 dollars when it s only a hour tops to replace and I can do myself they try and sell you extra stuff that you don t need cause they saw a woman and thought they can get over on her this place is ridiculous and over priced they think cause there in a yuppie neighborhood they gunna get over on people don t trust them there a money hungry business

I asked them to put air in my tires, they said they would, when I got my car back my tire light was still on, so I went back inside to ask if they did. They said they did and the car light just needed to reset. I checked my tires when I got home and all of them were still way under.

They definitely up-charge you here ($100 for full synthetic when the average is $70) definitely going to start changing my own oil after using their services oh and they are always trying to upsell you services. Do not get new filters or wipers here Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

For anything more than an oil change take your car to G&G Auto on Fullerton for reasonable prices and quality customer service.They charged me $200 to replace 2 out of 4 spark plugs on a routine tune up, then told me it would cost me $1000 dollars to change the other 4 out on a Dodge Grand caravan because their tech broke two of the old ones while removing them. Plus they charged me for a full pack of spark plugs wires while only installing 3 of them.

I got an oil change here that lead to engine trouble as they forgot to replace the oil cap. This error lead to $600 in repair work. They are unwilling to refund me for the oil change and have ignored my request for reimbursement for my repairs. This along with a disgruntled staff and avoidant management makes for a shop that can t be trusted. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

Went for an oil change and ended up needing more work. Valve cover and gasket. One of the coils ended up snapping and the mechanic got offended when I started asking questions. Insulting me. I'm not a mechanic but I have common sense. The mechanic says that's why your car won't start right away and shakes. But the car never did that. He confessed to forcing the part and got even more mad when I asked him what is the problem with asking questions. It was a whole scene. The manager has no control. I asked him several times to ask his worker to stop speaking to me.

My car was massively leaking oil (and coolant) and they looked at my car for free. Very nice folks. I ultimately had to tow my car, but they helped me diagnose a problem and didn t make me feel dumb for not knowing the issue. Would recommend.

I would always drive by this place but it is the best place to get your oil changed. They are extremely trustworthy and won t recommend anything more than what you need. The prices they charge for cabin and engine filters are reasonable and they will not suggest any work that doesn t need to be done. On top of that they are really quick. Don t pass this place up.

Went in to this location to get a simple oil change. They broke the clamps on my engine splash cover and Jerry rigged it togeather causing rodents to damage my car. I went in to tell Manager about it and the said it wasnt thier problem and they aren't doing anything to rectify it. Please save your time, money and health by avoiding this place.If I could give negative stars, I would. My car has never had issues prior to coming to this location. It was given the wrong filter and filthy oil. After coming here, my car had issues that made it unsafe to drive. Finally found another reliable car shop that fixed their mistakes. Management took no accountability and do not seem to have expertise beyond what a screen tells them.

I always got my oil change from here one day I went to get my oil change and they had someone new work on my car and broke a piece so the oil started going into my Engine and making my car not move or anything I went to fix it and they still made me pay 130 and The problem was resolved only got worst they have bad customer service and a manager also was very rude to me they said it s my problem I have to deal with it and once I said I m going to call corporate manager continue to say go ahead now I have to pay a 3000 job for something they broke

I've been going here to get my oil changed for many years and they have always done a great job. I really enjoy how quick they are and they perform full service. Yes it is around $40 but you pay that price for a full service oil change and they are the fastest in the city, in and out within 10 minutes usually. Also Chicago prices so everything is pricier. They check everything and top off everything for you: all fluids, tire pressure, etc.. They also notice any problems with your car and let you know about it. They also recommend places in the neighborhood to help if they can't fix it themselves right away. They do have an auto shop/garage and experienced mechanics, so if you need repairs or something else other than just an oil change service. They do it all.When you compare this place's prices to other full service oil changes, it's actually very competitive. I checked a place out in the Northern Suburbs which was actually the same price - $40. When you go to places like Jiffy Lube or Midas, you might pay cheaper prices, but there will always be a long wait of cars and the mechanics take their sweet time working on them. I went to a Midas in the neighborhood near this place 90 minutes before they closed and they had one mechanic on site and he said there was no way he could get my car in for an oil change until the next day, because he had 2 cars in front of me.If I went to Quick Oil 1 hour before closing and they had 2 cars in front of me, they would get my oil changed within 20 minutes, and this actually happened.5 stars. Great place with great people who do great work.

Such a hidden gem! I was going to Jiffy Lube before and spending an absurd amount of money due to their hidden costs. Then I found Quick Oil - no lines, no wait, honest work, affordable and quick!

Super clean and indoor table sitting area. Offers vending machines with coffee and sodas. ( not complimentary) The technicianians were very knowledgeable and friendly. I was in and out of there in about 15 minutes. No pressure to buy any additional services.

Quick service but they are a ripoff. I put a lot of miles on my car and require frequent oil changes. They charge $40 more than I paid a competitor 2 months ago for the exact same thing, 0w20 synthetic oil. That's a HUGE price difference! I am so aggravated and wish I would have just left, but due to time constraints I went ahead with the service. I will never return. Also they definitely do not check all the items they claim to do. Don't waste your money, there are much better options that are cheaper with better customer service.

Good experience, I was there April 22nd everyone was extremely personable and professional, young man who changed my oil did a good job. He brought over my dipstick to show me my new oil and was very polite. I highly recommend if you need a quick oil change.

It was great.. I was in and out . Oil change and filters. Cup of coffee for waiting clients is always a nice gesture. Their coffee vending machine was out of order. Til next time.

I have been coming to this location since 2006, And they have done superior oil and battery changes on my vehicles with no problems to complain about GREAT WORK I TRUST THE SERVICE THEY PROVIDE.. Give them a try...
